About: I work at a doggy daycare. At this job I supervise groups of dogs of all ages, breeds, and sizes. I’m experienced with feeding, administering medication, and basic grooming like baths and nail trims. Working at this job has taught me a lot about dog behavior and body language. I am also pet CPR and first aid certified with America Health Training. I am an owner of a 2 year old rescue dog myself. I am used to all different types of personalities and temperaments and ready to take on whatever it is your dog may need! I am working part time at a doggy daycare facility. I am normally available in the early morning until 12pm and from 8:30pm to late night. Tuesdays and Fridays I am free the entire day for any bookings so long as I know at least a day in advance! Because of my work obligations as well as obligations to my own pets I am only offering dog walking sessions as well as home check ins for cats and dogs. I am used to any kind of harness or collars for dogs, experienced with using crates and am comfortable taking them out wherever is comfortable with you. For both cats and dogs I can come in for house check ins, help with feedings, play with your pets, or just come in for a snuggle so they don’t get lonely.

About: My dog Winnie is 17, so I’ve had lots of experience as a pet carer! Even though Winnie is a small dog, I have experience pet sitting and walking large dogs. I also love cats and have welcomed them into my home to cat sit over the last several years. I work as an independent artist and bartender, so I have a flexible schedule that gives me availability to take care of your furry friend or feline when you’re working! I am available morning, evening and night on weekdays and morning and afternoons on the weekends. I prioritize creating a safe, calm, and comfortable environment for every pet by following their routine closely and giving them plenty of attention, care, and supervision. I understand how important trust is when caring for someone’s pet, and I treat every animal with patience, responsibility, and love.

Santiago can be stubborn and Nicholas was patient and flexible with Santiago’s needs. Santiago can’t go up and down the stairs and Nicholas was really understanding and carried him up and down the stairs for his walks. Nicholas kept me up to date on Santiago’s walks and sent pictures which I really appreciated. About: I have owned pets since I was 4 years old. I have worked in the veterinary field since I was sixteen and am starting my 2nd year of veterinary school at Long Island University. Over the years I have pet sit for a total of 25 different dogs, 15 cats, a bearded dragon, a hamster, guinea pigs, and a turtle. I am able to medicate any dogs or cats, as well as give any injections needed (ex. insulin). I also have experience at a dog daycare where I was in charge of over 40 dogs of all sizes in one large yard together. I am currently working full time at UrgentVet and work second shift so I am available in the mornings or any time on my days off. When school starts at the end of August, I will be able to work around my class schedule and make adjustments as needed for your pet. I care for pets as if they are my own. I make sure they are comfortable and keep their daily routine that they are used to, to make sure everything goes as smooth as possible.

About: Hi! I’m Aidan and I have had 3 dogs throughout my life. While taking care of your dog, I can provide whatever services needed to keep them happy and healthy. I have taken care of multiple dogs at a time, on my own, for extended periods, so I am fully capable and willing to making your dog as comfortable as possible! I am currently on summer break, going into my Junior year at Binghamton University. Aside from selective plans with friends, the only consistency in my schedule is going to the gym! All other time can be allocated to pets! I have an acer of green backyard here in Lloyd Harbor, along with one, 13 year old sheepadoodle named Maisy. She is very old and gentile, the only thing she'll want to do is lay with your pet!

About: I am an experienced and trained dog walker for all sizes. I walk with confidence and the dogs sense it. I am licensed and insured. I’m currently working part time. I have plenty of time to share nature with your dog. I am also a hiker, so I can walk and walk and walk… I currently have 4 indoor cats with 8 bowls and 4 litter boxes. Two of them are taking medicine and a supplement that I have to add to their food. One has a chronic nasal issue, he has liquid medicine I give him. I care for others in their home .

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and have been caring for them most of my life, so being attentive to their needs comes naturally to me. My fiancé, Eric has also always grown up with dogs and was responsible for taking care of dogs and his cat while growing up and they all lived will into their senior years. He is great with more high energy and active dogs, going on long walks, or runs and hikes with them. I work full time where I commute Monday-Friday. Weekends I’m home. My Fiancé also works full time but he gets out a little earlier than I do. For weekend stays we are available to give your furry family the most attention and care. If there is need during the week I’m usually away from home for 10 hours during the day including my commute time to and from work. We will walk and feed them before we leave in the morning and as soon as either of us gets home will do the same and then again before bedtime. In our home, pets are cared for in a calm, safe environment. We live on the second floor of a house in a suburban neighborhood with sidewalks, which allows for safe, structured walks. While we don’t have direct yard access, we make sure dogs get regular walks, exercise, and attention. I also have a senior cat who is naturally shy and takes time to warm up, so I’m very understanding of pets who may be anxious or need a slower, more gentle approach. In a client’s home, I focus on maintaining your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or quiet time. I’m attentive to their behavior and needs, and I always aim to make them feel comfortable and secure while you’re away.

About: I’ve taken care of my families dog since I was 13 years old. I currently have a maltipoo who’s 2 years old and I’ve had him since he was a puppy. I’ve also taken care of neighbors dogs in the past as well and they relied on me when they were out of town. I am currently working from home on mondays and Fridays so I have a pretty flexible schedule. I can walk at any point in my day if I don’t have a prior meeting scheduled. I have extensive experience working in veterinary clinics as well as pet sitting since I was in high school, so I am comfortable providing medical care to your pets. I understand how important it is finding appropriate pet sitter that accommodates all your needs, as I have two cats at home myself and it takes a lot of time finding the perfect person! About: I have always grown up with dogs in my home. Currently, my family has one high energy black lab. In September of 2024, I also adopted my first own dog, Millie! I have watched, played with, fed, and walked dogs for many years including family and friends. I am currently in my final year of veterinary school. I also have worked as a veterinary assistant so have first aid and medical skills. I’m in my clinical year of vet school so my schedule varies by which rotation I’m on! Early morning and evening would probably be best for me most of the time. I try to update my availability calendar as often as I can! My home is very safe. There are plenty of paths and green spaces for walking. Your animal would have to get up one flight of steps.

I love walking dogs and there is a dog friendly (leashed only) park near by if your pet enjoys lots of exercise. You can trust me to keep your pets safe, engaged and happy in my home. Your pet will have free range in my house which is dog friendly. I can provide a dog bed, blankets and towels etc. I have a fully fenced backyard that provides a safe and spacious environment for outdoor play. If your pet requires medication I am happy to give as necessary.

About: hello, my name is Jackie, I live in Syosset and have a 2.5 year old male goldendoodle named champ who gets along with other dogs every well. I also have an 8 year old son who loves dogs as well. we would love to watch your dog while you vacation or if they need a walk etc. my husband and I work from home and are in the office 2x/week but weekends are pretty open. let me know your needs and Ill let you know what works work from home in office 2x/week and are flexible for boarding over the weekend. if needed can do walks during the week for your dog i have a fenced in yard so the dogs can run together and we take champ for walks as well so they would have fun together
