About: I have been taking care of pets my whole life. I have worked to socialize and give the best life possible to multiple rescue dogs, my pet GSD's. I have been a helping hand to friends and neighborhood pet owners since I was 10. I am a college student with plenty of free time and a flexible schedule. I am available for walks and pet sitting weekdays at anytime and some weekends. Because my schedule is flexible, I can work with whatever timing you need. I take pet's safety very seriously. I will take the upmost care to make sure your pet is comfortable and safe, and I will discuss with you what additional measures are important to keeping your pet safe.

About: Hi! I recently graduated from Clemson University and am home in NY for the next year. I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, lizards, turtles, hamsters, frogs, you name it for as long as I can remember. During my time at school, I’ve fostered two dogs from local shelters and loved every minute of it. I want to continue to help in any way I can while I’m home. Plus, who wouldn’t want to spend their free time with animals? I work a typical 9-5 schedule during the week, so I will have to be away from the house during the weekdays. With that being said, I’d love to spend every second of my mornings, evenings & weekends with your pets! I will care for your pets as you see fit. Of course, I would love to spend as much time with them as possible, taking them on walks or drives or even just playing in the house or yard. If your pets are fairly low maintenance, feel free to let me know what you need done and I will do so and then get out of your hair. :)

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, snakes, lizards, and fish since I was 12 years old. Alongside having animals for as long as I can remember, I have experience completing drop-in visits, providing overnight care, and administering scheduled medications. Pet sitting and dog walking is always my favorite things to do and I would love the opportunity to spend time with your pets! You can expect regular updates and plenty of cute photos. A little bit more about me: I engaged in five years of Dog 4H, three of which I was a junior leader where I helped teach kiddos about dog health and helped others train their four legged friends. In this program I learned many things about how to care for and train dogs, including doggie first-aid, techniques for giving medications, and grooming. Dinah was my dog in this program and she loved “going to school” with me. I also absolutely adore cats and have two of my own! I am currently a graduate student and am available on most weekends, Fridays, and Monday/Wednesday starting at 6pm. Let me know what works for you! I will not be able to provide care in my own home, but I am more than happy to drive to you to provide drop-in services and walk your animals. If providing a drop-in visit for you, I’m always happy to meet beforehand so you can show me everything your pets need.

About: I know how hard it can be to find reliable and trustworthy pet care. I will always be intentional with the care I provide and will never hesitate to go above and beyond as I would want for my pets. I work Monday through Wednesday from 9 am to 5 pm. I am fully available all other days and am happy to stay at your house on the days I go to work as well. I have a large fenced in yard that is empty minus a secured shed. We also have a mostly empty dining room for extra space and we allow all pets on all furniture.

About: I've always been a dog owner since I was a young girl. I would watch/ walk my neighbors and family's dogs whenever they needed me to. I am Thorough and patient especially when it comes to our furry friends. I currently work a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. I’m available for drop-in visits between 12:00–2:00 PM and after 5:00 PM on weekdays. I’m fully available on weekends. I live in a community with lots of sidewalks and have a small front and backyard. Your dog will get plenty of love, attention, and playtime while in my care.

About: I've been taking care of animals since 7th grade. My family had their own dog and I used to care for animals around the neighborhood including cats and other animals. I take care of my former co workers dogs and my dad's dog. I'm a very active person, so I love to play outside and go for walks. I work as a teaching assistant full time and school gets out at 2:15 so I have plenty of time in the afternoon most days and could always take time off if needed for a long weekend. Plus school breaks I have plenty of time. I live in an apartment that has small dog parks outside. I'm very comfortable with letting dogs out in fenced in areas and taking them on leash for walks.

About: Who better than a veterinarian to take care of your best buddies while you're away? I am a new DVM graduate, and am happy to take care of your pets, no matter how old or young, especially those with special needs! I am certified in dog/cat CPR, and am comfortable providing any care needed. *Please note*: My providing pet sitting/dog walking/pet care services does NOT constitute a VCPR, and I cannot provide medical advice unless a VCPR is explicitly established in accordance with NY State Law* I prefer to stay in the client's home especially for dogs as this is generally much more comfortable for the dog to stay in their own environment. For overnight stays, I like to meet the dogs beforehand with owners present. This way they are assured it is okay to have me in their space for staying with them.

About: New to the Homer area - previously served neighbors in the Newfield, Ithaca, and surrounding areas! Available most weekdays nights, weekends, holidays, and summers. My wife and I tag-team our clients as best as we can (joint meet and greets, visits, and sometimes swap on and off if one of us is only available). We have a 4-year old mixed Terrier and two kitties. I have always grown up with animals and I can assure you that I will provide your pet with the same loving care as I would my own. I am flexible with services including home visits, walks, dog park, feedings, medication administration, etc. Overnight stays are difficult, but I am flexible in helping however possible with various drop ins and various hours if needed. If you and your pet become consistent clients, we are extremely flexible with scheduling as best as we can accommodate. I provide as much love and care for your pet as I do my own. Although not accepting overnight stays in my home due to my own pets, I can absolutely use the same qualities and techniques within your own home.

About: No dog deserves the kennel! Why settle for the pound when they can spend a night in a home with an owner-on-loan; either in your house on in a house that has raised two other pets from puppyhood to old age? Admittedly, there are stairs and hardwood floors in my house, but I have bought several carpets for my old dog to move around on and can lay them down for your dog’s convenience. We also have a big backyard that your dog will love to run around in (and no predators, unless you count woodchucks and geese) and a long leash that can go all the way to the end of the property line. I love dogs and after a day with me, your furry friend will mistake me for his mother. I’m most busy Wednesdays-Thursdays, so I marked them out on the calendar, but if petsitting is required for several days, that is easy to accommodate! I also don’t mind waking up every few hours to take a dog out—I have not quite reached the age where sleep is important. I won’t allow your dog to roam around outside unleashed (sorry, but I don’t want to lose them!), but when they’re outside, I’ll make sure they have the freedom to run around to their heart’s content. Additionally, I’m willing to walk them in any weather they’ll put up with and even let them sleep on the couch/spare bed, if they’re not too dirty.

I've taken care of many pets for family and friends throughout my life including: Dogs, cats, pigs, reptiles (chameleons, snakes, lizards, turtles)spiders, birds (African grays, macaws, etc.), fish, horses, cows, ducks, chinchillas etc. My experience includes: senior pet care, medication administration (oral and injection), bathing pets, dog behavior and more. I work mainly from home and I'm available to board or house sit, drop in, and provide dog walks.
