When Santiago met Nicholas he was immediately able to make a connection with him and I felt confident that he would be a good walker for Santiago. Santiago can be stubborn and Nicholas was patient and flexible with Santiago’s needs. Santiago can’t go up and down the stairs and Nicholas was really understanding and carried him up and down the stairs for his walks.
