About: Having served 11 years in the Air Force, with 8 of those years in professional dog training and handling of both small and large breeds, I would be a great fit for taking care of any dog! Whether your dog is more slow paced or used to an active lifestyle, I’m well versed in reading and adjusting to dogs’ needs as I go. I’m comfortable with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments and would truly enjoy working with and caring for your pup. I also am a pet owner myself of my 8 year-old rescue pup Linus and my late retired military working dog Rony who passed away in 2024, so I understand the bond between pets and their owners and how important it is to trust whoever is taking care of your pet. I’m currently retired and have plenty of time and flexibility to care for and give special attention to your pet! I can cater to many needs, including medical or medication administration, and would love to make some new four-legged friends along the way! While I will not be offering boarding at my home, I pride myself in being a trustworthy and respectful individual in other people’s homes. I am comfortable taking your pet in and out of their crate, feeding them, administering medication, supervising them in the yard, taking them on walks, and really any other services I can provide!

“Belinda is great, we were looking for a long term walker/sitter compatible with our girl and we think it's a great fit. Punctual and professional, will use from now on for our needs.”

“Very relaxed and good with Gogi. He did well with giving her exercise and getting her out to do her business too. He was comfortable with timing, which I very much appreciated as well.”

“David was great, he communicated frequently, and sent lots of pictures of my dog while I was away! Will definitively be reaching out again if I need a dog walker or dog sitter!”

“Oscar and I love Mercy! She's prompt, communicative and I love her updates during walks! I highly reccomend Mercy for walks and i definitely look forward to booking with her again!”

“Jianna has been excellent! She communicates very well, constantly sends updates/pictures and most importanty... keeps my fur baby safe and happy!”

“Loved the help Raquel provided! I am pregnant with a toddler and have a very hyper Shepsky dog. With my husband out of town, it was difficult to keep up on his walks, but Raquel allowed him his continued and much needed daily exercise. Without it, my toddler would be trampled. She gave updates on the walks and made Rocky feel safe. He came back from his walks a different dog and would drink water and rest. Thank you!! Highly recommend!”

“AMAZING ? Very trusting and reliable sitter. Went out of town for a few days and my pets were so happy with Vivian, that they didn’t seem sad we left. She keep great communication and was very dependable. Would definitely recommend her and would use her again. ??”

“Hector is amazing with my Carrick and was from the very beginning. I'm disabled and found myself in need of a part-time dog walker. My dog is being trained as a service dog but was also rescued from a shelter and does not trust people easily. Hector asked what commands he knew, what was the best way to approach him, didn't flinch when my baby got anxious during their meet and greet. He won my furbaby over so completely that the next morning when Hector showed up for the first walk, Carrick quietly sniffed and accepted him and was more than happy to go on a walk with him. Hector also discovered the best way to walk Carrick on their first walk - I've never seen him come back from a walk so happy before! I cannot recommend Hector enough. He has experience, is intuitive, communicative, respectful, thoughtful, and takes great care of your fur babies. My little man gets the tippy-tappies when he hears him walking up to the door. A dog that usually takes months to warm up to folks. If you hire Hector you will not be disappointed. You will have a reliable, skilled and trustworthy person to take care of your furbaby.”

“Isis has walked my dog several times throughout the past year. She's always loving and friendly towards my dog. My dog loves her!”

“I can't say enough good things about Grace Ann! She faced parking issues, last minute schedule changes and bad weather, but came through for me and did a great job! Luna loved her and was a very happy puppy! Grace Ann really went above and beyond!”

About: I like to treat all pups like people, with kindness and patience. This is their walk so I, for the most part, let them lead the way! I’m mainly there to make sure they’re safe but I always make sure they sniff all the smells at whatever pace they please or help them get some energy out. Please let me know if there is anything specific I can do to contribute as much as possible to their health and happiness <33 I will love your pups like my own and hopefully establish their trust in me while away from their parents. I am currently a college student at the University of Texas in Austin (hook ‘em) and am back home in satx for the summer! I am hoping to spend some time with your sweet pups as a bonus to enjoying my slow summer. I am a natural caretaker and fierce protector of my fuzzy friends so taking care of dogs is like an extension of myself <3 I have two large dogs at home who love running around, so I am used to the craziness. I make sure to keep any eye on them whenever they are outside and make sure they’re hydrated. I also am a firm believer in adapting to each pup’s personality and finding any way I can to make their experience feel fun and safe.

“Alison has been giving Fenris morning walks for the last couple of weeks, and we feel so lucky we found her listing! She has been communicative and reliable with great availability. It was obvious from our meet and greet that she knows how to build trust with dogs, and Fenris has a great time on his walks with her. We would highly recommend her to others!”

About: I’ve had pets at home all of my life, and they mean the world to me. We have 1 dog at home named Maple :) On a teacher schedule! Weekdays my schedule is busy from 7am-4:30 or so. Weekends are free, and I follow the San Antonio school break schedule! Currently live in a mid size 2 bedroom townhome with a small yard (Med Center area), so any dogs may fit as comfortably in our home, and that never limits our couches & bed :)

About: I love dogs, but currently don’t have any pets of my own. (After suffering through the loss of my two sweet schnauzers I have not wanted to go through that pain again) I am recently retired from teaching and have time available to care for others treasured pets. I love to travel and visit my grandchildren but don’t like to find care for my own pet while I’m traveling so I have put off adoption for awhile. I would love to care for your dog as I have a lot of love to give. I am hoping to help others by giving their pup a loving, safe home while their owner is traveling. Selfishly, I am also looking forward to loving other peoples sweet dogs and then returning them to their owners. I am retired so I have lots of time to love and care for your pet. I can feed, walk, and play on your preferred time schedule. I have a fenced in yard, however my neighborhood has deer that roam freely and occasionally get into my back yard. It is possible that your dog could be exposed to fleas or ticks so please be sure they are on medication for protection. If your dog uses a crate or bed, please bring it so they will feel comfortable and familiar with their own bedding.

About: Hi! I'm a veterinary medical student passionate about all things pets! I have gained experience working in various veterinary clinics and volunteering at shelters. As a veterinary student and pet owner, caring for animals is already part of my daily life. I routinely feed, walk, and monitor my own pets’ health and well-being. I am used to managing schedules around pet needs and am happy to extend that same care to your fur babies. Whether it’s drop-ins or walks, I approach each pet with attentiveness and compassion. I am happy to offer drop in services and walks at this time. I am comfortable supporting pets with basic care, routine needs, and lots of love. “Chris was great with our our dog Arya. She came so far in a short amount of time with him I almost couldn’t believe it. Provided great guidance and tips on how to re-enforce her good behavior and keep her on track. I have full confidence in leaving my dog in his care, he’s always nice and approachable with questions. His confidence training her with or without other animals present is always something to see.”

Grace Ann to the rescue again! Despite best laid plans, I always seem to have last minute changes. Thank you so much for being flexible!

Loved the help Raquel provided! Thank you!! Highly recommend!

Ryann was amazing!!! This was our first time choosing the Rover pet walking option and it couldn’t be more perfect. I love how she added in so much detail on the Rover card summary of how my dogs were during the walk, including how many potty breaks, the distance they walked and so many photos every single day. it was amazing and the cherry on top was when she brought my mini golden doodles these little boots to put on because she noticed that it was getting very hot outside and didn’t want to damage their paws. 5/5 would recommend she’s the best!

Sofia went above and beyond when I reached out to her last minute to walk Rocky! Glad I chose her and wouldn’t hesitate to book her again!

Cecilia is awesome! Very experienced with dogs. It’s an added bonus her dog gets along with my dog so he gets some playtime and socializing in on my long work day.

Lindsey does a great job as both a dog walker and a pet sitter. She is conscientious and has a big heart for the pets. She always keeps me posted on how they are doing.

We are very happy with Isis! She has been so good with our three dogs! She is always on time to pick them up for their walk. Even with the recent low temperatures and windy weather she still takes them for their walk.

Alison has been giving Fenris morning walks for the last couple of weeks, and we feel so lucky we found her listing! She has been communicative and reliable with great availability. It was obvious from our meet and greet that she knows how to build trust with dogs, and Fenris has a great time on his walks with her. We would highly recommend her to others!
