About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, and small animals from a young age, and have been dog and house sitting since 16. I have animal handling experience, as well as medical and emergency knowledge. I can handle both large and young dogs, with puppy and senior experience. I am free all weekdays and weekends and flexible with walking and/or visiting times depending on your needs. Pet care is currently my top priority. I offer house sitting as well, and can care for plants and pools outside, as well as clean up after dogs and cats if needed.

About: Tommy and I are both experienced dog and cat sitters who have two cats of our own. We both grew up with dogs of all sizes and have been trusted by friends, family, and other Rover users to care for their furry family members. Most of the time it will just be me (Paige) but sometimes Tommy’s work schedule allows for him to come with! We cannot wait to meet and love your pets. As cat owners, pet care is a part of our daily lives (and sometimes 3am thanks to zoomies). I have plenty of time to share nature with your dog. I am also a hiker, so I can walk and walk and walk… I currently have 4 indoor cats with 8 bowls and 4 litter boxes. Two of them are taking medicine and a supplement that I have to add to their food. One has a chronic nasal issue, he has liquid medicine I give him. I care for others in their home .

About: HIGHLY EXPERIENCED WITH DOGS THAT HAVE BEHAVIORAL ISSUES!! I have grown up with, and helped care for, dogs my whole life. For the past 3 years I have been training my dog, currently with assistance from a trainer. He was fearful-reactive and is now an amazing service dog in training. I have been a volunteer at the world’s largest no-kill shelter for 2 years now. I have handled dogs of all ages, sizes, breeds, and temperaments. I have worked with blind and senior dogs. I have run puppy play groups, as well as puppy mill, senior, and teen play groups. some behavioral challenges in dogs that I have worked with include: fearful; reactive; food and/or object possessive; stranger danger; seperation anxiety; dog vs dog aggression; strong leadership; mouthy; and more i’m sure i’m forgetting. I have taken several extensive dog training classes to improve my skill and knowledge. I was the first 16 year old to reach one of the most advanced dog levels. I am very well-versed in understanding dog body language. I have dealt with sick dogs as well as dogs with skin conditions. I have helped get the neighbors dog to eat, as well as go potty and play. I also have experience with cats from the shelter as i have taken advanced feline behavior classes. I am able to understand cat body language fairly well. I have worked with cats as well as kittens. I can care for, and clean up after, dogs and/or cats. I will always respect your pets boundaries. I will genuinely treat your fur babies as my own. I will ensure everything is as it was when I came, as well as closing and locking any doors I used. I will dispose of animal waste as instructed. On walks I have a steady balance and strong leash hold to ensure the dog stays with me. I may carry treats with me for minor training/intervention (if allowed and if the dog pulls or something like that). If your dog is scared of certain things or creatures I will take precautions to avoid anything triggering to the dog. Lastly, I will certainly make sure the pet(s) feel loved, happy, and relaxed.
