They sent daily photos and updates, just the right amount of communication so I always felt informed without ever feeling overwhelmed. They handled her medication and any special needs with such care and attention. It was such a relief knowing Gracie was so well looked after and loved while we were away. “Martha is awesome! This was my first time using Rover and I was a little nervous leaving Bennett with someone new but Martha couldn't have been better with him. I received many photo updates throughout the long weekend and she reached out to me with any questions and concerns, even including if his eyes watering was normal or if he was comfortable if she took the stickies out of his paws after playing. I appreciated that she was considerate with the small things since we all worry about our fur babies being okay when we're away. He got to go on many walks to the park and she checked with me beforehand what he is comfortable with. She really treated him like her own and he enjoyed playing with the other dogs.
