I am in my last stretch of my masters program at MSU - I graduate in July 2026! I have an internship Mon-Wed that requires me to be on site in St. Peter from 8am-4pm. Other than occasional in person classes, I am very flexible to fit you and your pups schedule!

I only do in-home pet sitting because dogs are way more relaxed and happy in the spaces they already know and love. When I stay in a client’s home, I treat it with respect, follow the routines they already have, and make sure their pups feel safe, cozy, and cared for. I build trust by keeping communication open, asking questions if I need to, and making sure caregivers feel supported knowing their animals are in good hands. I joined this app because I genuinely just love dogs and wanted a way to spoil and hang with pupperz while their caregivers are away!

I like to have clear directions and notes from owners before I watch their pets — things like feeding times, walking routines, bed time, or anything special about their pup. I’m pretty detail-oriented and love having something to follow along with so your dog gets the exact care they’re used to. It helps me feel prepared, and it helps your pup feel happy and safe. The more I know, the better I can love on them in the way you already do!
A typical day
I love spending time with dogs and making sure they feel cared for, safe, and loved. We’ll do things like walks, hanging outside, cuddles, and relaxing together. I always follow the caregiver’s advice and their dog’s favorite ways to play or relax, so everything feels normal and happy for them. My biggest goal is just for caregivers to know their pups are safe, comfy, and getting lots of love while you’re away!

Pet care experience
I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, so being around pups feels like home to me. I love getting outside, watching movies and lounging, and walks! My goal is for every dog to feel safe, happy, and cared for.

Jacey was amazing with our two Great Danes. She stayed with them for two nights. She was attentive, communicative, and reliable. She handled our shy boy very well and even got some snuggles from him on the last day. We will absolutely ask for her services again.
We couldn't of asked for a better person to watch our dog Koda. He was so well taken care of and had a great time!
Jacey has been a pet lover since she was a little girl! She has treated my Golden Doodle like one of her own and has not only watched my dog over long periods of times but would stop over to take him for a walk simply because she enjoyed it. This is the perfect job for her and I know she will be loving and responsible with anyone’s loved pet!
Jacey has always been an animal lover! She has always had pets growing up and is the “go-to” pet sitter for family and friends! She is very experienced with dogs and cats. She would be a great addition to the Rover team!
