“Charles was absolutely amazing! I needed a sitter at the last minute over the July 4th holiday, and he was incredibly responsive and accommodating from the very beginning. He even offered to pick up and drop off my dog at no extra charge, which made the whole process so much easier. Throughout the stay, he kept me updated with messages and videos, so I always knew how my dog was doing. It was clear that he genuinely cared for my dog, taking him on walks, paying attention to his behavior, and treating him like one of his own. His communication was excellent before, during, and after the booking, and he was always friendly. Eeyore came home happy, relaxed, and well cared for. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially on such short notice during a busy holiday weekend. I highly recommend Charles to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and dependable to watch their pet. I will definitely be booking with him again!”
