About: While we are new to Rover, we are certainly no strangers to the world of caring for pets. We are a husband & wife team with a combined total of over 50 years of animal care experience. He has experience volunteering in wildlife rehab as well as handling reptiles and raptors at Zoo America in Hershey. He worked as a licensed pet sitter for many years in his twenties. Tanya has worked at several zoos and small animal veterinarian clinics. She started out as a veterinary technician, which she loved doing for 11 years. She then transitioned to being a veterinary receptionist in 2017, moving her focus from purely pet care to client care as well. We are open to having some exotics, or very low key dogs, in our own home for boarding. We do have six cats that run our house, so whoever is staying with us would need to get along with them.
