About: I have experience rescuing cats and dogs and administering medication. I’ve also done house sitting and pet sitting for several homes. I enjoy running and playing with dogs to keep them active and happy, and I can also help them stay calm when needed. I offer walks up to 1 hour and can safely handle up to 3 dogs at a time. I’m comfortable cleaning up after pets, changing diapers if needed, and giving medication. I work Mondays and Wednesday–Friday from 7 to 3, and Saturdays from 3 to 11pm. I’m free all day on Tuesdays and Sundays 😊 I adapt to each home and follow the owner’s preferences and routine for their pets. I make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for, whether that includes walks, playtime, feeding, medication, or keeping their space clean. I always adjust to each pet’s personality and needs.

About: I’ve grown up with animals my whole life and have always loved having them around. My family has had dogs, cats, and rabbits, so caring for pets has always been a normal part of my life. I also have a dog of my own who I got as a puppy, and he’s now 6 years old. I’ve pet sat for family members during the summers as well, caring for their pets while they were away. I grew up with family dogs, and I have done petsitting for puppies and elderly dogs for friends and family, and seasonally worked on a farm where I worked with guardian dogs, sheep, cows, and chickens. Ashton took care of our three cats while we were away for a week, as well as making sure our two outdoor cats had food and water each day. One of our indoor cats has a somewhat complicated indoor/outdoor routine, and Ashton was very willing to work with us on that and kept us updated throughout the week about how everyone was doing. She sent messages after her visits and let us know whether our indoor/outdoor cat had gone out and come back in, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. We came home to all three indoor cats safe, happy and well fed, and—most impressively—no accidents from our occasionally challenging indoor/outdoor girl! We appreciated having Ashton there to care for everyone while we were gone.

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
