Joyce was so wonderful, she sent pictures, made my dogs feel at home, and helped calm them in the midst of so much going on. I had to extend my stay by a day and she was so helpful and she was so understanding of traffic when we had to drop them off later than expected. I have nothing but good things to say. She made this so much easier for us. We have two large dogs who don’t get along with other dogs and a toddler so being in a hotel room would have stressed us out so much more.
