Hi my name is Kristin. I've had dogs since the day I was born. I've never not had a dog in my home. I have a dog named FeFe and 3 Cats named Yuki, Snickers and Kit Cat, at the moment. I love animals in general. I've had numerous animals over the years. I've bottle fed kittens and puppies. I've potty trained and have taken care of 3 puppies of my own. I've taken care of senior dogs. Some of my own and I am comfortable administering medication to senior or any age dog. I previously worked as a preschool teacher, so I understand the importance of patience, routines, safety and creating a calm, loving environment.

Kristin was amazing with my little fur baby! She took care of her like she was her own, and it was such a wonderful experience. Growing up in a home with multiple cats and multiple dogs has shown me how naturally caring and patient my Mom is with animals every single day. She makes sure all of our pet's feel safe, comfortable, loved, and included in the family. I have also seen her take amazing care of other family members dogs over the years, always treating them like they were her own. Whether its sticking to feeding routines, giving lots of attention and affection or making sure pets feel calm and comfortable, she truly goes above and beyond. Any dog or animal staying with her would be in loving hands.

Schedule
I have a flexible schedule and am home throughout the day, this is my job, and I absolutely it, which allows me to give plenty of attention, potty breaks, playtime and supervision. I can accommodate feeding routines, medication schedules and cuddle time to help your dog feel comfortable and cared for while you're away. I do not take dogs on walks though. I have a very large backyard and they get plenty of playtime and potty breaks. They can run and play several times a day. I will also not be doing late at night pickup ups or drop offs. Please make other arrangements. Thank you. All pick up or drop offs at my home, must be done by 7:45 p.m. ***I do also require a mandatory meet and greet, if you live within 45 minutes to an hour of my area.***

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. As I mentioned before, I have a large fenced in backyard. I will be with all dogs, at all times in the backyard. I pay close attention to each pet's routine, personality and needs to help them feel safe and comfortable while in my care and away from your home. I supervise pets closely, provide regular potty breaks, fresh water, feeding on schedule, playtime and plenty of affection. My goal is to create a trustworthy environment, where pet parents can feel confident knowing their dogs are safe, happy and well cared for. Whether your dog likes cuddles on the couch or wants to just lay on the floor and relax, they can surely do that here.

A typical day
A typical day at my home will feel like a mini dog vacation. We can have fun outside with a game of fetch in my large backyard. I am also going to get a doggy pool for the Summer as well. Or inside with some chase toys or rope toys. In the afternoon, if it's ok with the pawrents, I like to make frozen treats for when it's really hot. We can always wind down with a nice nap in the afternoon or midday or anytime the pups would like really. I do like routines, but I'm also a go with the flow kind of person as well.
