About: I’ve grown up in a home with dogs, and worked briefly in an animal shelter, caring for dogs from newborn puppies to seniors, responsible for their daily care and enrichment. My shifts are short consistent, allowing me to have a concrete schedule to work around to best meet the needs of all dogs and cats. As the seasons change, so do my hours, allowing me more availability for bookings. I have knowledge on animal enrichment and training, and know how to handle different pets with all different temperaments. About: I’ve spent my entire life living with cats and caring for them. I also spent last year living with a service dog in training and caring for him I currently have an internship at UD throughout the summer. About: I am a very active and energetic person and love seeing the joy in all dogs. I have a 4 year old rescue who is also very energetic! She keeps me on my feet! Dogs love me because I love giving them attention all the time, I like to spoil them because that is what all dogs deserve! I am a great multitasker so I can give your dogs all the attention they need. I treat all dogs as if they are my family. About: I have grown up around dogs my entire life, big and small! I’ve bathed, feed, played with, and let dogs outside! Cuddles are a must! I attend Western Kentucky University but am home for the summer. I currently work part time at Brusters Ice Cream! My schedule changes weekly however I don’t work everyday meaning there is plenty of time for stopping by throughout the day! I will update clients on schedule changes to fit their needs and make sure all pets are taken care of properly. Most shifts are at night so I can stop by for feedings and bathroom breaks before work and after! Care begins with attention. About: Animals are Gods among us. I agree with Ricky Gervais, that "a dog loves you more than it loves itself, and that's why I worship dogs." Honestly, this gig is a bit selfish - my sweet baby Pit Mix passed away recently & I miss her terribly. I'm certain that engaging with animals will soothe this depression. I am socially awkward with humans, but I love animals. This will be therapy, a true gift, to me. I also need to exercise more and would like to be able to afford any kind of home, some day. My family has had pets since I was in kindergarten. I volunteered with Faithful Friends in High School, through which I also fostered kittens. I have taken care of my neighbors' & friends' pets while away over the years, which I equate to a collective total of ~2 years. I take medical issues very seriously & cared for my doll when she was ill. I understand how stressful & important it is. My favorite thing about walking a dog is when the folded tops of their ears bounce up and down. I work full time until ~4:30PM, but I am usually free after. I am available for boarding on the weekends. On the days I work from home (typically Monday & Wednesday), I can also provide a walk or check in during my lunch hour (1 to 2PM). There are no other animals or children in my home; your pet will have my undivided attention. I have a large partially fenced in yard, and many walking trails nearby.
