Ashley and her family truly seem to enjoy caring for dogs and it’s a great feeling to know that they are so well cared for while we are gone. The outdoor fenced in yard is a huge plus and the dogs get tons of play time. Her dogs are sweet and playful and our pups came home worn out from all the fun they had. She’s great with setting routines and somehow got our 4 month old puppy that was not quite housebroken through 4 days with zero accidents. Definitely recommend.”

About: I'm an enthusiastic dog walker and sitter that has a passion for dogs and rescuing them. I have been involved in dog rescue and fostering in the Syracuse area for a number of years. I've cared for a number of my own dogs and cats from young to seniors. I've also been a foster parent to a number of dogs when rescues needed someone. I can handle the most challenging of dogs down to little babies and everything in between. Your dog will get plenty of love and attention when I'm around! I give all dogs the same love and affection I would give my own dog and see the importance of cuddle and buddy time along with good exercise. I show confidence when I'm with a dog so that they know there is trust with me from the beginning. I currently work part time, so have plenty of time to spend with your fur baby. I am always available after 3:00 p.m. during the week, before 8:00 a.m. or anytime on the weekends. I've got a very pet friendly home. I do allow pets on the furniture, just not in my bed, and have a fully fenced in yard for playtime, as well as the ability to take your furry friend on walks as well! About: (Saying up front that I am not comfortable using a prong collar, so if that’s something you use on your dog, I don’t believe I’m a right fit for the service you want. Please don’t invite me to your home and surprise me with a prong collar—I will not use it on your dog.) Now here’s my bio: No dog deserves the kennel! Why settle for the pound when they can spend a night in a home with an owner-on-loan; either in your house on in a house that has raised two other pets from puppyhood to old age? Admittedly, there are stairs and hardwood floors in my house, but I have bought several carpets for my old dog to move around on and can lay them down for your dog’s convenience. We also have a big backyard that your dog will love to run around in (and no predators, unless you count woodchucks and geese) and a long leash that can go all the way to the end of the property line. I love dogs and after a day with me, your furry friend will mistake me for his mother. I’m most busy Wednesdays-Thursdays, so I marked them out on the calendar, but if petsitting is required for several days, that is easy to accommodate! I also don’t mind waking up every few hours to take a dog out—I have not quite reached the age where sleep is important. I won’t allow your dog to roam around outside unleashed (sorry, but I don’t want to lose them!), but when they’re outside, I’ll make sure they have the freedom to run around to their heart’s content. Additionally, I’m willing to walk them in any weather they’ll put up with and even let them sleep on the couch/spare bed, if they’re not too dirty.

About: I’ve taken care of family friend’s pets weeks at a time for a few years now, and I currently work in animal care and I have for over 3 years. I am currently in grad school getting my phd degree. With that being said, I have a bunch of random availability to care for your pet! I always get outside some how, so walking a dog is perfect! But don’t get me wrong, I love cats as well and could spend all day inside playing and petting a cat! I have had many different breeds of dogs throughout my life and I currently own a cat. I can crate, use gates to restrict the pet to certain rooms. I am very active so playing and going on walks is my favorite part of pet sitting!
About: Ive been around dogs my whole life. I worked at dog daycares, was a kennel tech at Petland and have years of animal sitting experience including dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens etc. I had a husky mix most recently for 8 years before she passed. ***dog must be okay with children*** I currently work evenings and am available most mornings/ days/ and late evening. Although I do not have a fully fenced in backyard, we do have a backyard, tons of parks around us, hiking trails and enclosed baseball fields. I allow doggos on my furniture and bed. I work evenings and typically 4-5 hour shifts. I usually take the dogs for a long walk or to the park prior to me going to work to make sure they’re tired/sleeping rather than bored while I’m away. I can also accommodate crating if needed. There’s a fenced in ball park down the street with plenty of side walks for walks. I allow animals on furniture and have plenty of blankets to keep them cozy.

“This is our second time booking with Ashley. This time we had a second puppy. She is so great with communication and pictures. Ashley and her family truly seem to enjoy caring for dogs and it’s a great feeling to know that they are so well cared for while we are gone. The outdoor fenced in yard is a huge plus and the dogs get tons of play time. Her dogs are sweet and playful and our pups came home worn out from all the fun they had. She’s great with setting routines and somehow got our 4 month old puppy that was not quite housebroken through 4 days with zero accidents. Definitely recommend.”

She was able to keep him safe qnd happy and he got a ton if exercise and attention just like he was at home. We have even tried a doggy daycare and he was hurt while we were away. Jenna kept him safe. We will be using her again next month!”
