About: I (Tori) am a third year veterinary student at LIU post with a passion for providing high quality, reliable care to all animals! I have extensive experience working in veterinary clinics as well as pet sitting since I was in high school, so I am comfortable providing medical care to your pets. I understand how important it is finding appropriate pet sitter that accommodates all your needs, as I have two cats at home myself and it takes a lot of time finding the perfect person! I am also currently working in a veterinary clinic on top of being a veterinary student, so I’m constantly improving my education and experience with pet health. My boyfriend (Steven) is also a pet sitter and had multiple dogs growing up, and has extensive experience caring for them. He may join me for some pet sitting gigs unless you prefer just me or him, the pricing does not change. Whether it’s us together or one of us caring for your pets, we strive to be responsible, loving, and provide the best care for your pets. We have 2 cats at home- so it is our priority to treat every animal as if it’s our own! Every pet is unique, and I am more than happy to go above and beyond to provide the care your pets deserve! There is no such thing as asking for “too much”, I will provide as many updates as you need throughout the day, respond to your messages right away, and facetime/video chat if you’d like live updates. I (Tori) am a full-time veterinary student currently completing my 3rd year and my schedule varies daily. Some days I am in school 8-5, 9-11, 1-3, with weekends having most availability. Steven works full-time 5 days a week from 8-5. Steven and I work together to care for rover pets, but I (Tori) will be the primary caretaker. We have 2 cats in the house so it's very important to us that we provide quality care for ALL animals in our lives, including the ones we petsit for! Please let us know what your expectations are for your schedule so we can coordinate our schedules. IMPORTANT: We both are not able to stay in your home 24/7 due to our own pets and schedules! We are dedicated to providing quality and reliable care and will communicate with you on how we can be the best caregivers. Before we provide any care, we will come to your home and plan an initial meet and greet with you, any family members, and your pet(s) of course so we can make sure everyone is comfortable! We will communicate with you often while caring for your pet(s) and acknowledge any special requests you have for us as well! There's no such thing as asking for too much when pet sitting for your animals- they are your priority and we will be flexible to make sure we are the best caretaker for your pets!

I currently have a 6-year-old Bichon Shih Tzu who is a big part of my family, so I’m very comfortable with daily walks, playtime, cuddles, and keeping a pup happy and comfortable. When Santiago met Nicholas he was immediately able to make a connection with him and I felt confident that he would be a good walker for Santiago. Santiago can be stubborn and Nicholas was patient and flexible with Santiago’s needs. Santiago can’t go up and down the stairs and Nicholas was really understanding and carried him up and down the stairs for his walks. Nicholas kept me up to date on Santiago’s walks and sent pictures which I really appreciated. About: Hiya! I’m Bea, a college student with years of hands on experience caring for both dogs and cats. While I don’t currently have pets of my own, I’ve spent most of my life helping care for the pets of friends and neighbors. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I’m usually the person everyone asks to watch their pets when they’re away! About: I have obtained my degree as a Veterinary technology while also having gained over 5 years of experience in various veterinary settings ranging from general practice, emergency, specialties and animals shelters. During my externships and being employed currently at a couple of animal hospitals I have gained a tremendous amount of skills including administering medication, becoming CPR certified, wound treatments, proper monitoring of animal vitals and much more. My skills on different types of animals ranges from dogs, cats, rabbits, bird and many exotics! I have plans to continue my education this fall by attending Veterinary medicine college and becoming a DVM! As a current graduate from veterinary technology school I have an abundance of time to dedicate to proper pet care. While also working in veterinary clinics, these hours are most midday and allowing me to be consistent to providing care typically most mornings and night during the week and midday during the weekends. With my wide range of services I offer, I have been trusted to care for pets in clients homes. In order to keep clients feeling happy and not anxious I make sure to keep constant communication, as well as using my animal care knowledge and skills to satisfy not only the pets but the clients as well!
