About: I've taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember. I can walk multiple dogs at once and love to spend time with cat. I am currently working full time at the blood bank so I cannot guarantee potty breaks during the day, but with Alaska daylight I can guarantee walks if needed. I have had a dog my whole life, I do not offer boarding personally but I can ensure that your pets will be safe with me.

About: I have a wide variety of experience working with animals. I spent years working at animal shelters and boarding kennels, have fostered over 30 rescue dogs with behavioral issues, helped train search and rescue and sled dogs. I also have two wonderful rescue pups of my own :) I love dogs and other animals of all ages, temperaments, and sizes and would love the chance to care for yours! I have experience giving medications as well and, if this service is required, you can feel confident that medications will be given on time and accurately. You can rest assured that your furry friend will be treated kindly and as one of my own. I would be happy to work with any special needs or requirements and do whatever it takes to keep you and your pet happy. I like to go with the energy of the pups I have in the house- if it feels like a lazy morning, we will relax and cuddle until we are ready to go. Other times we can get up and moving, hitting the trails as the sunrise is coming up. I am pretty high-energy myself and will be sure to exercise your pup regularly/get their energy out! I do not have a fenced yard but will be outside with your pups while they are at all times. If you are most comfortable with them remaining on-leash, I will happily leash-walk them for potty breaks.

About: My parents had a couple of litters of puppies when I was a child and I’ve been dog driven ever since. I don’t let the opportunity to greet a doggo pass me by. I am a massage therapist with a lot of daytime availability so I can break up the long work day for your fur babies needing exercise and love. My current dogs are very friendly with others and love to make new friends with proper supervision. I’m happy to be a part of your animals routine in their home environment as well. I have experience with on and off site pet sitting with both small and large breed animals.

About: Why hello! What sets me apart from others is that I'm a 10+ working dog (K9) Handler and trainer. Pet dog trainer, as well. Outgoing and energetic, your dog will be kept on a leash, active (if they desire), loved & cared for like they deserve. Worked as well, and trained , dogs that have had behavioral or medical issues with a soft spot for seniors. Have a puppy? I've had plenty of those. As for other animals, have over 15 yrs experience caring for horses, goats, cats, birds, fish, lizards and hamsters. I'm close enough to home that the max my animals go with out a potty break is 4 to 5 hours. Have a Webcam set up to monitor when I'm away. I can house sit or have your pets in my home. I am surrounded by a gorgeous forest with a dog pen. I enjoy taking dogs on long walks daily as well.

About: I am a musher with 15 dogs, and just finished my rookie Iditarod. I have extensive knowledge in vet care including administrating medication, monitoring animals, emergency care, canine massages and snuggles!! Being a kennel owner, I am responsible for creating meal plans - keeping each dog at a healthy weight. Training and exercise plans - assuring each dog gets the right amount of exercise per day and creating “jobs” for the dogs who need that extra task. House training - training pets (specifically sled dogs) to make the transition into living in a house! While I cannot bring pets to my house, I am willing to travel for your pets in order to make each one as comfortable as possible while the owner is gone! I am currently in between jobs so most of my day is off making sure my dogs are enjoying their day and I would love to do the exact same with your pets! Unfortunately with a kennel of 15 dogs, I cannot bring pets to the house. However, I am willing to commute in order to give your pets the care they need - whether that be for feeding time, a walk/hike, or a simple check in.

About: Hi, I'm Dave! I have over 15 years of professional work experience and education in the animal care field; working with everything from rodents to horses, and everything in between! I've had the pleasure of helping out 20 different Fairbanks families so far and look forward to growing that circle soon! In 2009, I completed a vocational school program in Small Animal Science: a two-year course designed for training future veterinary technicians. From there I worked at several boarding kennels where I cared for dogs and cats staying for day care as well as boarding. I now have my B.S. in Wildlife Biology, but still enjoy caring for more domesticated animals of all sizes. I have a very friendly Border Collie who I am training to eventually compete in agility competitions, as well as other canine sports and activities. I am looking forward to making connections with other pet parents here in the Fairbanks area, and hope that you will let me care for your pet! References can be made available upon request!
