About: As a child, growing up I was always bringing home stray animals to care for. I've been rescuing & caring for animals for over 20 years now. I have rescued & cared for a variety of different animals. I have expertise in caring for senior animals, those with illnesses, have imapirments,are handicapped, have disabilities or those that may have special needs. I'm everyone's go to for pet questions/concerns, pet sitting & pet rescue. I am an animal advocate & longtime member of PETA, ASPCA, Alley Cats Allies, National Wildlife Federation & Humane Society of the United States. I support local recues such as Forgotten Tails Rescue, Kitty Kat Haven & Two by Two Animal Rescue. I am currently & have been a stay at home mother to two boys, ages 6 & 7 for the past 7 years. My availability it pretty well open during the weekdays to be able to assist for you & your pet's needs. I have an open back yard (1 acre) for your doggo to run & play. Indoors we have a large sectional that everyone likes to pile up on & snuggle. I also have puppy pads to use indoor & can also crate your pupper if you prefer, but I usually prefer not to confine the fur babies.

About: I’m a very conscientious, non-smoking, animal loving and trust worthy pet caretaker. I understand how much commitment and dedication it takes to watch over your precious fur babies. I take great pride in feeding, walking, watering, playing, and showing endless affection to your pawsome fur babies while they are away from you. Just tell me what to do once and I’m great at following directions. I’ll be glad to keep you updated with pictures throughout the visit. Some services I offer include the following but are not limited to dog walking, dog bathing, dog sitting, checking up on your dog/puppy through out the day or staying the night and making sure your pup doesn’t even realize your gone. I am a stay at home mom with no other limitations, which means I’m at your disposal. I’m so excited to meet and care for your fur babies! .....I’m also not limited to just dogs and cats. I have experience with horses, goats, chickens, pigs, and all reptiles/invertebrates. Hey I know the last thing you want is picking up a stinky dog after a long vacation. I offer additional services like bathing your dog + $15 Teeth brushing ear cleaning and nail clipping + $10 Deshedding or brushing + $5 Let me know if they have allergies so I can use hypoallergenic soap. These services are not limited to boarding I can do them for doggy day care or if you want me to pick them up and bring them home clean for an additional $15 I can do as well. Me and my husband work together by tag teaming. I work from about 9-4 and he stays home with the kids and helps care for the dogs in my care while I’m away. I get up early so they will be taken out 2 times before I ever leave for work When I care for pets in my home or someone else’s, I make sure they have fresh water, healthy food, and a clean, safe environment at all times. I always follow the owner’s instructions, including feeding schedules and any medical routines like giving medication. I spend quality time with the pets by playing with them, grooming them, and giving them attention so they feel loved and comfortable. I also pay close attention to their behavior and watch for any signs of stress or illness, and I communicate any concerns right away. Most importantly, I treat every pet with kindness and respect, just like I would with my own.

I'm a junior in college with a very flexible schedule, and I’m home often and have plenty of free time during breaks. I love being active and outdoors, so walks and playtime are a fun part of my day. I’m also happy to relax with pets who just need company and cuddles! Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or at a client’s, I always believe that consistency is key and aim to follow their routine closely so their environment is calm and comfortable. I follow all feeding, walking, and medication instructions exactly as provided, and I make sure they get plenty of love, playtime, and attention. About: I have had dogs my entire life, starting to seriously take care of my first dog when I was 10. I’ve worked at several animal related jobs, such as a dog daycare, a pet store, and I worked on a farm for several months in 2021. I have petsit for neighbors and friends for years. I have experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, breeds, and temperaments. I love dogs deeply and know how to work well with them. In addition to dogs, I have lots of experience with cats, rodents, reptiles, fish, birds, and I can take care of your plants while you’re away too! I’m currently a part-time student at UAB and I work part-time at Breakout Birmingham. My schedule is relatively flexible as long as I have enough notice to make any adjustments or accommodations! I have my own car and am more than willing to make multiple trips a day. I have lots of housesitting experience and will respect your space and do anything else you need taken care of while you’re gone. I will take care or your pets wherever they’re most comfortable and make sure they have fun and feel safe.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was eight years old. 14 years later, I am still doing just that, except this time to support myself in college. I also have 2+ years of experience with Wag! and have walked over 70 dogs. I walk dogs every other day and play with them in my school’s lawn. As long as I’m done with my school assignments, I’m happy to play with your pup! I will always keep the dog on the leash unless otherwise indicated. I take extra caution to see that they don’t eat anything off the street.

About: I have owned two dogs, a cat, and a few fish back home in California. I have had experience with clipping nails, giving fluids, cleaning litter boxes, and the such. I am a medical student and have extra time throughout this semester! I have been missing having a pet of my own, so being able to take care of your precious animal would mean so much to me! I have an apartment of my own, there are several open green spaces that allow for dogs to play and use the restroom. I do not currently have any pets so any animal I board would have my full attention.

About: I’ve taken care of many animals- dogs, cats, chickens and reptiles- since I was 10. Many family, friends and sometimes neighbors have asked me to care for their furry companions. My fall semester hasn’t started yet and I don’t have many plans for this month, so I have plenty of more time to spend with your pets! I have a big fenced yard for your baby to roam around. I also have 3 lovely dogs and 2 friendly cats to make the sleepover more comfortable.

About: I had 3 cocker spaniels as a kid, separately, loved them, they loved me. Did everything together. Would love more time with dogs. Cats, too I work Tuesday, Wed & Friday from 2pm-7 (shorter that overnight sleep), Sat & Sun 3-10 pm, hour break at 6- go home to feed, walk etc. It works! There’s community property where pets do their business, we’re required to pick up poop. All dogs are leashed to avoid issues. Leashing required in Hoover.

About: I’ve had dogs throughout my life and currently have three of my own! I often watch my family and friends’ pets when they go on vacation or out of town! I don’t mind walking, playing, bathing, or giving your fur babies all the attention they need/want! I work full time M-F 8-4:30. On days I work, I can guarantee that your dog(s) go out right before I leave for work and right when I get home and right before bed. On days I don’t work I will make sure your dog goes out every atleast 3 hours with plenty of play time. At my home, I currently have 6 dogs of my own that are crate trained so if your dog(s) aren’t too fond of other dogs I can keep them separated. I prefer pets to be crate trained so if I have to leave the house they can be put up to ensure they don’t get into anything but it’s not a deal breaker if they aren’t. I can feed, water, and give medicine if need be based on your pets needs.

About: I've grown up around all sorts of pets all my life. My dad always brought around ex police dogs to train and multiple foster animals. Right now I take care of 3 donkeys, 4 goats, 2 pigs, around 30 chickens, 2 roosters, 2 cats, and 5 dogs including two French bull dogs, two large Belgian malinois and a medium sized mutt whenever I go back home. I also help train our dogs back at home in agility training, and overall love spending time with my animals. I'm currently working as a student 4 out of the 7 times a week with no classes Saturday through Sunday and finishing classes by 12:30 to 2 pm any other day. So I have a very flexible schedule to come pet sit the animals. The only time I cant pet sit is on Fridays from 6-10 because of Powerlifitng practice. Any pet that I will care for I will treat as my own. When I go out of time and have to hire somebody to come pet sit I want them to care for my animals as if they were there own. Making sure the pet has enough water, catches its breath after playing or walking outside, and is all settled down before I leave.

About: I have taken care of many dogs even my own that is now 14 years of age and absolutely loves visitors. I have experience in trimming nails, bathing, boarding over 1 month, day care sitting, and much more.. I have worked at an animal hospital over a year! I am currently a full time student at UAB with online classes so I can have most of the day to take care of your fur babies. I’m self employed with a remodeling business called The Core. I have 2 fenced in yards with a glass sliding door and a friendly dog to keep your fur baby company. I can easily crate your dog if needed.

About: I treat each animal with care and empathy. I make sure they have their needs met and make sure to give them play time as well. About: I love all animals but I was mostly raised around dogs they was more open an friendly. I had a habit of trying to save any dog I found as a child. As an adult I still do but now I have full control to do it🥰. I take them to shelters if I find them on the streets especially puppies . I want a dog but since I been living in my apartment I cannot have one because of their policy, so I decided to come aboard to Rover an love your pets. About: I’ve volunteered at my local animal shelter walking and caring for dogs, which helped me learn how to handle different personalities and energy levels. I love making animals feel safe and happy Since I’m on college break for the summer, my schedule is wide open! I have full availability during the weekdays and weekends, so I can give your pet plenty of time, attention, and care whenever needed. Although I don’t have pets in my own space yet, I’m committed to creating a safe and clean environment for your fur baby. About: I have been a dog owner my entire life and love all breeds and sizes even though my current living situation doesn't allow pets over 40 lbs. I love all animals and one day want to open my own rescue. I have no criminal record, my own transportation, and my house is close to emergency vets in case anything goes wrong. I can host dogs overnight at my house. I currently have 1 dog and 2 cats, which can all be separated if your dog has aggression to others. I have an off leash park nearby and a cable run in my front yard for extra-active visitors. Please inform me of any health issues that must be accommodated for. I work rotating weekends so I'm mostly available during the week along with my wife, weekends must be scheduled on weekends I am off work. I have a leash run, plenty of safe walking area, and a nearby off leash park with 1 playful senior dog and 2 cats that are friendly to dogs to keep your dog happy during their stay. I have an emergency vet nearby if something needs to be taken care of immediately.
