About: I have been dog sitting friends and family animals since college. I am devoted to animals and their wellbeing! Whether big or small I love all of them. I have experience dog sitting, cat sitting. I have three birds, a cockatiel, and two parakeets. I have had dogs of my own growing up, small, medium, and large sized. I have also grown up riding horses and caring for them as well. I love any animal, no matter the kind. I work full time Mondays to Fridays 8:30am-4pm I am willing to take care of your animals when I get out of work. I have an open availability for weekend days. I would go to your home and care for your animal/animals! I would provide them with food, water, bathroom breaks, and if they require any special medication.

“Lauren was fantastic! She was super respectful of our home and Sage had a great time. She was very flexible with some last minute medications our puppy had to take, and we’d definitely use her again!”

About: I’ve grown up caring for my own Yorkie, who just turned 15, and have spent the past 13 years learning how to give her the best care possible. Along the way, I’ve also helped neighbors, friends, and family with their pets. I’m active, responsible, and very patient—skills I’ve strengthened through my work with kids. Whether it’s taking dogs for walks, feeding them, playing, or simply keeping them company, I treat every pet like they’re my own and make sure they feel loved and cared for. I’m working part-time right now, but I’m truly dedicated to finding a schedule that fits not just my life, but also the needs of the wonderful dog families I work with. Most importantly, I want to make sure the pups stay happy, healthy, and feel loved while I’m with them. I’m flexible and always happy to adjust my availability because every dog deserves the best care and attention possible! When I’m in your home, I treat it like I would a friend’s, with care, respect, and maybe a little tidying here and there! I follow your pet’s routine closely and do my best to keep things calm and cozy. I want your pets to feel totally at ease while you’re away, and for you to come home to a happy pup and a space just the way you left it!

“Alyssa was amazing with my pets. She went above and beyond what was asked. Mini (lab mix) is not a dog that warms up quickly to others and Alyssa didn’t give up on her. I do believe they are finally friends. I will be a repeat client and won’t hesitate to use Alyssa again.”

About: I have been a veterinary technician for a long time! I have recently changed careers and have been a student again. I miss being around fur babies and I would love to have the opportunity to do it again! I started my career with animals in a shelter and moved into the veterinary field. I have had too many foster animals of all types to even count! I am completely confident in my skills weather that be behavioral, medical, age specific, etc. My own pets are all over the rainbow bridge now and I deeply miss these interactions. Very available unless on vacation. Reach out if you need something! We may be able to make it happen! Full time student home for the summer ready to take care of your fur babies! I do not have a fenced in yard but I do have a large yard to walk your dog all around! We also have a great area to go on longer walks right on our street! While your away, let your pet have the experience of their very own vacation with me!

“Madeline is a fantastic pet sitter that takes wonderful care of our dog and cat. She’s quick to respond, and kept us in the loop with how they were doing. Our dog loves having her over. Hands down the best pet sitter we have hired.”

About: I volunteer at my local animal shelter and I am great with both dogs and cats. I grew up with my cat, Hepsiba, born before me who died when I was nearly 20 years of age. We were best friends before I knew what that was. Then at the age of 12 or so, my parents adopted 2 English cocker spaniels, brother and sister. So I was taking care of three pets. Then I raised my rescued black lab mix from August 2013 until 2025 with some breaks for the US Army. And I taught him very well; he passed in June but he will probably always be my best friend. For a time, I carried him, 120 lbs, up and down flights of stairs. Carefully and comfortably. I’ve taken care of pets for family members and friends. And did so professionally in the past prior to Rover, after friends got me into it. I’m great with animals. After spending even just a short time with them we can often establish a connection or rapport, especially when training a younger pet (or an old dog). I enjoy taking dogs for long walks, I could run with your dog, play with them, but mostly we’ll be doing what they want - within reason. If it could be all I did, all the time - I think that I would like that just fine. I’ll need a heads up at first to secure prep, but after that I could spend virtually all of my time with your companions - needing only to stop momentarily for supplies. Generally, boarding an animal at my own home is a much bigger ask, if it’s to be overnight. But during the day if they were to be transported here and then picked up again, then it’s fairly simple. Massasoit State Park is half a mile from my house and offers a great destination - all the dogs I’ve taken care of and brought there have loved it. At a home that the pet is used to is really a non-issue, (it helps if the owner is there when I meet the companion in question). Overnight and for extended lengths, though - it would only be a matter of making sure I’d have what I’d need for the length of time, so I would need just a little prep time.

About: Your pets safety and happiness is my top priority. I have experience working in multiple doggy daycares, volunteering at a cat shelter, and pet sitting for friends and family. I am familiar with all types of breeds, big & small, energetic, couch potato, reactive and non reactive. Helping animals has always been a great passion of mine and I strive for new challenges to face. I currently work PT as a Dietary Aid making my schedule very limited monday’s, thursdays and every other weekends. I have more availability on the other days of the week, (walks, drop in visits, and overnight care). Dogs tend to be more comfortable in their own homes so I provide those services to ensure the happiness and safety of all. For every visit, I bring a pet first aid kit, extra leashes, towels, treats, water/water bowls, tick removal kit, pooper scooper, etc. Your pet will receive the spoiled treatment with me!

“Our puppy was so well taken care of while we were away. Rebecca is a very good communicator and was very respectful of our home! Highly recommend!”

“My very young, but large and high-energy dog did exceedingly well with Connor. Having come into my life last October, I had not once left Chance in the care of anyone else. I was, of course, a bit nervous about how he would fare. He was rescued from a terrible situation and suffers from anxiety. I’ve worked hard to help Chance adjust, and I have made good progress. I had no reason to fear! Connor knew instinctively how to connect with Chance, and it is clear that I had the right person for this dog! I highly recommend Connor and thank him for taking a chance on Chance!”

“Corey did an amazing job with our two mini goldendoodles. He showed up on time and they came home tired and happy. I also appreciate the pics!!”

“Kylie did a great job watching our dogs!”

“Shakira took great care of our rottie and frenchie. Ace our rottie is not a fan of strangers but immediately connected with Shakira which helped make my vacation stress free. She sent pictures to show they were doing good and was great with communication.”

About: Use my promo code for $20 off your first booking! KACIK52469 Hello! My name is Kaci, I'm 24 years old, and I have lived with pets for as long as I can remember and have personally loved and cared for them for about 10 years now! I have worked with multiple families in taking care of their dogs or cats while they were away on vacation and my goal while caring for their pets is to make sure their pet was comfortable and happy so it felt like they were on vacation also. I love every and all kinds of animals and I genuinely enjoy playing with them and taking care of them and just being their friend in general while their family is away. I have every weekend off, so I could devote my time on the weekends in taking care of pets that need a temporary home. I currently work part-time and per diem, and even more time off in the summer, so I'll have plenty of time to care for and keep your babies company while you're away! I have a big yard and live on a dead-end street. Super friendly neighborhood! Your pet will never be home alone and will without a doubt receive the utmost care.

About: Hi my name is Sue and I have had dogs all my life ever since I can remember we were a dog family. I have always treated my animals like they are part of my family. My grown children often remark how our animals are spoiled, maybe a little jealousy there. We now have 3 dogs, a horse and one lone chicken. I have recently retired and enjoy dog sitting/walking anything to do with animals and being outside. I am very good with dogs and enjoy their company. One of my my favorite dogs that we had was a greyhound from the track, I would definitely adopt another. I would someday like to volunteer for the Greyhound rescue now that a lot of the greyhound racing tracks across the country will be closing.

East Freetown pet parents share their Rover experiences
We can't say enough great things about Sarah and the amazing care she provided for our dog Ruth. We recently adopted Ruth and this was the first time we had to leave her for the weekend. Even before we left, Sarah was incredibly communicative, engaging, friendly and helpful. She truly helped calm any nerves or anxiety we may have had about being away. Even though we provided a detailed "care instruction document" for Ruth, Sarah went above and beyond and built out a schedule that she shared with us ahead of time. In addition to sending us pictures and updates, she was very communicative and checked in with us often. When we returned, Ruth was very happy to see us...but I'll be honest...I think she missed having Sarah around! We'd love to rebook with Sarah the next time we are looking for someone. She was incredible and we can't shout her out enough!!! Thanks again Sarah!
