He responded promptly with pictures when prompted. Overall, I would recommend him.”

About: I am an owner of two cats myself. A 4 year old Maine coon Nacho and a 7 year old rescue calico Annie. Throughout my childhood I’ve grown up with over 10 cats. About: I (Tori) am a third year veterinary student at LIU post with a passion for providing high quality, reliable care to all animals! When Santiago met Nicholas he was immediately able to make a connection with him and I felt confident that he would be a good walker for Santiago. Santiago can be stubborn and Nicholas was patient and flexible with Santiago’s needs. Santiago can’t go up and down the stairs and Nicholas was really understanding and carried him up and down the stairs for his walks. About: I have always grown up with dogs in my home. Currently, my family has one high energy black lab. In September of 2024, I also adopted my first own dog, Millie! I have watched, played with, fed, and walked dogs for many years including family and friends. I am currently in my final year of veterinary school. About: I've had many different dogs over the years: labs, pit bull mixes, miniature pinscher, and german shepherds. I especially love GSDs and am very comfortable walking and taking care of them. I've dog walked/sat for a Rhodesian ridgeback mix as well as a springer spaniel. I was also owner to rescue dogs with severe anxiety. Overall, I'm comfortable with many different dogs! I'm currently working online, so I’m pretty flexible most weekdays. I'm often out and about finding new walking spots and exploring the neighborhoods. From our very first meet-and-greet, they took the time to get to know Rocky and make sure he would be a good fit for their family and their two beautiful dogs. Matt showed us their yard and explained where Rocky would be safe to run around and play. He gave us a full rundown of everything and patiently answered all of our questions, which immediately made us feel comfortable and confident leaving Rocky with them. We ended up booking a full week! Throughout Rocky’s stay, we received regular updates, pictures, videos, and text messages, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was so wonderful to see how happy and comfortable Rocky was. He got along great with their family dogs and even their super-cute daughter! You can truly tell that Matt & Kristina genuinely care about the dogs in their care and treat them like family. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Matt & Kristina and will definitely be booking with them again in the future, especially when we need to travel out of the country.
