About: What sets me apart? You'll have to tell me that since I'm just beginning my pet sitting journey. I suppose I would say, I am calm, mellow, laid back, and that sets pets at ease. I have administered medication, I'm very efficient and clean about litter clean up and will follow dietary guidelines directed by you. We can play with toys or I can give a nice brushing or I can just sit with them and take a nap. Speaking of naps.. I work a split shift on Signal but live in Pikeville. It makes no sense for me to drive home in between shifts. (I know it's crazy, but it works for my family.) That means I am trying to find something to do with myself, or more importantly a warm enough or cool enough location to spend my 4.5 hour break each day. If my limited availability, (weekdays between 9:30am and 1:30pm,) will work for you, and I am welcome to make myself comfortable in your home, (use a bathroom, sit on a comfortable chair and put my feet up, or betteryet, lie down and take a nap,) I won't charge you for care at all. We'll be exchanging my need for a place to rest with your need for someone to check on your pet. It makes sense in my head. I respect if you think it's crazy. But hopefully you'll remember me if you can't find anyone who's available for that random day when you need someone to drop in.

“Tish is amazing! She took my two dogs when I had to leave town at the last minute. She was so kind and made sure they felt right at home. “I feel so lucky to have found George S. and family. He and his home set me so at ease from the first moment. My dogs are 'middle aged' and Lizzie has delicate health. Huck's on a diet. George was so easy to work with and accommodating and attentive to my (pretty simple) requests. I know for sure that my dogs were treated as members of his household. He sent me photos and told me little tidbits about Huck and Lizzie that made me know they cared and his family had grown affection for my pups--which the pups can certainly can sense. Once back home, they seemed content and relaxed. I love Rover.com! George S. and family will be my go-to caretakers any time I need boarding.”
