I received many photo updates throughout the long weekend and she reached out to me with any questions and concerns, even including if his eyes watering was normal or if he was comfortable if she took the stickies out of his paws after playing. I appreciated that she was considerate with the small things since we all worry about our fur babies being okay when we're away. “This was our 1st time leaving Dodger with anyone other than family and our 1st time booking thru Rover. Our Dodger has some issues with trust/anxiety of strangers so I wasn't sure if this was going to work or not, but when I messaged Ginni and Tom and explained the concern they were more than willing to give it a try. Ginni reassured us that they have taken care of other dogs with the same issues and so we set up a meet and greet a couple days before the actual booking date. From the 1st moment we met Ginni and Tom I had a good feeling about them and their house and yard. They were so welcoming and made Dodger feel so relaxed. He played in their fenced in backyard for a bit then went inside the house where we visited in the living room. Dodger even snuggled up to Ginni while we chatted. We booked for 3 nights and they were so accommodating to our (somewhat picky) miniature schnauzer. I received photos and updates once a day and that really put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend Ginni and Tom and we will be booking again with them.”

Weekends are my days off and I have full availability for day care or long stays (boarding). My work in the health area makes me an extremely punctual and organized person with food and medicine schedules. As a health professional and owner of my cat Amy, safety and well-being come first for me. I am very meticulous following medical instructions or special diets. My home is a quiet and safe environment; I always make sure that all areas are clear and the doors are well closed. I will keep you informed with photos and messages so that you have the peace of mind that your pet is in professional and loving hands.

“They took care of our two pups for about 3 weeks while we traveled. From the day we met Daniel we knew that our pups would be in great hands. Our dog Rudy is a high energy Velcro dog to say the least and he absolutely LOVES staying with Carly and her family. Rebekah and her family were so great, and accommodating to our needs. She really saved us in a pinch! She sent daily photos, and was very commutative about everything from food, to toys and treats that she was giving my pup. I was so thankful Rebekah was able to help us out and care for my hogan !
We had a wonderful experience with Dana while we were away for a week. This was our young Labrador’s first extended stay away from home, and I was naturally a little nervous, but both Dana put my mind at ease right away. She provided updates, photos, and communication throughout the stay, and it was clear that Voltage was well cared for and comfortable. They were attentive to his routine, handled all of his quirks and puppy energy with patience, and made sure he got plenty of exercise, enrichment, and affection. When we picked him up, he was happy, healthy, and clearly had a great time. I especially appreciated the flexibility with pickup timing and willingness to work with all of the instructions I left. It’s obvious both Dana and her husband genuinely care about the dogs in their care. I would absolutely trust them with Voltage again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, communicative, and caring sitter.
While looking around to find someone to watch Chase, I was a little nervous because I’ve never left Chase with anybody other than my family. I was looking for somebody who would treat him just the way I would and it was Erin. She sent pictures of Chase every hour which made me feel so at peace. Her and her son both treated Chase so well he was so excited to go back. I will definitely be rebooking back with her when the time is needed. 🩷
Exceptional Service from Ariana – Above and Beyond! I wanted to take a moment to recognize Ariana for the outstanding service she provided. We had a last-minute booking situation, and what could have easily become a stressful experience turned into one of the smoothest and most enjoyable parts of our trip because of her. From the very beginning, Ariana was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. Despite the short notice, she moved quickly, communicated clearly, and handled every detail with confidence and efficiency. It never felt like we were just another reservation—she treated us like valued guests and made us feel important throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was her willingness to go above and beyond. She anticipated questions before we even had to ask them, kept us updated every step of the way, and made sure every concern was addressed promptly. In today’s world, it’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, kindness, urgency, and genuine hospitality the way Ariana does.
Jack- I did a one night trial boarding for my lil man, Rascal 🐶. Communication with Jack was smooth and attentive. He responded to my check-in to see how my dog was doing. Huge perk that Jack works from home, so my dog was being monitored throughout the day. Overall no issues!
Casey took great care of Baby and Perla while we were away! She was very attentive to their routines and took the time to understand all of their little quirks, especially around feeding time. She even figured out a system to keep them from trying to eat each other’s food, which we really appreciated :) She also made sure they got plenty of walks and attention, and it was clear she wanted them to feel comfortable and settled while we were gone. Casey kept us updated throughout the stay and communicated with us whenever she had questions or wanted to check on something, which we appreciated and helped give us peace of mind while traveling. Overall, we were happy knowing the dogs were being cared for and loved on while we were away. Thank you again, Casey!
