I usually request them when I have to have my boyfriend’s dog with me for extended days, but they are still sending me pictures of my cat who wasn’t part of the request. They are efficient in communication and flexible in timing and if something comes up. Highly recommend them for your pet needs!”

About: Ive taken care of dogs and cats since i was 8, and I've never had a problem with any animal. I can do basic training, and I'm very gentle with older pups. I've got more free time on my hands then i know what to do with. I can come visit your furry family memeber whenever I am needed. I have plenty of time to take your dogs on long walks, and i have a sweet little pup if your fur baby needs a friend. I also have lots of treats, and toys for your pups to play with.

About: As cliche as it sounds, taking care of pets isn’t just something I do; it’s who I am. Since I was little, I’ve been surrounded by animals of all kinds – from snakes, hamsters, guinea pigs, chickens, and dogs of all sizes, to fish and cats, including elderly pets.🐶🐍🐰🐢🐱 I’ve been there for potty training, administering medication, grooming, scheduled feedings, and maintaining teeth hygiene. To me, animals are pure and down-to-earth, and deserve the same respect ❤️ I don’t do this just for the money – I do it because I genuinely care about animals. I’ve heard too many sad stories about boarding pets somewhere, not getting the care they deserve, and the excessive costs involved, and I want to change that. This home is as much theirs as it is mine. I offer a six-foot fully gated yard, big enough for several animals to bask in the sun or play with toys.🌤️ I have several dog beds (and furniture) with enough space to care for your babies. Even the smaller critters or pets that aren’t cats and dogs! I recently used Rover myself and was initially skeptical, worried, and just overall leery about the situation. 😅But it turned out to be a wonderful experience, and now I want others to have the same peace of mind and enjoyment. I want pet owners to feel confident that their animals are in good hands so they can truly relax and enjoy their own vacation, knowing their pets are having a great time too.☺️ And if I could, I’d give myself five out of five stars, rated highly by Forbes ⭐️for providing top notch safety and security to help ease your pet’s separation from you while you’re away. Don’t hesitate to text me on any questions, concerns, or just to chat about your pets. It’s a big decision to make who you can trust your animals with, and I am happy to help 🫶 The question is how do I fit pet care into my routine- but I don’t “fit it” into my routine. I follow my animals routine, and what they need to be their best self. I am make it a priority on managing potty breaks, feedings, treats, and everything in between. It especially helps that I am home most of my days, and wouldn’t mind more company ☺️ It’s not that I just want to “provide care.” I feel like anyone could do that, but it’s more of bonding with that animal. It’s learning their needs, routine, and having patience with them. My goal is for them to not view me as a complete stranger, and more as a good friend to have 💕With that being said- I would love to take your dog on a walk, feed them, grooming, playing, and giving all the love they deserve! If there is good communication and understanding, I would be happy to help with proper medication or medical needs as well 🩷

About: I’ve been caring for my own pets and others’ since I was 10. I treat every animal like family, with patience, attention, and love. I’m comfortable with dogs of all ages, including seniors and shy pets. I pride myself on being reliable, gentle, and attentive to each pet’s individual needs. Whether it’s a walk, playtime, or just cuddles, I make sure your pet feels safe and happy while you’re away. I’m a full-time college student with a flexible schedule, so I have plenty of time to care for pets during the day, evenings, and weekends. I’m currently not working, which gives me even more availability for drop-in visits, walks, or in-home pet sitting at your place. I’m dependable and always happy to accommodate your pet’s routine. I’m committed to providing loving and responsible care in your home. I always respect your space and follow all care instructions exactly. I’m comfortable with feeding, administering medication, cleaning up, and giving your pets all the attention they need to feel safe and loved while you’re away.

About: I grew up with dogs and cats and I’ve taken care of them since I was little. I have experience taking care of multiple cats at a time as well as elderly dogs. I’m a college student on summer vacation so my schedule is always open to take care of your furry baby! Love going for walks in the morning or at night to avoid the afternoon heat. For dogs and cats I think the top priorities are simply making sure they have food and water, have a chance to get some exercise and play time in, and then get lots of attention to make them happy!

About: I have grown up with dogs of all sizes and temperaments! I love going on walks and keeping pets entertained. A great bonus with me is I have experience with animals from all kingdoms as well as plant care! As of right now I am a full time artist, so I can fit pet care into my schedule at all times or days. Please let me know what works best for you! As I only have a small apartment with 3 cats, I cannot offer at home services to many animals, but it is possible depending on the animal. I always make sure doors are locked when leaving and am a very good and strong dog walker! I am also very wary of dashing pets when opening doors. Any other animals or plants that need care let me know. Other than that my priority is to make sure your pets are happy and comfortable while you are gone.

About: Hey everyone, my name is Marisol, and I am a Pre-Medicine student at UNL. I am currently a parent to two dogs and three cats. I have had pets for as long as I can remember, and they are my world! I am an avid walker and runner, so I am here for whatever your pet needs! I am currently taking a summer class, and work part time (usually in the mornings), so I am available to walk dogs before class or in the afternoon! I adore my pets! They regularly visit their vet, and I always keep them clean! I always have them dressed in a cute outfit and like to put bows on my female dog!

About: I’m currently an undergraduate student studying veterinary science and will be applying to veterinary school this fall. Animals have always been a part of my life, as well as my passion for them. I have four years of experience working as a veterinary assistant, where I've gained hands-on skills in animal care. I believe in treating every animal as if they were my own, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and attention. Additionally, I have had the privilege of understudying a professional dog trainer who specializes in the Canine Good Citizen (CGC) program, further expanding my knowledge of dog behavior and training. Although I’m a full-time student, part-time worker, and President of the UNL Pre-Vet Club, I always look for ways to incorporate what I love into my routine. That’s why I joined Rover! Caring for pets allows me to spend time with amazing dogs, stay active, and gain even more hands-on experience—all while doing something I truly enjoy. It’s a win-win for everyone involved! I don’t offer home boarding, but I take pet care very seriously and treat every animal as if they were my own—whether at work or with a client’s pet. My passion for animals is what drives me, and I strive to provide attentive, compassionate, and reliable care in every situation. You can trust that your pet will be in safe, caring hands with me!

“Meghan was amazing! She took care of my puppy exactly according to my instructions. And she made time for two appointments on very last minute notice from me. Super grateful!”

About: I've taken care of cats and dogs since I was a child. I am a great walker, bath giver, cuddler, and a genuine calm presence that animals--and their people--trust. I teach English at UNL so my schedule is flexible and can work in walks and drop-ins most weekdays. I am also happy to housesit occasionally if schedules allow. I currently cannot have animals stay overnight at my house due to my rental agreement. I can bring them by on a walk or have them stay for up to 2 hours.

“Ella is amazing! Lola adores her. She is prompt and always sends me photos and details from the walk. It is such a weight off of my mind knowing Lola is taken care of while I’m gone at work.”

“Michelle has taken care of my French Bulldog, and she has done an amazing job! She is so caring and devoted to animals, and this shows in the way she cares for them. Michelle follows instructions very well, as my Frenchie had medications he needed to take daily and other limitations to his care, and she followed all of these things very well! I do not trust my French Bulldog to simply anybody because he is high maintenance, but I would definitely trust him again with Michelle. Michelle has a great personality as well with animals. She is loving, friendly, and playful, which I think animals perceive and enjoy. I have seen her interact with various animals ranging from cats, dogs, to exotic birds, and she is consistent with every species. I would highly recommend Michelle for your pet services!”
