About: Dwight and Stu are my current pups, but I grew up around countless pets. As one of the go neighborhood dog sitters I have experience working with a variety of personalities and energy levels. I love the simple activities like walking and playing, but i also know how to slow down and take it easy with older dogs. Working part-time right bow allows me to spend time with your pets!! I prefer walking in the mornings or early afternoons. I can be available weekends and weekdays! I try to care for pets the way the owner would do it. If that means a lot of exercise, i will make it happen!! If that means chilling in the shade and lots of scraches that works too!!

“Luella is amazing! She watched our dog for two stays. One four nights and one five nights, and she consistently sent pictures and connected with me to update on our dog. Our dog is anxious and is happy when we get home!”

“Melissa was awesome!! Bella loved her and we received pictures and updates while she was with her. I highly recommend her! Thank you, Melissa, for taking such great care of our girl!”

“Maddi did a great job.She spent lots of time earning Biscuits trust and building a relationship. Biscuit was sitting on Maddie’s lap by the end. I appreciated all the care and attention she gave Biscuit.”

About: I grew up with pets. Since I no longer have my own pets I miss spending time with pets. I started caring for my friends pets and now decided to expand to others. I grew up with dogs as my best friends. I no longer have my own pets as I live in a building that charges extra to have a pet per month. I also like to travel. I am a grandmother of 3 wonderful boys. And I enjoy walking and being outside. I will care for pets at your home. I do not offer pet sitting at my own home as I live in an apartment building that would charge me per month to have a pet.

“Bobbie was great! We were so nervous, but she sent us photos of the dogs every visit and even did extra activities with them like reading to them and an art project! One dog had some inflammation while we were gone and she was great about the sudden change of having to administer medication and give that pup extra exercise. We will definitely use her again!”

“Onnika did a great job with our 3yr old great dane. Despite his size and timmidness she was able to win him over and make sure all of his needs and wants were met (cuddles attention and medications) while giving us updates throughout the weekend. He had a blast playing and going on a walk. She even picked up his mess in the front yard which we really appreciated when we came home. 10/10 well be requesting again!”

About: I’ve grown up with pups and have lots of experience with animals. I am an active person so walks and jogs in the park are some of my favorite things to do! And of course lots of pets, snuggles, and love!! I am a mental health support specialist with 6am-2pm, or 2pm-10pm shifts. I am not full time so my schedule is always different as well as weekends!! I only offer staying in clients homes. I do this because dogs are a lot more comfortable in their own space that they are familiar with. I’m in my masters program at MSU, so unfortunately it’s not the time for me to have my own dog. That’s why I joined this app, so I can share my love for pupperz with those who need the assistance!!!

About: Newly single dad of two and one Rottweiler (they all live with mom). Looking for extra income and I’ve been a dog sitter/house sitter for over 15 years in the Twin Cities. I work full time as a church musician so my schedule is extremely flexible. My flexible working schedule can accommodate your pup’s needs. I’m used to multiple walks and feedings during the day. I love spoiling our furry friends and will give them a ton of attention. My neighborhood is near some incredible walking trails and is very quiet in terms of traffic or people being out and about. Fenced in yard. Doggos love it here.

“Maxim took great care of our 2 year old German Shepherd. He is quite high energy and can be reactive towards other dogs, but he ensured he was well exercised and cared for nonetheless!”

About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs my whole life. I’ve had pretty chill dogs, rough dogs, and dogs that run away any chance they get. I’m prepared for any dog that I can take care of. I currently don’t have another job at the moment but I might work another job pretty soon. I work out and have football practice. Other than that I’m free to take care of dogs. I feed my dogs and let them out whenever they need to be let out. If they need specific things such as to be kenneled or anything of that nature I can easily do. I can also keep company with the dogs and play with them.

About: Hi there! I'm a proud dog mom to a sweet Mini Goldendoodle named Finley. Growing up, I was surrounded by animals and loved helping care for them — my passion for animals has been with me ever since! I truly adore all animals and would treat yours like my own! I work from home, which gives me plenty of flexibility to provide attentive care throughout the day. I have a full hour for lunch and am finished with work by 5 PM, so your pet will have lots of attention, playtime, and love. When I visit, I focus on helping your dog feel safe and comfortable by following their routine, using a calm, gentle approach, and letting them warm up to me at their own pace.

“Alex was so wonderful! I had the misfortune of having failed to plan for care for our dogs for our holiday celebrations which were set for Christmas Eve eve. Then I found rover and pretty much figured I would get no responses and be stuck, but Alex came through with flying colors! We chatted through the app, and then made arrangements for not only the overnight, but she agreed to come earlier to meet the dogs despite having other things she had to go and tend to before my overnight. We found her to be kind and loving and our pitbull, who is fairly finicky about people, took to her immediately. Our home and our fur family was exceptionally well cared for. We’re so grateful to Alex!”

About: I’ve always had a deep love for animals, and the idea of becoming a dog walker and sitter feels like the perfect way to combine my passion with a meaningful job. Spending time with dogs, taking them on walks, and giving them the attention they need brings me immense joy. I love the idea of helping dogs get the exercise and companionship they deserve while providing peace of mind to their owners. Whether it’s a long walk in the park or some quiet time at home, I’m excited by the thought of offering both dogs and their owners a stress-free and enjoyable experience. I am currently a full time aviation student and Minnesota State Mankato, and work a part time online job. I am available during most nights, weekends, and sometimes during the day (depending on class and flight time). I am unable to have pets in my apartment but I am more than willing to visit your pet in the comfort of their home when it is needed!

About: I have taken care of pets (mainly dogs) for many years. I have expertise in walking, training, and making sure your pet gets the best care on a regular basis. I am currently on summer break and have more flexibility in my schedule. I work at a daycare so my hours are different everyday but I still have availability to care for your pets! My weekends are always open. I am looking forward to help out! I care for pets how their owners care for them. I provide them with a caring personality and follow their routine and owner's regulations. That could be going on walks, feeding them, and playtime. Most importantly I want them to be comfortable with me so do that I think it is important to do things with them that they are familiar with.

Eagle Lake pet parents share their Rover experiences
Hannah was very attentive to our dog, she came a lot during the day and stayed for a hour or longer at least once a day! She took our dog on walks and played and cuddled with her. She also sent updates and pictures and was quick to answer any of my questions about our dog. We will definitely be having Hannah watch our dog again! We were never worried once with Hannah here!

Wonderful experience over all with Hannah! Our dog Annie is pretty nervous around new people but Hannah was so helpful with her own personal knowledge when it comes to shy dogs. She sent many photos and kept us updated while we were away. Easy booking experience as well. We would definitely book with Hannah again!
