About: dogs are very important to me as i have been around them my entire life. i currently work at a dog kennel and as much as i enjoy cleaning up after and taking care of those dogs, i would love to have the opportunity to take care of more dogs outside of the kennel environment. my own dog is so very special to me. when i take him back to visit my parents, we have a total of four dogs running around! the smallest is around 10lbs and the biggest is around 85lbs, needless to say it’s crazy and fun! i currently work part time so i am very flexible with my schedule. i am happy to accommodate as much as i can to fit whatever needs you may have. i live in an apartment so as of now, i am not able to dog sit at my home. however, i am more than happy to commute to your residence to treat your dog as if they were my own. dogs have unique personalities and i am capable of accommodating special requests to make sure your dog is as comfortable and safe with me as possible.

About: I have taken care of many family and friends dogs. I treat them like they’re mine own. I go out of my way to make them feel happy. I’m retired so my days and evenings are open to care for your pets. My hours are very flexible. Time with your pet will be the best part of my day. I love to walk, so your dog will get as much walking in as he or she wants. Their schedule will be my schedule. There are lots of dogs in my neighborhood, so your fur baby will meet new friends.

About: Animals have always been an important part of our lives. We raised one of our dogs from an 8 week old puppy and adopted another from a shelter when she was estimated to be 1 to 2 years old, she was with us for over 17 years! We cared for them through every stage of life. That experience taught us the importance of patience, consistency, exercise, and paying attention to each dog’s unique personality and needs. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else, and I’ll care for your furry family member with the same love and attention we gave our own. I currently work part time, which gives me flexibility for dog walks, drop in visits, and house sitting. My schedule varies, but I’m available many afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. I’m active and genuinely enjoy long walks, hikes, and spending time outdoors, so whether your dog prefers a leisurely stroll or plenty of exercise, I’ll make sure they get the attention and activity they need. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I cared for my own two dogs for many years, raising one from a puppy and adopting the other from a shelter. I have experience caring for dogs through every stage of life, including senior dogs with changing needs. About: I've dog sat for various families over the years. I've house sat 3 different times, and have experience with senior dogs needing extra care (medicine, cleaning, etc.) I also have experience watching up to three dogs at once. I have family and friends willing to assist me in case of emergencies, as well. I know some dog first aid, including CPR and Heimlich. Once I graduate from college and finish my summer classes in September, my schedule will be completely open! I don't have any regular weekly commitments, so I can spend as much time with your pet(s) as needed! I like to spend as much time with pets as possible, even if that just means sitting in the same room as them while we each do our own things.

About: I’ve loved animals for many years, and since joining Rover I’ve gained extensive hands-on experience caring for both cats and dogs through drop-ins, walks, and overnight house sitting. I’ve cared for pets for everything from short visits to extended trips lasting multiple weeks. My experience includes feeding and refreshing water, litter box care, dog walking, playtime and enrichment, administering medications, maintaining established routines, and providing companionship. I also have experience caring for senior pets and animals with more involved routines. One thing I’ve learned is that every pet is different. Some want constant attention and playtime, while others need patience and space before they feel comfortable with someone new. I take the time to learn each pet’s personality rather than expecting them to adjust to me. Communication is also a big priority. I provide regular updates and photos, follow instructions carefully, and want owners to feel confident that both their pets and their home are being well cared for. I’m grateful to have developed relationships with repeat clients who trust me to care for their pets whenever they travel, and I’d love the opportunity to become someone your pets know and trust, too. I’m a teacher and an experienced pet sitter with a growing group of wonderful repeat clients. Since beginning on Rover, I’ve had the opportunity to care for both cats and dogs with a wide range of personalities, routines, and needs. I truly enjoy getting to know each pet and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their family is away. During the school year, I work Monday–Friday and typically leave home around 7:00–7:15 AM and return around 4:15–4:30 PM. I’m available for drop-ins and walks before and after work, as well as on weekends. I also offer overnight house sitting for pets who can comfortably and safely be alone during my workday. During school breaks, holidays, and summer vacation, my availability expands considerably and often includes daytime visits and walks. My Rover calendar is kept updated to reflect these changes. During school breaks I have much more daytime flexibility. Upcoming breaks include Thanksgiving break (Nov. 25–27), winter break (Dec. 21–Jan. 1), and Easter break (Mar. 26 & 29). I also have additional individual days off throughout the school year, so feel free to check my Rover calendar or ask about a specific date. I care for pets in their own homes, where they can stay comfortable with their familiar surroundings and routines. I carefully follow all instructions for feeding, medications, walks, potty breaks, and any special care needs. I’m respectful of my clients’ homes and make sure everything is secure when I arrive and leave. I also provide regular messages and photos so you know how your pet is doing while you’re away. If anything seems unusual with your pet, I’ll communicate with you right away.

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats for family friends for years. My girlfriend and I love meeting new fur babies and getting to play with them! I work 1:30 to 5:30 every week day at the bank! Olivia works 2 to 8 usually but other than that we like to watch tv and go on walks so we will be at the house often!! I send photos of pets and make sure the owner is at ease for the whole time we are there! I am very responsive to texts if there are any issues/updates. I am comfortable with kenneling dogs at night or having them sleep on the bed!

About: I love being around animals! I got my first dog when I was 15 and trained him myself. Then I have dogs sat for countless families. I have cared for puppies to senior dogs and of all kinds. I work part time and go to college full time, but I have lots of time in my schedule for pups. I am avalible in the afternoons and on weekends I do not have a fenced in yard, but I have a yard and I love to go for walks and be outside with your dog! I can crate them if preferred or accommodate to many situations.

About: I grew up with pets my whole life. My family and friends have relied on me walk, feed, and house/dog sit when they are unavailable. My dog MJ, who passed in 2020, made one of the biggest impacts in my life, and if I can give more care and love to animals it would be very fulfilling. I am comfortable around pets of all ages, and will cater to each animals needs. It is always my aim to adore your pet as much as you do! My job is mostly remote and I do make my own schedule. So I will be able to easily cater to your pet care needs. I will respect your pets boundaries and cater to their needs. My goal is to make your pet feel safe and loved. All pets are different, and require different ways of caring for.

About: I've taken care of dogs of all sizes since I was around 12 years old. I am familiar with big dogs, and have taken care of many dogs who tend to jump or bark. I am a student at MUSC in a hybrid program, so I love to take care of pups during my free time! It’s also a great way for me to make some extra money for school :) I have an unfenced backyard, so I primarily walk dogs around my neighborhood on a leash. There are also many dog parks very close by that are great for letting the dogs run around!
