I cannot recommend Olivia enough! I reached out to her in a bit of a panic needing last-minute care for my dog Willow, and she said yes without hesitation. That alone was a huge relief, but what really stood out was how she kept me in the loop the entire time — regular updates, photos, the works. You could just tell Willow was comfortable and genuinely well looked after, not just tolerated. If you’re looking for someone who actually cares about your pup and won’t leave you anxiously checking your phone all day, Olivia is your person. We’ll absolutely be booking with her again!

The care my pet received was exceptional; I can tell Crystal and her family truly love animals and treated my fur child like their own. We have used Jennie multiple times for our Goldendoodle and our dog loves going and I can’t say enough good things! We most recently got stuck out of town due to the local ice storm and we knew our dog was being well cared for and loved. We always get pics of how the stay is going. Will keep using Jennie as long as she is available!
