“We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Kathi and Steve! It was our first time ever leaving our Shih Tzu, Luna, with anyone, and we were so nervous. We met them a week before to see how Luna would react to them and their dogs, and she felt instantly comfortable—which made things much easier for us. While we were away, Kathi and Steve kept us updated regularly with photos and videos, and seeing how happy Luna was truly allowed us to enjoy our trip without worry. We were attending a volleyball tournament and had a long drive home, but they were so gracious about our late pickup, making us feel like it was no issue at all. When we got Luna back, she was happy and well cared for, which means the world to us. We highly recommend Kathi and Steve and will absolutely trust them with Luna again in the future!”

About: Hello I take care of your pet if like they are home. They will indeed be very spoiled. Also let me know what stuff they like and need so they can have a great time while your away. It fits perfectly as I am at home all day long and I do online school so it’s perfect also I do have my own pet so they could have fun playing. I care the pets as if it’s my own. But I know that all pets are different so I ask what they like and thier needs.

She’s a GODSEND <3 •she was available last minute: family emergency came up and she took Lala Mae in like she was her own. •1:1 care: I had booked with another rover app dog sitter who cared for up to 8 dogs at a time. Estrella took care of my furbaby and gave her the attention she needed while under her care while providing a safe environment. •consistent updates: pictures galore and I loved them ALL! Felt reassured my pet was in great hands (: •Walks on walks on walks: my pet is a blue heeler mix and is in need of A LOT of exercise. She was very attentive to her needs and was able to keep my furbaby’s paws tired and happy •BFF forever: my pet seemed like she felt very comfortable with Estrella and made being away from her easier as I knew she was genuinely cared for. We have not only made a working (dog sitting) relationship but really good friends who share love for dogs. WILL definitely book AGAIN if needed and I’m so happy I canceled the other Rover app booking and moved forward with having Estrella’s dog sitting services a million times! This was my first time leaving my puppy Rigatoni, and Nancy was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond sending me tons of photos, constant updates, and giving Riggie so much love and attention. It was clear she felt right at home and was having the best time—she loved it so much she didn’t even want to stop playing! Knowing she was so happy and cared for made me feel completely at ease. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and will definitely be booking with Nancy again!🥰
