About: I have over 6 years of experience caring for a wide variety of animals. I’ve personally raised and cared for small pets with specialized needs, so I understand how important it is to provide calm, consistent, and species-specific care. I’m especially great with pets who are shy, senior, or need a little extra patience. Whether your pet needs a quiet cuddle session, a play break, or specialized feeding and handling, I make sure they feel safe and happy. I offer flexible availability, excellent communication, and truly treat your pets like family. Let me know how I can help! I work a part-time job, which gives me plenty of flexibility throughout the day for drop-in visits. I plan my pet care visits around my work hours to make sure your pets get the attention and consistency they need. I love being around animals, and spending time with them is honestly the best part of my day. Whether it’s a quick check-in, a walk, or some playtime, I enjoy making each visit meaningful I treat every pet and home with the same care and respect I’d want for my own. During drop-in visits, I follow all instructions carefully and always make sure your pet is safe, fed, and happy before I leave. I double-check doors, clean up any messes, and give updates with photos so you always know how things are going. Building trust is important to me, and I aim to make both you and your pet feel comfortable every step of the way.

“Markita was very communicative and kept our little guy safe and loved. Appreciate you so much!”

About: I’ve been a cat person for as long as I can remember. Growing up on a farm, I had the opportunity to care for many different pets, but a cat’s purr is what won me over. In addition to caring for my own kitties and those of family and friends, I volunteered to socialize cats at a local animal shelter. I bring over 30 years of experience in cat care from kitten hood through the golden years. I have experience administering medications and giving extra TLC to those kitties with special needs. I’m always up for playing with your kitties and giving them all the snuggles they crave during my visits. I understand not all cats warm up to new people, but I’m patient and will allow your kitty to get to know me on their terms. I look forward to meeting and caring for the members of your feline family. Cats tend to be creatures of consistently. I'm working from home, so my schedule is flexible which allows me to accommodate your kitty’s routine and needs. From my own experience leaving my kitties with a pet sitter, I understand how important it is to know they’ll be in good hands while you’re away. They’re a part of your family and I care for them as I would my own kitties.

About: See I loved dogs ever since I was a little girl, because to me they were like free therapy that had adorable furry faces. In general I'm a very empathetic girl, so I have a good intuition when it comes to different energies and feelings. When it comes to your fur babies, I put my full efforts on display to be attentive to your dogs when they need love or space when they are overstimulated. I LOVE brushing and wiping down dogs because it's a win-win experience. I get to build a bond and they get a pampered experience to look nice, clean, and cuddle- ready. Although I'm not a professional trainer, I love to keep my mind refreshed on dog training and behavior because to me it's beneficial for both me and the dog. Since I have lots of free time during the week, my family sometimes ask me to help with babysitting at times only once or twice a week. So I don't always have a set schedule when it comes to certain days, however when it comes to time I'm more available from 11am and on. But I am open to early mornings depending on my availability. From family, friends, and neighbors, I've always been the one person that everyone thinks of when they need some trusting and loving. I understand how scary it is trusting anyone, let alone a stranger! However you won't face any stress, fear, or anxiety when it comes to me. I treat your home as a treasured temple that is not to be tampered with and must be treated with ultimate respect and cared cleanliness. I give everyone multiple updates with text and photo so you can see for your self what's happening in real time. And I will be very honest and detailed with you ,good or bad, because I don't want you to have any kind of lingering concerns.

“She was very attentive with our 2 cats, one to be known for being very skittish and it was so lovely to see them warm up to her once I got back from my trip out of Sacramento. She always kept in touch, was very patient once she noticed one of our kitty's picky eating habits and always made sure of their fill, along with nothing was out of the ordinary that she let us know by via pictures of them. I also had filled her in about a recent liquid medication routine for one of our kitty's and she always updated me of that too! 5/5 she was incredibly amazing!”

Ashley M.
“Ashley, made sure my cats were well taken care of and included a pic so I felt comforted.”
