“Grisel and her daughter took such good care of my Momo! I could tell Momo was comfortable and felt safe. They were also excellent communicators and send me very frequent picture updates of Momo, which I really appreciated. Would definitely have Momo stay with them again.”

“Cedric was honestly one of the best sitters I have ever used on Rover! He was so flexible in drop off and pick up, communicated very well and gave my boy Nitro all the attention he needed. He treated my dog like a part of the family. I would 100% use Cedric again without a doubt!”

“Our first time being away from our tiny Yorkie, and Susan and Irv did a great job. When she refused to eat they ended up hand feeding her and wouldn’t rest until they found something she would eat. We will definitely book Susan and Irv for future pet sits.”

“Our dogs stay with Achara went so smoothly! It was their first time overnight and a long extended stay so I was initially nervous to leave them for that long, but Achara’s communication and care were excellent all the way through! Our young one looked to be having so much fun running and playing with Achara’s puppy and our older one looked very happy and comfortable doing her own thing 🥰 We were overall very happy and not nervous once we saw how happy the dogs were in the daily photos and videos that were sent to us. Thanks Achara for a great experience! We’ll definitely be back again!”

“Nicole went above and beyond to make sure my pup was comfortable and well adjusted to her home. She also went above and beyond with communicating with me! I’ll be booking again!”

“Our fur-child stayed with Lety for 4 nights which is the longest our sweet boy has been away from us. As always she communicates and provides updates in a timely manner throughout the day starting with breakfast time. Lety also takes amazing pics of him enjoying his walks and playtime with her dog Mason. He seems to enjoy his time whenever he goes to Lety’s. I’m grateful to have someone very caring to watch my Niko when needed.”

“This is the second time Kazue has watched our dog Coco and takes excellent care of her. Coco could be a handful because she loves being held and around people constantly. Kazue updates us with photo and video and we know Coco is well taken care of. Thank you Kazue for the excellent care and peace of mind.”

“Erin is a very loving doggy sitter. I can go away and feel my dog is in good hands. Erin sends two updates daily along with pictures. She has 2 dogs, who my dog gets along with just fine. I highly recommend Erin”

“While I was away, Sade had excellent communication with me the entire time. She sent pictures and updates regularly, which I really appreciated. She also followed the meal plan I provided perfectly and took great care of Peanut. I would definitely highly recommend Sade to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter, and I will absolutely be using her again in the very near future!”

“I can't say enough about how positive the experience was. Melissa and her family are super sweet and caring. We arranged to have our dogs meet in advance, which was great, and Melissa took the time to make that happen. My dog took some time to socialize with their other dogs, but Melissa was accommodating and helpful to make sure that process went smoothly. She also sent pictures and video while we were away. Highly recommend!”

“Alesya was great with my little guy and truly made us both so comfortable with his first boarding experience! She kept me informed along the way and it’s very clear she truly cares about the pups she watches!”

“Chelsi is fantastic! Left our girl Donna with her and they had a blast together! She followed all our instructions and sent great updates and photos! We will definitely be booking with Chelsi again the next time we go out of town!”

“Danielle was so good with my baby and VERY patient. She has lots of her own babies to play with which was nice as well. She was very communicative and I felt comfortable with all of her updates. I would definitely use her again!”

“Thank you so much Victoria for helping us out. Not only on a whim but with our brand new puppy who were still learning about ourselves. The best thing a pet parent can have is reassurance and that’s what you gave! Victoria and her family treated our Kobe like their own. Updates and pics as requested. Thank you for saving us!!!”

“First time using Kate and she was great! VERY attentive and did a fantastic job keeping me updated thru messages and sending photos . Would not hesitate to use her again. I really felt like she loved my Cady!”

“Reginay watched my dog CeeCee I am definitely coming back again. Reginay kept in communication with me the whole time. She agreed to a meet and greet before she watched her. She is very sweet and professional the first time we met. I picked her before but didnt need her that time . She was very sweet and understanding thats why when i needed a sitter she wss the first person i contacted. Ceecee has very bad speration anxiety and this was my first time leaving her with someone she didnt know. I called and texted a million times she never missed not one call or text and made me feel at easy everytime. My dog also have pancreatitis She have a special diet she followed all food instructions i gave her .. Ceecee was smiling the whole time she was with her and she dont do that with anyone. I couldnt ask for a better sitter. Thank you Reginay 😊.”

“Annie was truly a blessing while we were away. She treated my dogs Chip and Bengi like her own and showed so much patience and kindness. She was extremely understanding, dependable, and made the whole process stress free for us. It’s not easy trusting someone with your baby, but Annie made it feel so comfortable. We are beyond thankful for her! 💖💖🥹”

“We booked Roy because our previous sitter canceled and Roy was quick to respond and very willing to take care of Rudy. Rudy is a Doby in his teenage phase so he has a lot of energy and Roy was ready to take that on. He gave Rudy lots of attention and play time and Rudy had a blast. We felt so relaxed on our trip because we knew Rudy was in good hands. Highly recommend Roy for your sitter!”

“Markita made our first Rover booking the easiest decision ever. We were nervous leaving Freddie and Charlie alone with a “stranger” for 12 days - this was the longest we’ve been away from them. Markita gave us the peace of mind we needed to relax on our trip. She was responsive and went the extra mile with everything. Most of all, she bonded with the boys which was really special. Thanks Markita for taking care of our boys and our home! We know exactly who to call on to take care of them for our next trip. ❤️🐱”

About: Hi! I’m Jasmine, new to Rover and currently offering discounted rates while I build my reviews. I provide attentive, reliable care and treat every pet like my own. Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for them truly makes me happy. I have over 20 years of experience, training in pet first aid, and a background in rescue and fostering, so I’m comfortable with everything from playful pups to shy or senior pets who just need a little extra patience and love. At home, I have two dogs and a cat of my own, so I completely understand how important it is to know your pets are safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. I also offer house sitting and light cleaning, so not only are your pets taken care of, you’ll come home to a tidy, well-looked-after space too. I’m happy to help with things like bringing in mail, keeping things clean, and making sure everything runs smoothly while you’re gone. Expect lots of updates, cute moments, and peace of mind knowing your pets (and home!) are in good hands 💛 I work from home, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to give your pets the attention they deserve throughout the day. I’m available for drop-ins, walks, and house sitting, and can easily fit into your pet’s normal routine to keep things consistent and stress-free. Whether your pet needs early mornings, midday check-ins, or evening cuddles, I’ve got it covered! I provide care in your home so your pets can stay comfortable in their own space and routine. I take the time to learn each pet’s needs, personality, and preferences to make sure they feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for. With experience in pet first aid, rescue, and fostering, I’m comfortable handling a variety of situations and always prioritize safety. I’m also respectful of your home and happy to help keep things tidy, bring in mail, and make sure everything is just as you left it, or better, when you return. You’ll get regular updates, photos, and peace of mind knowing your pets are getting lots of love and attention while you’re away 🐾 I am happy to meet at a coffee shop prior to your booking so you can ensure I'm the right fit!

“Jasmine was very caring to my baby kitties. She regularly sent us updates on how they're doing and what they're doing. My kitties are shy and Jazmine was patient and gave them time to get accustomed to her. After they opened up to her, the kitties loved rubbing up to her and eventually cuddling with her. She also left my house as clean as it was when I left. I'm so glad I found Jazmine. Now I know who to book next time. 😊”

About: I have lived with and cared for my own and family cats most of my life. I have learned many ways to give cats oral medications and I have given my cat subcutaneous vitamin B12 injections. I volunteered with a cat rescue where I fostered kittens and adult cats … some with health issues and some with behavioral issues. I have also volunteered cat sitting for friends in the past.
“Dylan was fantastic with our dogs! We had never used this service before and Dylan put all of our worries at ease. He was fun to be around and we received so many updates and pictures of the dogs and turtle, it made being away so much easier. The next time we leave on vacation, Dylan will be the first one we call on to take care of our babies!!”

Additionally, I’m comfortable with senior dogs, providing them with extra care and attention to meet their specific health and mobility needs. My commitment to understanding each dog’s unique personality and routine ensures they feel safe, loved, and well-cared for while you're away. I currently work full-time in a community-based job where I have the flexibility to create my own schedule. I like to tailor my schedule around my needs for the week, with weekends being when I have the most availability. My current families prefer that I stay in their home, and I’m open to doing the same with other families as well When caring for pets in my client's home, I make sure to follow any specific instructions or routines the family has established. I ensure pets are fed on time, given fresh water, and get the appropriate amount of exercise and attention. About: Hello, we are Natalie & Chau. I, Natalie, was a teacher who is certified in CPR. I have my bachelors in psychology and worked as a supervisor and teacher for developmentally disabled adults and teenagers. However my passion had always been about animals ever since I was 5 years old. So now I am living my dream surrounded by animals of all kinds! Both my partner and I work from home so there is always someone home and it’s double the fun! My family and I are well versed in dog training methods and are very well adapted towards handling multiple dogs at once. We live on a mini 1 acre farm so your dogs can experience a mini vacation/retreat while they’re here. It is also very therapeutic for dogs who have anxiety as we have small farm animals and our garden for them to enjoy. On days when the weather is good we like to be in the yard to play off-leash and they can spend time with my dogs indoors as well. During the afternoon we stay indoors and then they will spend the night with me in my room. There will be naps involved and lots of love! We have just moved three years ago and we are finally reopen to new doggy friends from around the area. We are not doing in house meet and greets due to safety reasons but we can meet you at the local park nearby! I’m home all the time so they would be with me 24/7 unless I’m out on an errand. I will not ever leave dogs alone in the car without me. I have an acre of fenced yard. If your dog is more of a hunter than a lover of small animals such as a chicken we would be leashed to walk around the property. There is plenty of space!
About: I offer personalized care tailored to each pet's unique needs. With experience in training puppies and caring for senior pets, I ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for every furry friend. Your pet will receive the attention and care they deserve in a safe, loving environment I'm working part time from home and will be more than happy to spend time with your pet while you're away! My schedule is flexible and I am available for dog walking, pet sitting, or even just dropping in for some playtime and cuddles. I have fenced yard in apartments also have park in 2 min walk from my home, so your dog will get plenty of exercise and playtime. Additionally, I have experience with both small and large dogs, including breeds such as Labrador Retrievers, Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds, and more.
“Sade responded very quick on a Saturday night for a Sunday morning booking. My shy pup was well taken care , safe and sound! Sade updated me with photos of her settling in throughout the day. Sade and her family are a responsible, loving pet haven. We will be back!”

“Nicole was and is very accommodating and genuinely comes off as an animal lover which was very wonderful to find. It’s not easy leaving your fur babies with strangers but she went out of her way to make mine feel welcome and make sure that she didn’t overwhelm him. I fully plan on using her services again and would wholeheartedly recommend her if any of you are interested in a good dog sitter.”
About: I started volunteering at the Antioch Animal Shelter in the 4th grade. Since then I have volunteered at numerous shelters and rescues, including the emergency animal shelter in Oroville after the Camp Fire. I'm Disaster Animal Rescue Team (D.A.R.T.) trained, animal CPR and first aid certified, and have years of TNR experience. I have had many exotics as pets, including a reef tank at one time. I have no issue feeding crickets and worms, but I can't feed snakes rodents. I'm a lifelong vegetarian, so that would traumatize me. Lol. I also love rodents, and currently have 2 rescue guinea pigs. Animal care and nutrition are a passion of mine. I'm also an expert teeth brusher! I brush my cats and dogs teeth every night and some of my pet sits as well. I'm very experienced giving medication, even pills to cats and my recently adopted cat Ricky is diabetic. Two of my regular cats I sit take meds, and one gets insulin injections, so I'm very comfortable with both and also know how to check blood glucose. Animals are allowed on the furniture in my home, even the bed. A couple of dogs I regularly sit sleep in the bed with me and my dogs. I treat other people's furbabies the way I would want my furbabies treated. I'm a helicopter pet parent so I totally understand how hard it is to trust someone with the ones you love. If I ever thought something was wrong with your pet I would notify you asap, and I have no issue taking an animal to the vet. I have a rescue dog who has occasional seizures and a rescue kitty with kidney disease that I give sub-q fluids to every day, so I am very comfortable with special needs animals. I'm pretty OCD when it comes to pet care. I actually have a pet thermometer and carry a microchip reader in my truck with an extra leash. You'd be surprised how many times I've used that chip reader! Being a helicopter pet parent I NEVER EVER leave an animal outside alone, not even in my fenced in yard. I don't take chances. I'm also obsessively clean, so your litter box will not be a hot mess when you return, and if your dog uses a potty pad no problem. I also have waterproof vinyl plank flooring so accidents and kitty puke is easy to clean up. :-D. When I board animals it is very much mi casa esu casa! I'm also more than happy to water plants when I do drop-ins as well, since I have them myself and am also a gardener. :-) I work from home 3 days a week and the other 2 days I come home for lunch since the office is only 2.5 miles from my house. I'm home most weekends as well. I follow the care instructions to the letter. If your pup requires a crate it must be brought with them, since mine are not crated. I am comfortable giving medication and supplements, measuring food, following a raw food diet, feeding exotics, etc. I'm also comfortable grooming for an extra fee, but will never ignore a mat in their fur or charge extra for daily grooming like toothbrushing.

About: Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Over the years, I've cared for my own dogs as well as those belonging to friends, family members, and rescue organizations. I am currently volunteering as a transport driver for NorCal Boxer Rescue and Gettin' Home Transport, giving me experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. From energetic puppies to gentle giants like St. Bernards, I've worked with a wide variety of dogs and understand that each one has unique needs, routines, and temperaments. My goal is always to make every dog feel safe, comfortable, loved, and right at home while they're in my care. I am retired after 42 years with the federal government. I spend most of my time at home with my retired husband, allowing me to provide plenty of supervision, companionship, and attention throughout the day. Aside from occasional errands, I’m available to ensure your dog(s) receives consistent care and affection. Our home is designed with dogs' comfort in mind. We have a large, grassy, fully fenced backyard and a dog door that allows dogs to come and go freely at their own pace. In addition, I regularly take dogs outside for potty breaks throughout their stay. Dogs are treated like family here and are welcome on the furniture and beds. We provide pet stairs to help them safely access couches and beds, making them feel as comfortable as they would in their own home. Daily walks are offered during the cooler parts of the day, typically in the early morning and again in the late afternoon or evening. Providing a safe, secure, and loving environment is my top priority. Our large, fenced backyard offers plenty of space for exercise, play, and relaxation. We also share our home with two friendly, long-haired, five-year-old Dachshunds who enjoy the company of visiting dogs. We strive to maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere where dogs can settle in comfortably and enjoy their stay. We provide extra dog beds for guests, and if your dog prefers or requires a crate, you're welcome to bring your own. Whether your dog enjoys playtime, cuddling on the couch, relaxing in the yard, or simply being around caring people, they'll receive personalized attention and plenty of love while you're away.

“We had a fantastic experience with Miya. We really felt very warm when we met her the first time and when our dog was with her for a day, it was his first time at a daycare. Thank you Miya for taking care of Koja and we are thankful we found you.”

“Kona seemed to have a great time - she loves kids and was thoroughly tired out when she returned home from the day. Looking forward to having Kona stay again in the future!”

“Shang was amazing with my dogs. She was always on time and communicated when she arrived at my house. One of my dogs requires more time to get comfortable with and Shang was very patient with him. She understood their own comfortability levels which allowed them to trust her. I can tell that the dogs are fond of her from the smiles in the photos she sends me! Shang is reliable, caring and I would recommend her to anyone looking for help with the pups!”

About: I have always had a passion for animals, and I even have a few pets of my own! I have 5 cats between my sister and I, and they have the biggest variety of personalities. I took a break from pet care due to moving and job changes throughout the years but I’ve always loved caring for people’s pet babies. I used to work as a Dog Camp Counselor back in my hometown, and that was one of the most rewarding experiences to date. Family, friends, and friends of friends always come to me when they’re in need to pet sitting or caring, and rest assured the care of your loved one is always in the forefront of my mind. My current schedule is very flexible to even the earliest of times, so don’t be afraid to reach out! I live in Fairfield but have no issue driving to neighboring cities. I prefer to go to clients’ homes, and with that I make sure to obtain detailed instruction on how to care for their furry friends
“Natalie is so kind, patient, and reliable. My dog Sage is a rescue dog and needs a very calm, gentle, and consistent approach. She’s never hesitated to make my dog feel comfortable, I will continue to book with Natalie whenever I need her to help me out with Sage! She’s great.”

About: I’ve grown up with (and pet sat) tons of different animals! I can work with dogs, cats, horses, goats/sheep, birds, reptiles, rodents, you name it! Cool with feeding, watering, potty breaks, administering medicines, cleaning, etc. I’ve been doing dog training for about two years now, and am comfortable working with fearful/reactive animals too. Tons of experience across all fields! I’m a part-time college student with a lot of time on my hands! I think pets deserve all the love and attention I can provide for them, and I’m happy to do just that. Following routines is my jam! Feeding schedules, walks, potty breaks, just let me know what you and your furry friends prefer and I’m happy to follow your lead!
About: I grew up on a farm, animals galore. I was always with the animals, they are incredible companions, as well as teachers. I have been on the birthing end of Dogs, Birds, Fish, Turtles Horses, Cows and sheep. Unfortunately I have been on the departure side as well. My love of animals is only second to my love of Life. When your pets are under my care, rest assured that I will act as an extension of you. I also have a very extensive medical education, no not vetinary, but this is the one time I am glad they can't talk. People give way to much information, where as animal will give you indications as to the possible problems. It has been my experience that diet is usually the culprit, but not always. Thanks from one Animal Lover to their Owners. half of the question is blocked so I am not sure what I am describing? i think its asking how does pet care fit into my schedule. it's part of the job. make sure all exits are secure, and that water and food are available, for cats, I would check their box for clumps. Any other critters would be treated according to there familial traits.
“He watched our dog while we were out of town for four days and he was reliable and communicated with us during each visit. He sent photos of our pup on each visit and also fed and filled his water bowl. We will definitely be booking him again in the future. Thank you, Cedric.”

I am willing to accept new clients outside of my 30 mile radius it will be extra but knowing that your pet or pets will be taken care of by someone who loves their pets as much as you do is priceless. I am available most holidays. I can sit for 4:30 pm til 6 am as I have a day job. Then return afterward at 4:30 stay overnight til 6 am and stay full time on wknds As if they were my own at my own home and your rules.........take care of them as if they were my kids as they are your kids
“Shelby feels like family. I asked her to stop by so I could introduce her to Lala and walk her through the routine. She was on time, and she made me feel very comfortable. She was at ease with Lala, who is almost blind, and somewhat stand offish. She is definitely, a keeper!”

Anything i asked her to do with CeeCee she always said "Sure, no problem" she is very good with communication and easy to talk to . She also have a dog Nova is so sweet and was also glad she was there to keep her company then another dog came over and it was a slumber party. She even took all three walking at once multiple times and took multiple pictures and videos with CeeCee smiling the whole time and let her sleep in her room with her which was amazing and when CeeCee needed her space from the other dogs she made sure she had it. Over all she was the perfect sitter .She made feel very comfortable with her watching CeeCee I am using her everytime I need a sitter. I would give her 100 stars if I could. She was the best!

“Shadow had another great boarding visit with Nelly! My pup was under some limited activity monitoring, as well as medication administering, and I’m grateful for the peace of mind that he was in great care during his stay. Always love the photo updates and even got a “good morning from my pup” video one morning. Thank you Nelly for taking such good care of my sweet boy, we’re excited to see you next week 🤗🐶”

“Brandee's care and concern for my fur-kid was exceptional. She's very likable and an excellent communicator. She's clearly integrated Rover into her household's every day happenings and my dog confidently made himself right at home with her and her family. Dropping a dog off at Brandee's is like taking a kid to a favorite cousin's house for the week -all play and no home sick blues.”
