We liked that our puppy had other small bread dogs to run around, play and take walks with. This is perfect for our little guy who has an abundance of energy at times. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. Will definitely use Kymry again to watch our little Yorkie.”

He was great about letting Loki get comfortable and then meeting the dogs for playtime. We got daily pictures and videos, which we appreciate! Initially, my stress was finding a reputable and fit sitter for my 8 month Daisy Mae daschaund mix and trust me I did my intense research before coming across JC PET HOTEL! After reading the profile they had met my expectation and booked with them. The process online and the fact that they were available for the holidays was amazing and for a reasonable charge. Her husband Jorge and kids greeted me on the day of dropping off Daisy Mae. I must admit, on the way to the airport I was having anxiety and Carilyn and team was ultimately amazing. Every day before lunch I received a picture and an update. The first 2 days she looked a bit nervous and is expected, but by the 3rd day I saw she was at ease. She was having fun with the other furry friends! I was given details of her playtime, treats and toys I had provided and how she was interacting with others. Basically, these updates was so appreciated as I felt they held my hand throughout this whole process to be relaxed and I was assured I would come back to a Happy Daisy Mae. When I arrived to pick up Daisy I was greeted by Carilyn. Such a pleasure to meet her as well.Very friendly and importantly professional and appreciated some training recommendation she shared being that my pup is still learning. Tetiana was wonderful to communicate with & my senior dog was very comfortable with her. I appreciate that she makes the dogs she cares for her number one priority! She was very good at easing my anxiety about leaving my 13 y/o dog that requires daily medication & when I needed to check-in on my boy for my own ease of mind. Tetiana was also extremely understanding of us picking Samson up late due to a delayed flight. Thank you for keeping my baby safe & happy!
Patricia was a great sitter! She took such good care of our dogs and kept me updated throughout their stay, which I really appreciated. She and her mom are both super sweet, and I felt very comfortable leaving our pups with them. I would definitely book with her again!

Our situation was unique. We were going to Disneyland and needed Laura for the day. Because our arrival and departure window was so narrow, we needed to do a virtual meet and greet. It worked out perfectly. Laura is extremely accommodating. Very loving towards our Lola, who can be cranky. Normally, Lola will spend considerable time barking at someone all the while shaking herself into a frenzy. None of this was the case. When we picked her up, she was calm as though she had been in her own home. Highly recommend Laura.
I booked Reakha very last minute. Reakha was very flexible and worked with my needs. I initially booked her for 2 nights but my dog seemed very happy and got along with her dogs so I extended the stay for 2 more nights. I definitely did not bring enough food for my dog, but Reakha took care of her like her own dog. My dog didn’t want to come home after the stay! I’m very satisfied and highly recommend her to anyone.
