Iliana is such a sweet and caring lady, fully dedicated to what she does, she is truly serious and is knowledgeable on sitting dogs and kept me informed daily , so much more than I expected. After being with Iliana for a week my dogs heard her voice played non a recording and started wagging their tails and looking around for her jumping and running around. Searching for her.
