About: Animals have always been an important part of our lives. We raised one of our dogs from an 8 week old puppy and adopted another from a shelter when she was estimated to be 1 to 2 years old, she was with us for over 17 years! We cared for them through every stage of life. That experience taught us the importance of patience, consistency, exercise, and paying attention to each dog’s unique personality and needs. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else, and I’ll care for your furry family member with the same love and attention we gave our own. I currently work part time, which gives me flexibility for dog walks, drop in visits, and house sitting. My schedule varies, but I’m available many afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. I’m active and genuinely enjoy long walks, hikes, and spending time outdoors, so whether your dog prefers a leisurely stroll or plenty of exercise, I’ll make sure they get the attention and activity they need. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I cared for my own two dogs for many years, raising one from a puppy and adopting the other from a shelter. I have experience caring for dogs through every stage of life, including senior dogs with changing needs. I’ll follow your instructions carefully, keep your home secure, provide regular updates and photos, and treat your pet with the same patience, love, and respect I gave my own dogs. Every pet deserves to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away.

About: dogs are very important to me as i have been around them my entire life. i currently work at a dog kennel and as much as i enjoy cleaning up after and taking care of those dogs, i would love to have the opportunity to take care of more dogs outside of the kennel environment. my own dog is so very special to me. when i take him back to visit my parents, we have a total of four dogs running around! the smallest is around 10lbs and the biggest is around 85lbs, needless to say it’s crazy and fun! i currently work part time so i am very flexible with my schedule. i am happy to accommodate as much as i can to fit whatever needs you may have. i live in an apartment so as of now, i am not able to dog sit at my home. however, i am more than happy to commute to your residence to treat your dog as if they were my own. dogs have unique personalities and i am capable of accommodating special requests to make sure your dog is as comfortable and safe with me as possible.
“I’ve had Ella care for my cats while on vacation a few times and I got wonderful updates with the most adorable photos. They were well cared for, just as I would have done myself. This time I needed help with my elderly Labrador. I had a shoulder replacement and am unable to walk her. Ella to the rescue, she was able to walk her early mornings before the heat. Emma looks forward to her arrival by waiting at the window for her, that’s a clear sign that it’s a match. Thank you Ella!”

“Ashley & Kyle are really amazing! They go the extra mile to make your dog feel comfortable and take the time to get to know everything about your dog so they can provide them with the best walks. If you’re dog has anxiety like mine does they did so wonderful with him and made him comfortable so that he was actually excited to go on walks with them :)”

About: I've dog sat for various families over the years. I've house sat 3 different times, and have experience with senior dogs needing extra care (medicine, cleaning, etc.) I also have experience watching up to three dogs at once. I have family and friends willing to assist me in case of emergencies, as well. I know some dog first aid, including CPR and Heimlich. Once I graduate from college and finish my summer classes in September, my schedule will be completely open! I don't have any regular weekly commitments, so I can spend as much time with your pet(s) as needed! I like to spend as much time with pets as possible, even if that just means sitting in the same room as them while we each do our own things.
About: I have worked with all types of pets throughout my entire life! I have worked with everything from cats and dogs, to snakes and parakeets! I am home for the summer and have a part time job that I will do my absolute best to work around! Let me know what times and days work best for you, and I will do what I can to adjust accordingly! My #1 goal is to ensure that the pet is happy and healthy when I am in it's care! I understand that new people can be frightening or scary to a companion animal. My job is to take my time to get to know these pets and make their time with me enjoyable and comfortable!
About: I love animals and am committed to giving them enriching lives. While your pet is in my care, you can expect them to play a variety of brain-engaging games, eat out of puzzle feeders, and receive undivided love and affection! I work a very flexible job that allows me to fit in walks and drop-in visits whenever needed. There are no times that are too early or too late for my schedule! I will follow any procedures and protocols you have put in place for your pet. Your pet's routine is important to me and them! Animals thrive off of routine, so I will follow any directions you give to the letter.

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats for family friends for years. My girlfriend and I love meeting new fur babies and getting to play with them! I work 1:30 to 5:30 every week day at the bank! Olivia works 2 to 8 usually but other than that we like to watch tv and go on walks so we will be at the house often!! I send photos of pets and make sure the owner is at ease for the whole time we are there! I am very responsive to texts if there are any issues/updates. I am comfortable with kenneling dogs at night or having them sleep on the bed!
“Jasmine went above and beyond to take care of my dogs. I only booked her to walk the dogs but she took the time to also play with them and spend time with them. She spoiled my dogs and they love her. I really appreciate her assistance”

About: Most people babysit growing up, I was the local petsitter instead. Now I’m the go-to petsitter for my friends and colleagues, looking to help others! I have experience petsitting both cats and dogs! My main summer job is research, so the hours I’m available are very flexible. I make my own schedule so I can make myself available for most times! I’ve cared for lots of pets of varying age and need ranges, so I am equipped to do whatever is needed for pets to thrive while their owners are away. I am used to taking dogs on long walks or snuggling under a blanket, and I have two very particular cats of my own so I know how to get kitties eating, playing, and comfortable!
About: When you are away, you want to be sure your pets are in good hands. If you choose me as your pet sitter, I promise to provide the highest quality pet care to your furry family members. I’ve been taking care of dogs at home and for neighbors since I was a child. Throughout my adult life, I have continued to care for my own pets as well as the pets of others, especially busy professionals and military families. I always do my best to accommodate individuals and families who need emergency pet care on short notice. I have experience caring for dogs of all ages, breeds, and temperaments. This includes plenty of experience caring for senior dogs and those with medical needs and disabilities. I have cared for a variety of other animals as well, including cats, fish, frogs, turtles, rabbits, and birds. I am happy to accommodate non-canine pets as needed if their needs are in line with my capabilities. If you choose me as your sitter, know that I always like to do a meet and greet to get to know your pup and to make sure we are a good fit. If we decide to work together, I will always provide you with regular updates while you are away so you can rest assured that your dog is in safe hands! I am regularly available evenings and weekends to assist with your pet care needs. Depending on our proximity / drive time, I can provide overnight care most nights through drop-in visits, especially in the event of an emergency when you need some help quickly. Your pets will be in great hands if you choose me as a sitter or dog walker. I have experience with dogs of all ages and temperaments. I believe in using positive reinforcement and will follow always your guidelines regarding training.
About: I’ve mostly cared for bigger dogs with a lot of energy. I regularly look after my friend’s pets as well as my family’s. I have a dog of my own, she’s very active and friendly. I’ve had her for over a year and learned so much about dogs from being a pet parent. I got to school part-time but I still have quite a bit of time throughout the day for check-ins. The weekends are best for boarding. I like to do dog walking throughout the week. I spend most of my time at home so I don’t mind hosting at my home but I’ll also do care at a client’s home. I do not have a fenced in back yard but I live in an area with a lot of parks and open spaces. I do spend a lot of time outside so I’m comfortable with going out for multiple walks a day. I don’t provide treats of my own unless the owner asks me too or if they tell me what they’re okay with their pet eating. I don’t give pets food I’m eating because I don’t want them to choke or they could get sick.
The median cost per walk for dog walking in 40th And A is $16
Dog parents share their Rover experiences - 40th And A
She has been absolutely amazing with our dogs! She walks our girls Monday through Friday and is always on time, reliable, and consistent. She is incredibly patient, caring, and attentive with them, and always keeps us updated, which gives us so much peace of mind while we’re at work. Our girls are always happy to see her, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about them. We feel very lucky to have found someone so responsible and trustworthy. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog walker. Thank you so much for being so wonderful with our girls! ❤️🐾

Emma has been my vacation dog walker for several years now. She is very good with my boys and they adore her. I lost my hound since the last time she walked for me and she adjusted to my new puppy quickly. She always let's me know if something unusual happens and takes pictures.

We couldn’t ask for a better dog walker than Jamie. The dogs love her, and she treats them like her own. She’s reliable, communicative, and incredibly kind. When I travel, it means the world to know she’s helping my mom with the dogs. That kind of support is priceless. Highly recommend.

This girl is amazing. Great communication... Flexible with times. My Dharma absolutely loves her. Waits at the door for her to arrive. If you need a dog walker ... This is your person. I would also trust her with sitting though I havent had the need to use her yet in that category. You won't go wrong with Jennifer.
