About: I’m a lifetime animal lover, and get along terrifically well with dogs. My house is the go-to for friends and family needing a place for their pups to stay. I am retired with volunteer jobs part-time (2mornings), during the week. I’m never away from home for more than a few hours during which time my dog-friendly feline can either ignore your dog or keep them company. I’m home the majority of the time. Cozy corner in my den seems to be everyone’s favorite hangout and spot for their bed. The ilving room has multiple sunny spots for napping throughout the day. We will take several neighborhood walks a day and if dog and owner are willing, I go to Thompson’s field in Harwich where they can romp.

About: I have take care of animals for over 2 decades. Pups are my favorite and I also have chickens and volunteers with horses on a local farm. I respect nature and appreciate what great companions animals are for us humans. I treat them as family members. I had 3 dogs from puppies to their senior age and understand all stages of dog lives. I can play, socialize, train puppies. Walk fast pace with athletic dogs or slow down for littles or seniors. I can give medicine and keep an eye on health any conditions. He is the reason I love pups and want them to have the most fantastic time in our home.

About: I have house sat for friends with dogs, including overnight stays. I am experienced with senior dogs; primarily walking, visiting and handling adult dogs. I am comfortable with younger dogs as well. I thoroughly enjoy interacting with dogs and miss my time with our yellow lab that was part of the family for 13 years. I am currently retired from corporate America after a 40 - year career in commercial banking. I love being outside and "moving". As an aside I have done the Pan Mass Challenge for 15 years. About: I currently work as a professional animal caregiver. I have experience with puppies from 8 weeks old to dogs over 15 years old. I’m familiar with the housebreaking process with puppies, and I’m comfortable with and capable of giving dogs of all ages medicine. I have had cats my whole life, ranging from 6 weeks old to over 18 years old. I’m experienced with giving medicine and following special diets (e.x. kidney care, urinary care, etc.). I work full-time 4/7 days of the week, but I am available to drop by in the morning before work and after work if that is what you need. On days when I am not working, I can stop by mid-day and spend more time with your pets. I am available for overnight care Sunday nights, Monday nights, and Thursday nights. I could potentially sit for other nights of the week as well depending on your animal’s specific needs. I am also available for dog walking as it fits into the aforementioned schedule! Animal safety is by far my TOP PRIORITY. I have professional experience with fear-free practices and handling with animals, and if your pet is fearful, I will give them the space they need to feel safe while also meeting their minimum needs (bathroom, feeding, water).

I grew up with animals my whole life, and my family even owned a chain of pet stores when I was growing up, where I worked. My family is packed with doctors and vets. I move to the Cape full time and am available to walk dogs, house sit, and board small to medium sized animals in my home in Orleans. We have a fenced in backyard and lots of space to run on the beach. I work remotely, part-time as an attorney and set my own schedule. My true love is animals! My flexibility gives me plenty of time to care for pets, in your home, in mine, or just for a walk. I take my dogs for a daily run to on the beach and am happy to take along another. I can also care for your dog alone in your home (and leave mine home with my amazing family). Finally, I am available for walking your pup, most days in your neighborhood or mine. We have an acre of land and half is fenced in for dogs. We have extra cages if desired. Ours never enjoyed their crates. We will follow your schedule and treat your pet like a member of the family. We invite interviews in advance to ensure we are the right fit for your pet.

About: I’m a lifetime animal lover, and get along terrifically well with dogs. My house is the go-to for friends and family needing a place for their pups to stay. I am retired with volunteer jobs part-time (2mornings), during the week. I’m never away from home for more than a few hours during which time my dog-friendly feline can either ignore your dog or keep them company. I’m home the majority of the time. Cozy corner in my den seems to be everyone’s favorite hangout and spot for their bed. The ilving room has multiple sunny spots for napping throughout the day. We will take several neighborhood walks a day and if dog and owner are willing, I go to Thompson’s field in Harwich where they can romp.
