About: Hi! I recently graduated from Clemson University and am home in NY for the next year. I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, lizards, turtles, hamsters, frogs, you name it for as long as I can remember. During my time at school, I’ve fostered two dogs from local shelters and loved every minute of it. I want to continue to help in any way I can while I’m home. Plus, who wouldn’t want to spend their free time with animals? I work a typical 9-5 schedule during the week, so I will have to be away from the house during the weekdays. With that being said, I’d love to spend every second of my mornings, evenings & weekends with your pets! I will care for your pets as you see fit. Of course, I would love to spend as much time with them as possible, taking them on walks or drives or even just playing in the house or yard. If your pets are fairly low maintenance, feel free to let me know what you need done and I will do so and then get out of your hair. :)

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and have always had a deep love for them. While I’ve primarily worked with horses and cows, I’ve also spent years around dogs and cats. We have our own rescue pup at home, and I’ve helped care for everything from small lap dogs to German Shepherds. There’s always been a family or friends dog around, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality. Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, or just keeping them company, I treat every animal like they’re my own. Rover is my full time job, so we can work together to fit your pet into my day! About: I know how hard it can be to find reliable and trustworthy pet care. I will always be intentional with the care I provide and will never hesitate to go above and beyond as I would want for my pets. I work Monday through Wednesday from 9 am to 5 pm. I am fully available all other days and am happy to stay at your house on the days I go to work as well. I have a large fenced in yard that is empty minus a secured shed. We also have a mostly empty dining room for extra space and we allow all pets on all furniture.

About: No dog deserves the kennel! Why settle for the pound when they can spend a night in a home with an owner-on-loan; either in your house on in a house that has raised two other pets from puppyhood to old age? Admittedly, there are stairs and hardwood floors in my house, but I have bought several carpets for my old dog to move around on and can lay them down for your dog’s convenience. We also have a big backyard that your dog will love to run around in (and no predators, unless you count woodchucks and geese) and a long leash that can go all the way to the end of the property line. I love dogs and after a day with me, your furry friend will mistake me for his mother. I’m most busy Wednesdays-Thursdays, so I marked them out on the calendar, but if petsitting is required for several days, that is easy to accommodate! I also don’t mind waking up every few hours to take a dog out—I have not quite reached the age where sleep is important. I won’t allow your dog to roam around outside unleashed (sorry, but I don’t want to lose them!), but when they’re outside, I’ll make sure they have the freedom to run around to their heart’s content. Additionally, I’m willing to walk them in any weather they’ll put up with and even let them sleep on the couch/spare bed, if they’re not too dirty.

About: For many years, I aided my aunt who owns her own dog grooming salon, keeping the dogs occupied and bathing them! I have also taken care of many friends and family members dogs, even cats! I had two dogs, two Guinea pigs, and recently just adopted a cat! I volunteer weekly at a bunny farm cleaning their cages and spending time with them. I enjoy all animals and being a difference in their lives! I currently have a full time job, typically work week hours, with some overtime so I will need to work around that! Available weekends and late night!! I have a park nearby and am familiar with safe areas for dog walking! I think it is important to listen to the client and will do everything I can to ensure your pets safety and help you feel at ease knowing they are in good hands! Every client is different and I respect each and every boundary.

About: **Im sorry but I will not accept a next day booking if I have never met your dog previously, it's for safety's sake!** I've taken care of dogs of all shapes and sizes since I was a little kid. All the dogs growing up were considered "my dogs" by everyone else in the house. I currently have two well behaved dogs, a husky who enthusiastically learned to do basic tricks and a special needs staffie that is a certified couch potato. If your baby has a medication regimen, I can make sure it gets followed. We can be as lazy or active as your baby needs me to be. I also have extensive experience with cats and some experience with ball pythons. My human kids are adults now, so I spend most of my waking time doting over my fur babies; I could consider yours a part of my pack if you'd like! If your dog is an adventurer we can walk for hours. I have two very friendly dogs and two...lets just call them tolerant...cats. I love just watching them go, so I am very engaged with the babies all day long. I'm good at following instructions and I can crate your pet as I come and go if you wish.

About: Currently just accepting previously established/contacted owners! Growing up my family owned a dog as well as a cat, and I helped tend to the care of both animals in the home. I believe that having this responsibility engraved in me from a young age has helped shape me to be a solid pet care taker now. I was able to experience first hand the changes in a pets life as they age, both behaviorally and physically. I also have taken care of friends and family’s pets in their homes while they are away, most owning multiple types of pets from dogs, cats, and even bearded dragons. I am currently working a full time and part time job; the hours of the full time job can vary on the specific day depending upon the released schedule, but hours of shift typically vary from 8a-4p or 1p-9p; as for the part time job, I work Wed-Fri 1am-6am. outside of said working hours, I would be fully attentive to the pets and inside the home/providing direct care. With this, I seem to best fit with clients who have on-site jobs and a work schedule that allows the pet to be left alone up to 8hrs, as it more closely resembles the pets usual experience within the home. I can not unfortunately offer to care for pets in my own home, as it is unfenced and has a cat residing that does best as a single pet. This is something I can recognize, so it is best that I come to the clients home. A pet communicates with people in so many ways, and the best way to create a safe environment for both you and the pet is to understand those behaviors. I have a good understanding of reading an animal and when boundaries are being set, whether they are done with play time and need space, or need some extra attention. Any pet care details left by the owner, I follow very closely to give the pet the closest experience they can get to a typical day in the home with the owner.

It is truly an honor to have the opportunity to help partake in care and activities with your special pets of all species and sizes! My goal is to make a lasting career professionally as a Veterinarian Technician in the near future, and in the mean time provide any service's I can to pets and owners in need. 5 years ago I spent some time in Missouri where I helped provide care for kennel dogs for around 6 months, including providing baths, medicine, walks, food, water, playtime, attention and love to all of the dogs. Since then I have returned to Syracuse and have helped care for my 6 year old Jack Russell terroir (Luna) and my 4 year old kitten (Buggsy). Buggsy became apart of my family last summer when a friend discovered 7 kittens in her backyard who needed loving homes. Thankfully, that goal was achieved as all kittens were placed in homes and spayed and neutered (including the neighborhood feral mother and father cats to help stop any kittens being left on the street in the future!) And as time has gone on, my love, patience, and determination to work with animals has only grown. Thank you again for your time! I am available on every other weekend from Friday to Sunday. I get one day off during the week which changes, but it will be marked on my calendar for availability. I am willing and hoping to work with any potential clients schedules. Along with that I always check fences/gates before bringing an animal outside in case of other animals or people. I also like to scan the surrounding and verify theirs is no unsafe food or material that the animal could possibly ingest in and out of the home. I also always make sure to check and refill any water or food as necessary and clean up any accidents or trips to the bathroom in or out of the home. As well as locating, cleaning, and properly disposing of any trips outside to the bathroom. And ensuring your pet gets as much playtime, pets, and or cuddles as they desire. I know each animal can have very different personalities so I am here to help provide them as much comfort as possible. About: I have grown up around dogs all my life and each of those dogs has helped me learn as much from them as they did me. I love dogs and it always makes me so happy to be around them! About: I have never taken care of pets professionally, but I have had pets in my house since I was a baby. My first pet was a rabbit. I have had dogs, cats, fish, mice, hamster and a rat. I currently have a dog and 2 cats that are rescues. I am a stay at home mom. My daughter is in Pre-K and is home Tuesday and Thursday, so she comes with me on Rover jobs. She’s been doing this since she was born and loves it. About: Schedule-Monday through Friday 6-2:30 I work and weekends off 🫠😁Animals have always been a part of my life growing up. Some of my family has a farm which I got to experience and learn from. I would walk a dog named Molly. She belonged to an older person who struggled with it. All 4 years of high school I was responsible for her grooming, as well as making sure she had plenty of extra love. I truly enjoyed the trust of this pet parent, and Molly that I gained from this time. I wish to continue that commitment now with the pet parents I will be able to meet on here. I truly hope to get the chance to gain your, and your pets trust by reaching there needs. -Christian Rosario My week is surrounded around taking care of my own home and animals. I have flexible hours with my job. If I am unable to be home my girlfriend is there all through the week. She only works weekends as a traveling vet assistant. On those days I am home to reach our animals and your pets needs. They will always be given attention and love. I have a fenced in back yard and two dogs of my own who are trained and help me train other dogs. Both are working emotional support dogs, as we understand they need a purpose to feel a part of the pack. Our house is big enough that no animals have to be together at any point. If this makes pet owners more comfortable and would like there pets separated to enjoy some alone time.

About: I have pet sat for neighbors and family friends for years and for long periods of time. I have taken care of dogs, cats, guinea pigs and fish. I also have experience working with reptiles and snakes as an intern for an environment education center. I took care of a box turtle, corn snake, and painted turtle. I am in college full time but am willing to watch or stop by when I am not currently taking a class. I am a junior at SUNY ESF. And have a relatively light schedule that would allow me to dedicate hours to your pet if needed. As I live in an apartment I do not have any pets nor can I board pets. However, I have my own car so I can travel to take care of pets. If you wish to have overnight care I can stay on a couch or blow up mattress by your pet for safe company.
