About: With a deep passion for animals and years of hands-on experience, I bring a level of care and understanding that goes beyond the basics. I’ve volunteered at a local animal shelter for over two years, where I gained experience working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments—including those who needed extra patience and love. This experience taught me how to read canine body language, build trust, and handle all kinds of situations calmly and confidently. I’m also entering my third year working at a dog daycare, where I manage group play sessions, monitor behavior, and ensure each dog is safe, engaged, and happy throughout the day. I’ve worked with puppies and senior dogs, so I’m comfortable tailoring care to meet each dog's unique needs. What sets me apart is my commitment to treating every dog like my own—whether we’re going for a walk, spending the night, or just sharing a moment of calm. You can trust that your dog will not only be cared for but genuinely loved. I currently work at a dog daycare from Monday to Wednesday, 8 AM to 5 PM, but I have a lunch break from 12 PM to 2 PM, and I’m happy to do quick drop-ins or walks during that time if you’re nearby. I'm fully available on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for dog walking, pet sitting, and overnight stays. Whether your pup needs a midday walk, a weekend buddy, or some loving company while you're away, I’m here to help! Whether your dog is staying in my home or I’m caring for them in yours, their comfort and well-being come first. I take the time to understand each dog’s personality, routines, and needs so I can provide care that feels familiar and stress-free. I will treat your home and your pup with complete respect. I follow all your instructions closely, from feeding to medication to where your dog likes to nap. I keep things tidy and make sure your dog feels safe and relaxed while you’re away. I’ll also send regular updates so you never have to wonder how your pet is doing.

About: Attention Cape Cod pet owners! I will be down the cape this summer starting JUNE 17th! I have watched a variety of dogs over my years of sitting. I have watched multiple dogs at once, old dogs, and young dogs. Some dogs have been big and other have been small. I know how to administer medications for dogs, and change doggy diapers. My family also has a dog so I have constant hands on experience with them. I love being active and taking dogs for long walks! If your dog loves pup cups I love to take them to get little treats too! This summer I will be working at a restaurant down the cape so I will be quite flexible with time. I love to be active especially with the nice summer weather! I anticipate I will have availability in the mornings and afternoons but will be working most nights! I love to spend time with the dogs and hate leaving them alone. If dogs like to go on rides I will take them for a drive to get a pup cup or go to the dog park. I like to make the time enjoyable for the dogs so they are excited and not missing their family.

About: I’ve house sat, done plenty of dog walking and owned many dogs and cats in my life! Love furry friends very much can’t wait to meet yours! I am self-employed, so I am very flexible about yours and your pets needs! Summertime on Cape Cod can get hectic, make sure you’re pet is well taken care of while you’re enjoying time on the beach! I can’t care for your pet in My Home, but would love to come to yours too either feed/play with your pet or take them to some perfect local spots for a great workout!

We have two male dogs at home (Toffee, 3 y/o and Tony, 8 months) who love playing, cuddling, and being good boys! They can’t wait to play with your pup!

“Chris advertised himself as “The Cadillac of dog walkers” I would say he was the Maserati of dog walkers. He is very professional, super nice and is like a dog whisperer. My dog is particular about who he will go with and he gets super excited every time Chris comes to pick him up! Chris was very accommodating and was able to be flexible with my schedule to make sure Pogie (my dog) was well taken care of. I 100% recommended him if you are in need of someone to care for your dog!”

About: Hi, I'm Steve! I'm a lifelong dog lover and proud human to Millie, my sweet and energetic 7-year-old black Lab. Millie and I are inseparable—whether we’re walking wooded trails, splashing at the beach, or just relaxing at home, she keeps me active and always smiling. I bring years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, from playful puppies to wise seniors. I understand the unique needs of each stage in a dog's life—gentle attention for older pups, structure and patience for young ones, and plenty of love for all in between. I'm also comfortable administering medications and adapting to dogs with special diets or mobility issues. What sets me apart? I treat every dog as if they’re my own—because I know how much trust it takes to leave your furry family member in someone else’s care. I'm reliable, communicative, and always happy to send updates and photos so you can relax while you're away. Whether your dog loves long walks, belly rubs, or just a cozy companion, I’m here to help. Millie and I can’t wait to meet your pup! Pet care is a central part of my daily routine. My dog Millie and I start every morning with a walk—rain or shine—which sets the tone for a calm, structured day. I work from home with a flexible schedule, so I’m able to provide consistent attention, regular potty breaks, playtime, and lots of cuddles throughout the day. In the evenings, we usually head out for a longer walk or spend time at the beach or park. Caring for pets isn’t a side task for me—it’s part of how I live. Whether your dog needs an active routine, quiet companionship, or extra TLC, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. In your home, I respect your space and your dog’s routine. I follow your instructions closely, from feeding schedules and crate training to play preferences and special care needs. Whether you have a shy senior or a high-energy pup, I adapt my care to meet their individual needs and keep stress to a minimum while you’re away. No matter the setting, my priority is your dog’s well-being—and your peace of mind.

About: I have had dogs my whole life, from Shih-Tzus to Golden Retrievers and I’ve never met one I didn’t love! I miss my own furry friend so I want to take great care of yours. I recently boarded my Mom’s dog for three months while she was unable to care for him, and we both had a blast. Now that he has gone home I’m ready to open up my house to new dogs to care for. I am currently doing pet care full time so I am flexible and fully attentive to your furry friends! I have regular daily clients but can adjust my schedule to fit your needs! I provide care mainly in my clients homes. All my clients trust me in their spaces as I am very respectful of their space. Your pet will receive great care in a comfortable environment for them.

“Heather was amazing with Elvis, my 90 lb hound. He was waiting for her at the door with such excitement for their walk! I plan to using Heather again next time I am at the Cape!”

About: I grew up with golden retrievers but have cared for and spent time with dogs of many breeds and sizes. Building trust and showing love is the name of the game. I work part time and enjoy being active outside so there’s nothing like enjoying the outdoors walking and playing with a dog. I know how important a good long and fun walk or just a nice long visit is especially when a dog is missing his/her loved ones. Safety is my main priority and I’m always aware of other animals, obstacles and the environment. I double check everything. Your dog’s safety, comfort and happiness is my priority.

About: I love spending time with animals! I’ve always loved them. I grew up with multiple golden retrievers (as you can see in my photos LOL). Lastly: I love to help animal owners feel safe when they are entrusting me with their pet 😀. I am free all day. Please book what times you need and I should be able to accommodate them! So 7am-7pm is best times for me I will treat your pets just as I treat mine - with lots of love! I understand the anxiety of trusting others to care for your animals but I can assure you I will treat them exactly as you ask

About: From childhood family dogs, to years of fostering, to many foster fails, and adoption of rescue animals, I have compassion for all shapes sizes, breeds and am comfortable with dealing with all needs of any dog. I do excel at being the one in control when it comes to l training, to have dogs keep focus on me rather than on the distractions around them. I also can read physical and social cues very well to understand when the dog needs to separate or are overstimulated or is just tired and need a break from human or other animal contact. Or all contact at in general. I currently work in a restaurant seasonly. So currently my schedule in the winter is very flexible and very open. Anywhere from daily check-in’s or a few walks a week or all of the above I am flexible to make your schedule work with mine. I do prefer for longer visit to care for pets in their own home and own walk schedule and routine with what they are comfortable with. My home is very small with a dog of my own, although have a fence in yard and have separation barriers. I prefer to keep your dogs in their most comfortable environment.

About: I have been taking care of pets since 12 years old, I had a cat and later my mom gifted me a dog, animals making me feel happiness and full of love I am working morning shifts by my other job, my availability is every evening, if I have a day off at my work we can discuss about morning pet sitting My priority goal of taking care of pets is always make sure that animal had a meal and walk well, I am making sure that it made all needed things outside, had some run and play with me, activities is also very important)

About: I've looked after animals in my neighborhood since I was 10. I have experience with special needs dogs; I helped to take care of my neighbors deaf and blind dog throughout the last few years of her life. Included getting her up and down stairs, helping her eat, taking her safely out to go to the bathroom and ensuring she doesn't injure herself inside or outside. I work part-time on a flexible schedule! So I have lots of free time to assist however I can. Th/F are typically my busiest days but I have some availability also - just reach out! I have experience with all types of dogs and their personalities. I've gotten shy pups out of their shell and comforted the extra anxious. I also have experienced with physically impaired animals.

About: I’m an active, young, professional, animal lover! Coming from a family of animal enthusiasts, I was lucky enough to take care of our 4 dogs, 3 Guinea pigs, 2 parakeets, and plenty of fish during childhood. I have experience working with the Brewster animal shelter as a volunteer, as well as with the wildlife sanctuary in Orleans. These opportunities along with my household of pets has given me a wealth of knowledge on how to properly handle animals of every size. My experience with handling dogs is wide, ranging from taking care of a 12 pound blind miniature pinscher, to an 80 pound energetic lab mix. No dog is too big or too small! I have experience with elder dogs, puppies, as well as dogs with both physical and mental disabilities. My animals have a large range of dietary needs so I am familiar with specialized feeding protocols as well as administrating medications. I have experience in training my own animals, so I am comfortable working with animals with mild behavioral issues and different temperaments. Eastham is my hometown but I work in Boston during the academic calendar year. During the school year, I use my visits home to send time with my dogs and take them for walks! I try to visit at least every other week and if I can’t make it, I end up sitting myself down in the Commons to dog watch. I will be home for the summer months and I’m excited to surround myself with animals again! My home has a fenced in back yard to allow our animals the freedom to run and get some exercise. I’m comfortable with crating as my family has crate trained all of our furry friends.

Emily C.
“As Emily was unable to have a pet at home she instead became the neighborhood dog walker, cat sitter, last minute crisis person. She has keys to most homes in the neighborhood and everyone has her on speed dial. She was the pied piper of pets and since going to college is greatly missed by all. She cares passionately about animal welfare and a recent example was at a neighborhood dinner someone knocked over a glass which shattered, everyone else was concentrating on stemming the mess and worrying about stains, Emily jumped up and picked up the neighbors little dog so he wouldn't get cut by the glass and she took him away from the noise and excitement - very instinctive when it comes to pets and children.”

Allison V.
“Allison took great care of my pets! I have four cats with very different needs and personalities, and Allison paid special attention to all of my requests for them. She sent me pictures of my pets while I was away which was really nice too! I also have a senior cat who requires medicine to be put in her ears and Allison was able to administer her medication. Allison is also super nice and easy to talk to in general - I can't say enough good things about her!”
