Hi my name is Kristin. I've had dogs since the day I was born. I've never not had a dog in my home. I have a dog named FeFe and 4 Cats named Yuki, Snickers, Kit Cat and Meeki, at the moment. I love animals in general. I've had numerous animals over the years. I've bottle fed kittens and puppies. I've potty trained and have taken care of 3 puppies of my own. I've taken care of senior dogs. Some of my own and I am comfortable administering medication to senior or any age dog. I previously worked as a preschool teacher, so I understand the importance of patience, routines, safety and creating a calm, loving environment. ***Before I can care for your pup though, we must do a meet and greet. This is just as important for you as it is for me.***

Betty was happy overall and adjusted good coming back home. All Betty's food was gone as anticipated and seemed calm when I picked her back up. They had a nice yard and pet friendly environment.

Schedule
I have a flexible schedule and am home throughout the day, this is my job, and I absolutely it, which allows me to give plenty of attention, potty breaks, playtime and supervision. I can accommodate feeding routines, medication schedules and cuddle time to help your dog feel comfortable and cared for while you're away. I do not take dogs on walks though. I have a very large backyard and they get plenty of playtime and potty breaks. They can run and play several times a day.

Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. As I mentioned before, I have a large fenced in backyard. I will be with all dogs, at all times in the backyard. I pay close attention to each pet's routine, personality and needs to help them feel safe and comfortable while in my care and away from your home. I supervise pets closely, provide regular potty breaks, fresh water, feeding on schedule, playtime and plenty of affection. My goal is to create a trustworthy environment, where pet parents can feel confident knowing their dogs are safe, happy and well cared for. Whether your dog likes cuddles on the couch or wants to just lay on the floor and relax, they can surely do that here.

A typical day
A typical day at my home will feel like a mini dog vacation. We can have fun outside with a game of fetch in my large backyard. I am also going to get a doggy pool for the Summer as well. Or inside with some chase toys or rope toys. In the afternoon, if it's ok with the pawrents, I like to make frozen treats for when it's really hot. We can always wind down with a nice nap in the afternoon or midday or anytime the pups would like really. I do like routines, but I'm also a go with the flow kind of person as well.

Please also note, your dog should be friendly with cats and get along with other dogs. Or at the very least not chase or bark loudly at cats. Please read my entire profile. It does state I have 4 cats and a dog. My cats love dogs. They are not aggressive with them at all and I love my 4 cats as much as I love my dog. I'll love your dog and take care of them just the same.
