If I were a dog, this is the home I would want to be at. A beautiful fenced yard with lots of shade. Other dogs to play with. Our home is all leather and tile so sitting on the couch is OK! About this sitter: We did not plan on children so our dogs were our babies until God blessed us with our son. So now our family is complete. 1 child, 3 dogs, 10 fish and 3 turtles. We love our doggies and they are well taken care of, spoiled if I may say so myself. They are well behaved and get along nicely with other nice dogs. I am the loving Alpha dog in the house and the dogs all vie for my attention and affection. I often find myself petting all 3 at once. (I use my foot for the third one) We have a beautiful fenced backyard with a pool. 2 of the dogs love swimming with us when we are in the pool. I spend lots of time with the dogs out back. I will love and care for your dog as if they were one of my own. I will follow any specific requests you have to the letter. Why I love dog sitting I have had dogs in my life since the day I was born. I love all dogs and they know it. Dogs can sense a dog lover I think. I believe that a well trained dog will enjoy a happier lifestyle. My Westie's are clicker trained by me. Clicker training is an excellent tool for young dogs. I do not offer full training but I will work with your dog on a particular aspect of their training free of charge if you would like me to. We don't have a large house but we do have a loving home. My 9 year old son loves our dogs and takes good care of them. The little Yorkie mix is actually his and I have instilled a sense of responsibility n him in regards to all our dogs. He has read about foster homes for dogs which we were thinking about but I think it would be to hard to have a dog stay with you for a very extended period and watch them leave. So Rover.com seems like the perfect fit for us. I am home from work by 2 pm on most days so the dogs are not alone for long. 2 of my dogs get crated whenever I leave and the best watchdog stays out. My dogs have been crate trained from birth and love their crates. I do not require your dog to be crated but you are welcome to bring one or use one of ours if you prefer your dog crated for those brief periods I am not here. Mine only get in if we're in the pool. If your dog likes long walks, we live on a dead end street across from a lake and a nice open area. My experience administering medication Totally comfortable.
