About: Hi all! I’m Jen. I teach preschool and kindergarten in the mornings, and in the afternoon/evenings I enjoy spending my time working with animals. I have many years of experience petsitting and housesitting, as well as doing drop-in visits for cats and walks for dogs. I currently have one cat of my own, but I’ve had dogs, guinea pigs, hamsters, and chinchillas in the past. Please reach out to me with any questions! I look forward to caring for your animals. I am available for overnight care in your home, as well as drop-in visits or walks in the afternoons and evenings. I do not offer boarding or care in my home at this time. I have years of experience working with clients in their homes through babysitting and petsitting. I will treat your pets wonderfully and your house with respect.

“laryn took great care of my dog and my home while I was out of town. I had never had someone I did not know stay at my place while I wasn’t there, and I felt very comfortable. my dog seemed happy and cared for while I was gone, and she was communicative with updates. would definitely recommend her and would have her watch my dog again!”

“I was super hesitant to have a sitter in house for my pup because I was scared of my house being a wreck when I came back. Thankfully, this fear did not come true with Mary as a sitter. They were clean and kept my apartment how I left it… if not better. They sent me quite a few update pictures of my pup, and just regular updates in general. They also made sure my pup was okay with plenty of water in the time it was going to take me to get home after they left. Your pup will be in good hands with Mary!”

“Allison was our first cat sitter to also stay in our home, and we are so happy we found her! From the moment we submitted our request in Rover, Allison was terrific in her communication and warmth. She immediately offered to come meet us before we completed our booking, and this gave me comfort given I’ve never had a house sitter before. Our cat really needs human interaction and love, and Allison definitely provided that and more. We returned home to a very happy boy and a very organized place - maybe more organized than when we left! We will definitely book Allison again for our next trip.”

About: I have spent time around dogs, big and small, my whole life! I am particularly well-versed in big dogs over 100 pounds as I have been taking care of two Saint Bernards for the last few years. Also, I am comfortable with all levels of training! I am currently working a part-time job in the evenings on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, so I have plenty of time to care for your furry friends. During the week, I am free until 3pm, and I am very flexible on the weekends! Although I do not offer in-home services, I will always treat your pets and home as if it were my own! I pride myself in filled water bowls and happy animals! I will help keep you animals safe and your home clean!

“Jared was great. He is fantastic with the dogs and kept us updated throughout the stay with photos and updates daily. We would 100% recommend him to take care of our animals and house.”

About: I have worked with animals since I was in middle school. I enjoy being around animals and I want the best for them. I am certified and very good at what I do. I am currently working part time and also homeschooling my children so I will have ample time to care for your companion. I am available everyday after 3pm but sometimes I have morning's open as well. Communication is key with me so we can work something out so everyone is happy. I have learned fear free tactics that can help with introductions and getting comfortable. I can easily crate if needed and will calm down any stressful environment.

“It is super hard for those of us with elderly animals to find peace of mind when you have to leave your precious pet, they may have anxiety, medical issues, and certainly confusion over the temporary change. Add to that, the my dog hasn't had a non family member sitter in many years, and there was a decent amount of stress going into this sort trip. Catelyn was quite literally a saving grace for me. She gave me updates consistently, updating on food, potty times, and Nonnie's general behavior. But more than that - she absolutely gave me confidence that my sweet old lady was in the best of hands. I could not have asked for a more caring and compassionate sitter. It is clear that she loves dogs, and cares for all of those in her charge as her own. She even went above and beyond by cleaning up the doggie food containers, picking up poop in the backyard and changing out the sheets on the bed (just all star moves right there) It was wonderful knowing that I had someone so competent with my dog and my house. I will absolutely not hesitate to book her for my next out of town trip.”

“Shayelle was fantastic! Both of my dogs loved her, she sent regular photos where the dogs always looked happy and was a perfect houseguest. Was really happy and it was my first Rover experience. I will definitely rebook for my next trip.”

Caroline K.Star Sitter
“I could not be happier with my Rover dog walker, Caroline! I have two large dogs (Saint Bernard and Labrador Retriever) and finding someone who can handle both of them confidently was a challenge. From the very first meet and greet, I knew I was in great hands. Caroline was punctual, professional and clearly experienced with big dog breeds. Every walk is a highlight for my dogs. They come back happy, tired, and well-exercised, which is no small feat given their size and energy levels! I also love the updates and photos she sends after each walk - it's such a reassuring touch. Highly recommend Caroline for anyone with dogs who needs reliable, loving care!”

Jared J.

Catelyn was fantastic with my Cali girl! She was excellent in making sure all of her needs were met. Cali is a GSD that gets very anxious and reactive. Catelyn sent me lots of pupdates of how Cali was doing as well as pictures and videos 😊 I’m very particular about who Cali is with as we have worked so hard to build her confidence and reduce her anxiety and reactivity, and I would rebook Catelyn in a heartbeat! I came home to a very happy pup! Thank you Catelyn !!
