We have used Sapana a couple of times, and will continue to do so. Ivy is my whole world, and knowing she is in great hands helps me not worry about her. In this stay in particular, Ivy was nauseous and I loved how Sapana had different ideas to help her eat and feel better. She also told me that they kept their eyes on her at all times, and I love that. When I dropped her off, it was sweet to see the excitement in having her stay again. “This was my first time using Rover for our Weimaraner, Kai. Stefanie, was great & made Kai feel at home right away. Unfortunately, the visit went off the rails because Kai got nippy with the other guest pet & her dog. Stefanie communicated well & was exceptionally professional & helpful through the whole situation. We ended up having to cut the stay short because of Kai, but she was awesome & very helpful in a difficult situation. I just can't say enough good things about her. I will definitely use her again...once Kai learns better manners!”
