“Laurel and her lovely family took such great care of my little one and I highly recommend her. Laurel provided photos and updates throughout her stay and made me feel really comfortable. Absolutely would use again and really appreciated the loving care she provided.”

“Kyle and Desiree were absolutely wonderful with my cat Pretzel while I went on a road trip. From the very beginning, having a nice welcome sign and a beautiful home/open and clean space for her to roam I knew I had contacted the right people. They were so attentive to her needs and were very proactive and responsive in providing great care. They sent me pictures throughout my trip and made everything so much less stressful than I’ve experienced in the past with pet sitting and cats! I cannot say enough good things about our experience and would leave 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend Kyle & Desiree for anyone looking for amazing pet sitters! I will be booking again soon. Thank you both so much!”

“A very good experience and great communiction between me and the host. Lots of photos shared and the hosts were very quick to respond. I got done with my trip early and they had no problem working with me to pick up my dog earlier than expected. I will be using them again when I am in the area. Thank you. Brent and Harvey.”

“She was the best! She sent many pictures and updates while I was away for a little more than a week. He stayed in a spare room and was shy at first but became friendly with her quick. I will definitely rebook with her in the future!”

“Georgia was so wonderful with our dogs. She took such great care understanding & accommodating their individual needs and behaviors. I would not hesitate in asking Georgia to watch Rosie & Daisy again. It’s nice being able to relax while away, knowing they’re in her care. The picture & video updates were great as well!”

“Maggie took such great care of my dog. From multiple updates a day and long walks to tire my pup out, I knew my dog was in good hands. She seemed so happy in the videos Maggie sent me and it was even hard for my dog to leave when the time came to go home. She was so incredibly flexible with pickup and drop off as well. Couldn't have asked for a better sitter would definitely use Maggie again.”

“Alejandra and Patrick are sooooo great … I have never picked up my pup so calm …while that may not sound like much …but he is usually running at me ready to “go home” … he was so calm he actually laid down next to me on the stoop while Alejandra told me about his stay …I can not recommend Alejandra and Patrick enough!”

“Absolutely amazing! My boy came home super happy and he a great time while staying with Brenda! She kept me updated and sent me great pictures throughout his stay!”

“Dalia and Dainius are great! I was able to do a meet and greet prior to the booking- they were very detailed and kind. They took excellent care of my dog during her stay, updated with pictures, and went on a lovely walk. Thank you again for watching Ethel!”

She had lots of accommodations ready for visiting dogs. Her responsiveness to messages and updates throughout the weekend weee excellent. Will definitely book again in the future.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Estes Park
Red took care of our mixed Lab Lincoln for an entire day and overnight as we were stayed in Estes Park for our son’s wedding. Leaving Lincoln site unseen with Red while also dealing with wedding plans was stressful. Red came to our rescue as Lincoln immediately took to her. She was wiling to pick him up and we had time to visit and go over Lincoln’s ins and and outs. Red kept it touch throughout and gave Lincoln extra attention while also feeding him and taking him for four walks. When we picked Lincoln he was fine and had a great time with Red. We are so thankful to find someone as wonderful and caring as Red to help make our wedding experience enjoyable and worry free. Highly recommend. Great job!

Kathleen is probably the nicest dog sitter we’ve met! She is very communicative and went the extra mile to take Bobbie out for walks at the park. She even made steamed carrots and an egg (with our permission!) just for Bobbie. We are tourists visiting the Rocky Mountain National Park and we would recommend Kathleen to anyone who’s doing the same.

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in CO ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
