About: Hi! I’m currently a senior at Clemson University who will be graduating and moving back to NY in May! I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, lizards, turtles, hamsters, frogs, you name it for as long as I can remember. During my time at school, I’ve fostered two dogs from local shelters and loved every minute of it. The first pup I took in just needed a break from the loud and messy crate she had been living in for over three months. I’m proud to say I helped spread the word and, in working with the animal shelter, found her a new family! The second pup I fostered was only 2 months old and had caught kennel cough at the shelter. She needed a place to get better before she could be adopted so I took her in and kept her as busy as possible while staying inside. Long story short, she got better in less than a week and found a family in the next 3 days! With all that being said, I want to continue to help in any way I can while I’m home for winter break. Plus, who wouldn’t want to spend their free time with animals? I’ll be starting a full time job this summer with typical hours, but can keep your pets company in the mornings and all evening. I’d love the opportunity to get to know your fur babies and love them as my own. <3 I’ll be starting a full time job this summer, with my typical hours being 8:00-4:30. I can spend my mornings, evenings & weekends with your pets! I will care for your pets as you see fit. Of course, I would love to spend as much time with them as possible, taking them on walks or drives or even just playing in the house or yard. If your pets are fairly low maintenance, feel free to let me know what you need done and I will do so and then get out of your hair. :)

“We have used Cassandra for both boarding in her home and for dog walking over the past few months and we couldn't recommend her enough! She is timely, provides great updates, responds quickly to requests and is so kind!”

“Just AWESOME-- short notice booking/no m&g due to time constraint; on time and fun, confident... My young and high-energy beagle didn't even howl he was out the door perkily jaunting down the street with her in about 60 seconds -- she made both of us comfortable and I got time to get ready with ease. Thanks Amber!”

About: I have cared for years for not only my own animals, but have been a reliable pet sitter for friends, family, and neighbors as well. I love all animals and would love this opportunity to care for your loved pets while I am away from my own. I am home for the summer and have lots of free time to spend with your fur babies! I love to be active so I am not shy to go for walks, runs, parks, etc. with dogs and give them love and attention. Would love to be the sitter for you that I would want for my babies! I have a car that enables me to ride to further areas to care and stay with your animals. I would love to spend time with them, take them on long walks outdoors, and play with them for as long as you want!

About: I’ve had pets all my life and have raised a dog since he was a puppy. I have been a trusted pet sitter for years and tend to get along well with pets and have experience with all sizes of dogs. I work full time, but can work from home when needed. If there are any days I have to go into the office, I will be sure to let you know ahead of time. Caring for pets sometimes differs between homes. I abide by all house rules, give regular updates on pets, and am happy to give them all the love and attention they need.

About: No dog deserves the kennel! Why settle for the pound when they can spend a night in a home with an owner-on-loan; either in your house on in a house that has raised two other pets from puppyhood to old age? Admittedly, there are stairs and hardwood floors in my house, but I have bought several carpets for my old dog to move around on and can lay them down for your dog’s convenience. We also have a big backyard that your dog will love to run around in (and no predators, unless you count woodchucks and geese) and a long leash that can go all the way to the end of the property line. I love dogs and after a day with me, your furry friend will mistake me for his mother. I’m most busy Wednesdays-Thursdays, so I marked them out on the calendar, but if petsitting is required for several days, that is easy to accommodate! I also don’t mind waking up every few hours to take a dog out—I have not quite reached the age where sleep is important. I won’t allow your dog to roam around outside unleashed (sorry, but I don’t want to lose them!), but when they’re outside, I’ll make sure they have the freedom to run around to their heart’s content. Additionally, I’m willing to walk them in any weather they’ll put up with and even let them sleep on the couch/spare bed, if they’re not too dirty.

“Isaiah is an amazing dog walker!! He is very friendly and super reliable! I never had to worry about my dog not being well taken care of. I can’t say I’ve felt the same with other dog walkers we have used. Goose also loves him and enjoys their walks! I would highly recommend him!”

About: I've grown up with animals all my life, and love taking care of them. I have had dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, hermit crabs, fish, frogs and even a pet spider! It's my dream to work with animals, and I am currently going to school part-time so I can eventually do just that! I take time every day to make sure my cat's needs are met, including: food, water, affection, positive stimuli, litter box cleaning, medicine, and bathing when necessary. My cat is my whole world and I express the same dedication to pets I take care of. I make sure daily tasks are done and check in on the pet as much as necessary: such as giving food/water, walks, grooming and TLC. I treat client's pets as if they are my own.

About: For many years, I aided my aunt who owns her own dog grooming salon, keeping the dogs occupied and bathing them! I have also taken care of many friends and family members dogs, even cats! I had two dogs, two Guinea pigs, and recently just adopted a cat! I volunteer weekly at a bunny farm cleaning their cages and spending time with them. I enjoy all animals and being a difference in their lives! I currently have a full time job, typically work week hours, with some overtime so I will need to work around that! Available weekends and late night!! I have a park nearby and am familiar with safe areas for dog walking! I think it is important to listen to the client and will do everything I can to ensure your pets safety and help you feel at ease knowing they are in good hands! Every client is different and I respect each and every boundary.

“Amanda was great!! I will definitely be using her again! She was so sweet with my dog and it made she made me feel at ease right away!! Thank you@”

“Right on time, took them at very short notice, great with both dogs. Will definitely ask to watch my dogs again!”

About: First and foremost, Thank you for your interest into my profile! It is truly an honor to have the opportunity to help partake in care and activities with your special pets of all species and sizes! My goal is to make a lasting career professionally as a Veterinarian Technician in the near future, and in the mean time provide any service's I can to pets and owners in need. 5 years ago I spent some time in Missouri where I helped provide care for kennel dogs for around 6 months, including providing baths, medicine, walks, food, water, playtime, attention and love to all of the dogs. Since then I have returned to Syracuse and have helped care for my 6 year old Jack Russell terroir (Luna) and my 4 year old kitten (Buggsy). Buggsy became apart of my family last summer when a friend discovered 7 kittens in her backyard who needed loving homes. Thankfully, that goal was achieved as all kittens were placed in homes and spayed and neutered (including the neighborhood feral mother and father cats to help stop any kittens being left on the street in the future!) And as time has gone on, my love, patience, and determination to work with animals has only grown. Thank you again for your time! I am available on every other weekend from Friday to Sunday. I get one day off during the week which changes, but it will be marked on my calendar for availability. I am willing and hoping to work with any potential clients schedules. I would like to make sure I can ask for any possible extra information needed to help ensure the best treatment for your animals. Along with that I always check fences/gates before bringing an animal outside in case of other animals or people. I also like to scan the surrounding and verify theirs is no unsafe food or material that the animal could possibly ingest in and out of the home. I also always make sure to check and refill any water or food as necessary and clean up any accidents or trips to the bathroom in or out of the home. And ensuring to lock all doors and secure all gates while entering and exiting the home. I love sending photos and keeping you the parent/owner updated as you wish! Thank you again for your time to look at my profile and I hope we can all be a great match! I am available on most days of the week including Monday to Friday. But I am willing to work weekends if needed! I usually prefer hours anywhere from 10am to 7pm but I am willing to work around that to better fit your schedule if needed! It is very important for me to ask any possible questions on extra information needed to help ensure the best treatment not only for your animals but the safety and care of your home as well. Routinely for each visit I ensure fences/gates and doors to property are properly locked and closed after entering the home and after exiting. Especially before bringing an animal outside in case of other animals or people. I also like to scan the surrounding and verify there is no unsafe food or material that the animal could possibly ingest in and out of the home. As well as locating, cleaning, and properly disposing of any trips outside to the bathroom. It’s also important that I check and refill any water or food to the correct measurement/request of owner as necessary. and clean up any accidents or trips to the bathroom in or out of the home. And ensuring your pet gets as much playtime, pets, and or cuddles as they desire. I know each animal can have very different personalities so I am here to help provide them as much comfort as possible. Whether that be relaxing with some belly rubs or running around and playing catch, I am ready to work with both ends of the spectrum!

About: I have been involved with animals from a very young age. I’ve always had a special spot for dogs and have much experience with them as well. I’m a dog groomer as well so I handle many dogs daily! On my days off I would love to walk some dogs! I can also board dogs at my own house and I have a big fenced in back yard. I do have 3 dogs but they are all very friendly! When boarding pets, I try to spend as much time with them as possible. If I am not home, I do crate the animal for safety.

10. Amanda C.
“Amanda and I have known each other since college. When I rescued my dog, I did not know who was going to watch her because she is very scared in new settings. Amanda is my go to pet sitter/dog walker whenever I need her. She makes sure Georgia is taken care off and follows the guidelines for her. She is respectful and she loves animals so much.”

11. John R.
“I have lived next to John for three years and when I first met him, I thought he was a breeder because he had so many dogs frolicking around the yard. It turns out he’s not a breeder, he just takes care of so many other neighbors’ dogs that they sometimes commingle and have babies (but usually don’t). His house has a big yard that animals love to use for the bathroom, possibly because all the other dogs also go there, but I’d like to think it’s because there’s something about John that attracts them. I swear he was a terrier in another life.”

13. Ashleigh M.
“Ashleigh has taken extraordinary care of all animals she has come into contact with since I have known her, she is gentle and kind to any and all living creatures. Her attention to detail and outgoing personality is what gives her the greatest edge over the competition. I would recommend her to anyone, anytime.”

14. Skyler S.
