“This is my second time writing a review. Sarah is THAT astounding 🤩 I’m so grateful to have found her on this app. My fur baby always leaves so content and falls asleep right away because of how much Sarah plays with her and keeps her active during her stay. 10/10 would recommend Sarah to EVERYONE! ❤️🐕🦺”

About: I bring a calm, confident energy that pets naturally respond to. Whether it’s a playful puppy full of energy or a senior dog who needs a gentler approach. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities, and I’m especially comfortable with senior dogs, special routines, and administering medications if needed. What really sets me apart is my attention to detail and the love I put into everything I do. I take the time to understand your pet’s unique habits and needs so they feel safe and at ease. I also keep you in the loop with regular updates and photos so you can relax while you’re away, knowing your pet is in good hands. Pet care is a natural part of my daily life. I work from home, which gives me the flexibility to provide consistent, attentive care throughout the day. Whether it’s morning walks, mid-day playtime, or evening snuggles, I can easily adapt to your pet’s schedule and needs. Because I’m home most of the day, your pet won’t be left alone for long periods. I can offer plenty of bathroom breaks, play sessions, and supervision—especially helpful for puppies, senior pets, or dogs with separation anxiety. Caring for animals adds so much joy to my routine, and I truly love making them feel safe, happy, and loved. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I focus on creating a calm, loving, and familiar environment. I stick closely to your pet’s usual routine. Mealtimes, walks, play, and rest. So they feel comfortable and secure. In your home, I treat the space with respect and make sure your pet gets the same love and structure they’re used to. In my home, pets have a safe, cozy space to relax, with lots of attention throughout the day since I work from home. I keep things clean, quiet, and low-stress, and I always provide regular updates so you know how your pet is doing.

“Natalie was such an amazing dog sitter! 10/10 recommendation! Lana had so much fun and will definitely be using her again. She kept me updated all day and even sent her home with an adorable gift! We couldn't recommend her more!!”

“Carol is truly a dog lover! It is great that she took our last minute booking as we came in to town to sightsee. Our girl was very well taken care of giving us some free time!”

“Laura was amazing with my off the wall super energetic 3 month old springer spaniel puppy!! She is a super experienced trainer and was amazing at providing a balance between structure/close monitoring for safety and a lot of fun play time for my girl. She sent a lot of updates and advice that was very helpful for our training as well! Laura went above and beyond and even gave me tons of training tips outside of the visit because my pup is very difficult and has been struggling with separation anxiety. Best value out of a Rover stay I’ve ever gotten!”

About: I have many many years of dog care experience. I grew up with high-strung Dalmations, raised children with Golden Retrievers , loved many Heinz-57s, and am currently a senior with a fabulous Golden Doodle. I’m a stay at home experienced “”Mom” who loves to work around the house (both inside and out) with my four legged friends as companions. On occasion I may make a run to Wegman’s however that kind of errand can be scheduled around my care of your dog. Our dog Chai is an integral member of our family. Chai usually follows me around both inside and outside the house. She loves having play dates with other dogs and is skilled at modifying her behavior to best suit her friends.

About: We’re the proud pet parents of Miss Maggie Moo, our sweet and spirited 3-year-old rescued Siberian Husky. Over the years, Jen and I have shared our lives with two other incredible dogs — Chompers, our beagle mix who was with us for 17 years, and Mia, our hound mix who truly was the heart of our home. Chompers taught us the gift of loving a dog through her senior years, while Mia showed us the deep care and attention that comes with supporting a pup with health challenges. We share this with you so you know your family member will be in kind, experienced, and loving hands. Their well-being is our priority, and we want you to feel confident and at ease knowing they’ll be cared for like one of our own. Jen works from home, so your pup will be treated like one of the family and will have her attention, 24/7. We do daily walks and have a fully fenced in back yard for play time. We have a very walk-friendly neighborhood and do morning and evening walks every day (in addition to regular potty breaks). We also have a fully fenced-in yard with a privacy fence. Maggie, our husky, is very friendly and does great with other friendly dogs. We do request for our guests to be crate-trained for sleeping at night. *No aggressive dogs, please.

About: Looking for a loving & fun home away from home for your pet? Look no further! With a golden retriever of my own, for the past 7 years I've taken care of my dog along with 10 other dogs from time to time for periods as short as a couple of days to a couple of months. As a college student in DC, my weekends are wide open to take care of your pet! I also provide services in between my classes. Having a large dog for the past 7 years, our house is "dog proof" while also containing all the amenities (big fenced in yard, toys galore, & a furry companion) any pet needs, your pet will also be on vacation! I can also quickly get acquainted with the safety features & layout of your house! I will make sure to ask any questions that are relevant to dogsitting at your house to make sure your dog's daily routine isn't disrupted

About: Dogs and cats are my life thats why i chose my profession. As a professional dog and cat groomer of 17 years, taking care and providing a safe environment for animals is what I love to do. Over the years I have rescued multiple dogs either from a shelter situation or owners that couldn't care for or keep them anymore. Before the pandemic I ran my own TNR ( trap nuetor release) program. Spaying and neutering over 500 feral cats. Rescuing and re-homeing cats that were abandoned including adopting out close to 50 kittens. My grooming shop is on my property. In between clients I am in and out of my home to check on your and my own fur babies. So they will.never be left alone for more than an hour. I have a fenced potty area and over and acre to go for extended walks. I've taken care of puppies to seniors and dogs with special needs. For many years I have taken care of my clients pets when they go on vacation or just need a quiet weekend. I would love to extend my services now to other families and make more furry friends!

“Kim was an absolute lifesaver, we really wanted to do Niagara Falls, but didn’t think it would be fair to bring our dog or leave her alone all day Kim stepped up as a dog sitter (last minute!!) and took excellent care of Mikko . She was easy to communicate with, very professional, and absolutely helpful in every way! I wouldn’t hesitate to call her again!”

“Ashley is a wonderful sitter. She takes into account all my pups special needs and is almost always available on weekends which hard to come by on Rover. I definitely recommend her and Lucy loves going back to her house.”

About: Now booking spring and summer boarding. I allow up to two dogs at a time. Dogs will have designated time to roam and be outside with the family as well as 2 walks a day. Pets are not left alone for more than 2 hours except during sleep hours 11pm-6am. Your pet must be okay in a kennel if needed throughout the day. We have a dog room and decent sized kennel for boarded dogs to stay and get settled without the chios of our other dogs. If your pet is generally well behaved and not a chewer please let me know and your pet can have more freedom in the rest of the home. Typically rover dogs we watch are not potty trained and one broke my bedroom door off the wall while staying and we were not warned of that behavior so since then we did need to restructure where we allow others dogs to be in our home ensuring there safety. I specialize in senior pets and medication administration and understand the time and attention that is needed to properly care for those pets. Please reach out with any further questions you may have. We strive to keep your dogs happy and comfortable during their stay. I work from home part time so my schedule is very flexible. I can care for your dog as much as they need and even have baby monitors should your dog need constant monitoring if I’m in my work room. Let me know how you’d like your pet to be cared for and I will follow the care instructions to a T. I have a fenced yard, indoor kennel, crate and anything else you may wish for if you request your dog to be in a separate space during their stay. I also have 2 children that can talk to and pet your animal if your pet likes that. If not my kids have always been raised to ask permission before petting a dog. They do not lay with animals or feed them without permission

“Kara was amazing! She was super flexible with a short notice booking, and took great care of our boy for the day. The pictures she sent were adorable. Would highly recommend, and will certainly reach out if we need someone in Buffalo again.”

They really helped in putting my mind at ease and seeing they had a loving home and a companion for my pup to play with only furthered this notion. They were flexible and worked around my schedule allowing me to make last minute changes and I certainly intend to utilize their services again in the future.”
