“I can’t say enough good things about David! I reached out to him same-day around 10am to see if he could walk my dog Suki that evening, and without hesitation, he made it happen. Not only was he quick to respond, but he was also flexible and professional. Suki came back happy and relaxed—clearly well taken care of. I was so impressed that I’m already planning a new booking with him. It’s such a relief to find someone dependable and kind who truly cares about your pet. Highly recommend!”

“Very relaxed and good with Gogi. He did well with giving her exercise and getting her out to do her business too. He was comfortable with timing, which I very much appreciated as well.”

“The Client is to walk Bella an hour , but sometimes it is 10–15 minutes longer. He is great with her. He is strong enough to handle a 115lb dog that is not easy to walk. He is training her also to be better on a leash. He is great with her and cares for her. He is great—suggest anyone to use him. He would be great for dog watching too.”

In clients homes I am very respectful of house rules and boundaries and make every effort to make the pets as comfortable as possible. Lastly, I’m very understanding as long as we practice effective communication.

About: Hello! My name is Harley, I am pursuing my masters degree at UTSA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have been with Rover since 2021 now. I have been an animal lover my whole life. I've had dogs since I was born, from a Dalmatian, to a Chihuahua, and currently I have two female dogs, Lola and Cato, but they do not live with me. I grew up bringing home stray dogs and cats all the time and finding good homes for them. I also grew up with dogs my whole life as well. I volunteered at Gladys Porter Zoo in Brownsville, Texas for a while where I would clean and prepare food for all kinds of critters, such as, rabbits, snakes, raccoons, guinea pigs, ferrets, tortoises, parrots, possums etc. I've babysat many fur babies and scaly babies (reptiles) for friends and family members. I also pet-sat for 2 months for my friend's pet chameleon, so it's safe to say that I have a lot of experience with animals. I love both dogs and cats equally, I am an animal person all around. And I love pets that love to cuddle! I promise to ensure your pet's maximum safety and treat them as if they were my own - with unconditional love, kindness, and care. I love details and specifics, it makes things a lot easier for me and for the pet I am taking care of, I want to make sure that every client and pet is comfortable and that owners can have a stress-free relaxing trip while they are away. I'm very punctual and I prioritize making sure that every client and pet is being cared for as best as possible. If you decide to book with me an added bonus is that I am very respectful of other people's space and try my best to leave a home as if it was never stayed in and you also won't have to worry about me eating all your favorite snacks or drinks :-) <3 Thank you in advance for your interest. As I mentioned, I am a master's student, but all my classes are online. If you decide to book with me please book a week in advance if possible. Sometimes I will book last minute because I understand that things come up suddenly so I will try my best to be flexible and accommodating :-) I prefer to care for pets in a client's home, instead of my own home. Depending on the client's request will vary on how I will care for the pets, I like to know specifics and I like to follow directions, but regardless each pet I look after will be loved and cared for. I'm looking for owners and families that need a one time sitter or a reoccurring sitter. Pet sitting is my full time job so really whenever I can I like to pick up pet sitting jobs. I currently pet sit often for a friend of mine. So depending on what your pet's schedule is like or what your schedule is like I can be as flexible as I need to be to accommodate your needs. I will provide the best care possible to your home and your pet/s. I am very respectful of people's space, and I am courteous to leave the home exactly the way I arrived. The way I care for pets is of course with love and care. I am an animal lover to the core, so it's pretty easy for me to get along with any animal I come across, especially dogs and cats. I would love to know any special information about the client's pets so that I can care for them as much as I need to and to protect the dog/cat(s) I am caring for, as well as other dogs/cats they may encounter on a walk. The more detail and specifics, the better!

About: Hi, I'm Candace! I've been a dog lover and owner my entire life, growing up in a household where training and caring for dogs was second nature. My mom and I even trained a toy schnauzer to be a certified service dog for my father! At home, our three Boston Terriers rule the roost. While the two older ones prefer to lounge in the back room, our youngest is always excited to make new furry friends. I do my best to be attentive and responsive to each dog’s unique personality and needs. I never rush or pressure a dog to do anything they’re uncomfortable with. Every pup has their quirks—one of mine is scared of shiny floors, another is afraid of certain water bowls—so I make a point to be flexible and understanding. Because every dog is different, I typically keep boarded dogs separate from ours for the first half-day. This gives them time to settle in and adjust to a new environment at their own pace. Once they seem relaxed and comfortable, I slowly introduce them to our Boston Terriers, one at a time. This gradual approach has led to much smoother transitions than doing all the introductions right away. Our home is well set up for both safety and fun, with plenty of space for play, relaxation, and quiet time as needed. My boyfriend, Jimmy, and I have lived together for 14 years, and we’ve cared for hundreds of dogs over the years—proudly maintaining a 5-star rating! We're both very hands-on, making sure every pup gets regular potty breaks, walks, and plenty of affection. I’d love the opportunity to meet your pup and provide them with a safe, loving, and fun environment while you’re away! I stay at home when I am boarding your pets so they have my full attention almost always. If I have to run to the store or anything like that, I have a Furbo camera so I can check in and talk with your pet and even toss them a treat or two while I’m away. Fully fenced in back yard. My home is shaped like a “U” inside so it can be partitioned in a way to give dogs private access to one whole half of the house if they prefer to stay separate.

About: I'm a reliable and caring pet sitter with a genuine love for animals. Whether you're away for a few hours or several days, I'll make sure your pets are safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I provide feeding, walks, playtime, and lots of affection( bathing time could also be requested)—just like they’re part of my own family. You can relax knowing your furry friends are in good hands!" I typically work mornings from 7:00 AM to around 1:00 or 2:00 PM, with a flexible schedule that can vary slightly day to day. If a client requires pet care in the morning, I’m happy to make arrangements in advance to accommodate their needs. Outside of my morning hours, I am generally available for pet sitting throughout the rest of the day. I tailor my pet care based on each pet’s routine and needs, whether in my home or the client’s. In the client’s home, I maintain their pet’s usual feeding, walking, and play schedule to provide comfort and consistency. In my home, pets have a safe, clean, and welcoming environment with plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. I always prioritize their well-being, communicate regularly with owners, and ensure pets feel secure and loved while in my care.

“I have known Harley Atkinson since January of 2020 and it has been nothing but a joy. It is with great pleasure that I recommend her to your company. I have had the privilege of being her bible study leader for two years and have been able to see her Christ-like character first-hand. Harley is servant-hearted and kind. I have seen her often find needs and meet them; from baking snacks for bible study to helping clean up after, she had poured herself out for others. She is someone who is also extremely punctual, hard working, and consistent. She cares deeply for justice and for tasks to be done correctly. She is honest, compassionate, selfless, and loving toward everyone she meets.”
