Initially, my stress was finding a reputable and fit sitter for my 8 month Daisy Mae daschaund mix and trust me I did my intense research before coming across JC PET HOTEL! After reading the profile they had met my expectation and booked with them. The process online and the fact that they were available for the holidays was amazing and for a reasonable charge. Her husband Jorge and kids greeted me on the day of dropping off Daisy Mae. I must admit, on the way to the airport I was having anxiety and Carilyn and team was ultimately amazing. Every day before lunch I received a picture and an update. The first 2 days she looked a bit nervous and is expected, but by the 3rd day I saw she was at ease. She was having fun with the other furry friends! I was given details of her playtime, treats and toys I had provided and how she was interacting with others. Basically, these updates was so appreciated as I felt they held my hand throughout this whole process to be relaxed and I was assured I would come back to a Happy Daisy Mae. When I arrived to pick up Daisy I was greeted by Carilyn. Such a pleasure to meet her as well.Very friendly and importantly professional and appreciated some training recommendation she shared being that my pup is still learning. Love that they offer daycare as well! Looking forward to coming back in the near future. “We had a family fun day @ Universal Studios and lucky enough to find Kymry on Rover. She took amazing care of our little Yorkie for an overnight stay. Sending us pics and updates often via text while we were at the park. Friendly personality and very caring, treating our puppy just like her own. We liked that our puppy had other small bread dogs to run around, play and take walks with. This is perfect for our little guy who has an abundance of energy at times. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. Will definitely use Kymry again to watch our little Yorkie.”

When I say they are the best rover we’ve ever had, I’m not exaggerating. We have rovered our pup for years, and have always been very picky with where she stays. Kallee and Daniel provide everything your pup could want and more- and they really are the best, most caring people. We get constant updates, photos, and videos- and their dog Sailor plays soo well and we know our girl is going to come home happy and tired! I highly, highly, highly recommend them. 💛
Tetiana was wonderful to communicate with & my senior dog was very comfortable with her. I appreciate that she makes the dogs she cares for her number one priority! She was very good at easing my anxiety about leaving my 13 y/o dog that requires daily medication & when I needed to check-in on my boy for my own ease of mind. Tetiana was also extremely understanding of us picking Samson up late due to a delayed flight. Thank you for keeping my baby safe & happy!

Our situation was unique. We were going to Disneyland and needed Laura for the day. Because our arrival and departure window was so narrow, we needed to do a virtual meet and greet. It worked out perfectly. Laura is extremely accommodating. Very loving towards our Lola, who can be cranky. Normally, Lola will spend considerable time barking at someone all the while shaking herself into a frenzy. None of this was the case. When we picked her up, she was calm as though she had been in her own home. Highly recommend Laura.
I love these two. They take good care of my dog and are always sending videos and keeping in touch. Also, their back yard is perfect for my energetic pup. They were flexible with my pickup time the last time I used them because I ran into a last second surprise. I would highly recommend them, except that then they will be full when I need them, so please don't use them.
This was such a great experience for our family! We felt confident that our dog was in good care. The owner kept me updated daily and I was able to check in on him. They are kind and very responsive. It was my first time using the service but definitely not the last!

Kelsey is always my go to!! I have used her for my pup Dill multiple times and I keep coming back. Dill has so much fun there everytime and Kelsey is the absolute sweetest with him. Our last visit was recent after a little injury scare with Dill and Kelsey was vigilant and kept me updated on how he was doing! Kelsey is an easy yes!!!
