I asked her last minute to watch Ranger instead of leave him at the pet lodge in town, and it was the best decision I’ve made in recent memory. She responded promptly, offered to watch him on very short notice, and showed him so much love and care. Marcy treats and loves our pets like they are her own, and my puppy was actually even happier after staying a night with her. Cannot recommend Marcy enough!”
“Oh my goodness. Sidney was the best person for this job. I have ZERO complaints, or things I think she could have done differently. I had never left my pup before and it was a difficult decision to leave her in Grand Forks for a 10 day trip. Ellie, my dog, is a little aggressive at times, and standoffish to anyone at first. I dropped her off worried and sad, but when I handed my pup over to Sidney, Ellie could tell she was a good person. Sidney slowly introduced her dogs to Ellie once Ellie was used to Sidney, perfect to adjust slowly. And by the end, (even about three days in) Ellie was playing with her two dogs, sleeping and cuddling with them, and just having a blast. It made me rest easy knowing that my dog was safe and happy. Will be booking again if I ever need a sitter. Wonderful dogs and wonderful person. 110% recommend :)”

About: I've taken care of my own dog/cats for at least the past 25 years. I have also responsibly watched pets of friends and family over the years. I genuinely care about animals and especially family pets/fur babies. I balance my schedule to allow for pet care/sitting/walking. “Hannah was so warm and welcoming to our pup. We needed one day of doggie daycare so we could explore some trails in RMNP, where we were camping. Hannah’s house was not far at all from the Beaver Meadows park entrance. We left the park in the morning and dropped off, and Hannah (and some deer!) were outside to greet us. We received lots of photos and a video, and it seemed like our dog had a wonderful time. She even took our pup on a walk to a nearby pond/lake, where she could explore. If we are ever in the area again, I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to Hannah to watch our dog again.”

Drop ins are for visits less than 1 hour (sometimes multiples per day), Day Care is longer visits (usually between 4-8 hours per day) but no overnights and housesitting is full time, 24 hour care including overnights. ***Rover has taken away full autonomy of our calendars. About: Being outside a lot, having a vehicle able to bring with and transport pups to really great spots and back. I do really love dogs a lot, but just a great attitude goes along way. Really just enjoy the experience, time, and friendship. Always on leash unless other wise given an okay, fed at the particular times upon request, contained at home in provided kennels if need be. About: I have taken care of many dogs in my life both my own and families and friends beloved pets. I’ve done visits and house sitting. Tasks usually include walking, feeding, play, and giving required medication if needed. I’ve also brushed out dogs and given baths when needed. Was working full time but with the winter season cut short I have a lot of down time until mid may to help anyone out with their pets. I unfortunately don’t live in a pet friendly unit but when visiting others homes with pets I am very respectful of the owners space and their pet I would generally go in and give the pet space or company if wanted and only touch the things allowed by the owner like food, water, medication, leash…etc.

From bathroom breaks to water breaks Shawn handled it. If the doggies were low on food/water he took care of it. He walked the dogs on various routes within the neighborhood to keep them interested. About: Ive taken care of dogs for about 6 years I have experience with any age dog from very young to very old. I have experience in dog walking, dog and cat sitting, and training. I have two dogs and a cat that I love deeply and will do anything for. I will always be gentle and loving towards any animal and will do whats best for them in any situation. I live right across from a park that I walk my dogs around and, it has many baseball fields that I like to let them run in. In a clients home, I will be sure to keep it well organized, and clean. There will be no mess or remnants for you to clean up when you get home. I will make sure your pet is happy well feed and hydrated and will take every precaution to keep them and your home safe. About: I’m a caring, loving and energetic person who loves animals. I have worked with dogs, cats, ferrets, rats, bunnies and horses. I love to give animals all kinds of love and treats. For long term care I provide pup cups from Starbucks or DQ and lots of cuddles. For extended stays I love spoiling animals with food, treats, cuddles as we watch a movie and provide basic cleaning for the house. I’m a graduate student at CSU and my classes are online so I have tons of flexibility to be there for your animals. I live in Longmont but willing to drive as south to Arvada, or north towards Fort Collins. I love to give pets a nice brush out and scratches, then we go for a walk or type of excersise do half hour with a treat and cuddles at the end of the day. I like to use pet safe sun block on dogs and shoes on pavement depending on the temperature outside. Also bring snacks and water for your pets while we do our walk.

“Oh my goodness. Sidney was the best person for this job. I have ZERO complaints, or things I think she could have done differently. I had never left my pup before and it was a difficult decision to leave her in Grand Forks for a 10 day trip. Ellie, my dog, is a little aggressive at times, and standoffish to anyone at first. I dropped her off worried and sad, but when I handed my pup over to Sidney, Ellie could tell she was a good person. Sidney slowly introduced her dogs to Ellie once Ellie was used to Sidney, perfect to adjust slowly. And by the end, (even about three days in) Ellie was playing with her two dogs, sleeping and cuddling with them, and just having a blast. It made me rest easy knowing that my dog was safe and happy. Will be booking again if I ever need a sitter. Wonderful dogs and wonderful person. 110% recommend :)”
