About: Hi! My name is Sage and I specialize in animal caretaking and welfare. I have lived my entire life with at least one animal in the house and I have been dog sitting on and off since high school. I am certified in three years of dog training and currently live with my lovely cat, London. I’ve never met a pet that I haven’t loved, and past employers would describe me as dependable, easy-going, and kind. My days are entirely open, except for the occasional one or two days a week where I am called in from one of my other jobs. I work with dogs, have dog sit countless times, and currently have an 8 year old dog that I adore I am currently a college student on summer break meaning I have lots of time to care for pets, I love them and would do anything to make time for them! About: I have had pets my whole life that have lived in the house. We have dogs, cats, and even a lizard I have taken care of! I was home alone a lot so taking care of my animals is first priority and a habit. I am a college student and working a seasonal job so there is times to for me to show your pet some love and taken care of! I have no pets at our apartment but we do live close to some parks and our backyard has plenty grass to play in! There is room if your pet has to be crated as well!

About: I currently have the privilege of sharing my home with two cats: Phoenix, my 12-year-old senior queen, and Maize, my energetic 10-week-old kitten. I believe cats thrive when they have a safe, enriching environment that respects their individual personalities, so I've created spaces throughout my home with climbing opportunities, cozy hiding spots, window perches, and separate feeding areas to help them feel comfortable and secure. Phoenix is happiest when we are quietly existing next to each other. Phoenix has taught me the importance of patience, consistency and quality time in the trust building process. Like a lot of us, I didn't have background of the 10 years of life she had before coming to our home. Seeing her open up, create snuggle routines, engage in our daily conversations over wet food preparation, pay the cheese tax whenever she hears the bag, take belly up naps in the sun and slow blink back and forth while snuggling has been the most warm, authentic experience I have gotten to experience. She's my little soul cat. Caring for Maize is a little more hands-on. Before each meal, we have a short play session to satisfy his hunting instincts, followed by mealtime and either more play or quiet time depending on his energy level. Maize has been in new experience in caring for a kitten so young. We found Maize after he came running out of a corn field wide eyed and fill of cockleburs. It was never a question in my mind as to whether he would be the next member of our family, and now we are the proud parents of a 10-week-old, black kitten. It has been a completely new experience, but so incredibly rewarding. He has come from hiding behind the toilet and hissing at any movement, to demanding face to face nudges and kisses several times a day. It has been so fun to get to know this small, new little life that will create so many amazing memories for our family for years to come! Now, the admin side of kitten care has involved scooping litter boxes multiple times a day, keeping his space clean, and creating a schedule of healthy amounts of play and rest. I also regularly care for my friend’s cat, Remi. When her family is away, I visit several times throughout the day to make sure she's well cared for and has company. I love hiding her food around the house to provide her a little extra enrichment and always offer as many pets as she'll allow before she lets me know she's reached her limit and gets a little spicy. Every cat is different, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know each one's unique personality while respecting boundaries.

About: I have spent the past few summers doing overnight dog sitting in my hometown just about every weekend. I have been recommended and continue to get new jobs. I am a part time nursing student at Bethany Lutheran College so I have plenty of free time. I also serve in the army national Gaurd. I have now been dog walking and dog sitting for over 4 years in Mankato and absolutely love it. I would love for more opportunities. I am a part time student at Bethany Lutheran College and have classes in the morning so I have plenty of free time in the afternoon and overnight. About: I have several years of experience from taking care of my own pets as well as other's. I previously owned a cat with a medical condition, so I have medication experience and emergency experience. I have a cat of my own and she gets baths, so you know I am not afraid of a pet being a bit of a handful. But, I added an optional bathing/nail trimming fee of $10, because cat claws are a work hazard. Brushing I am happy to do, every time for free. I have a part time evening job, so I am home most of the day until 4pm - 8pm. I don't go out much, so while in my home, your pet would have constant attention and supervision. My home has two bedrooms, and I converted my second bedroom into a pet room. It provides plenty of space for cats to hang out, including blankets, toys, and a big window to sit in and watch the birds. The bedroom is sectioned off by a gate, but my whole home is open to your pet if they choose to come out. The gate is only there for your pet's privacy, as we have a tortie cat and a corgi dog of our own. They are both very sweet and get along well with cats. We also provide litter box (not litter), food dishes (not food), and toys. But, always feel free to bring your own. And, never hesitate to ask questions!

About: I recently transitioned from my role as an outpatient therapist to explore roles that allow me to be more emotionally and physically present in my own life. Throughout my career, I've been known for my warmth, patience, reliability, and ability to build trust. These qualities that naturally extend to the way I care for animals. I grew up in a home that was never without a pet whether it was birds, dogs, cats, etc. I learned from an early age what it means to provide a safe, loving, and enriching environment for animals of all kinds. Today, my own little family includes Phoenix, my wise 12-year-old cat and queen of the house, Gibson, my affectionate Golden Retriever, and Maize, my endlessly curious 10-week-old black kitten. Caring for them is one of the greatest joys in my life. I love everything from long walks and cuddle sessions to finding new enrichment activities and making sure they feel safe, happy, and deeply loved. I'll care for your pets with the same attentiveness, patience, and genuine love that I give my own. I'd be honored to be a small part of helping your pets feel comfortable, cared for, and loved while you're away! I have recently decided to transition from my previous role as an outpatient therapist and have plenty of time for visits and walks sprinkled throughout the day. I am available M-F from 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM for drop-in visits/walks/etc. I currently live in a two-story home with my three pets Phoenix (12-year-old cat), Gibson (9-year-old Golden Retriever) and Maize (10-week-old kitten). Each of my pets have aspects of our home set up to meet their individual needs, whether that is areas to climb, separate spaces for their food/water, windows to see the world through and full access to all the cozy spots. I love taking slow walks with Gibson, and allow him time to sniff and snoof whatever he pleases along the way. However, the weather in Minnesota is not always friendly for walks during the day. On these days I will often create enrichment activities for Gibson such as peanut butter/water "pupsicles", hiding kibble around the living room for him to sniff and find, peanut butter bones (when we are at a happy weight) and just overall pets and snuggles. As for my cats - Phoenix enjoys quality time most of all - so I try to carve out special time for us to exist in the same space, with pets as she pleases. She also enjoys playing with her wand toys, catnip in her cat tree or snoozing in one of her many enclosed beds or window hammocks. My 10-week-old kitten's (Maize) care involves more consistent responsibilities throughout the day/week. I play with him for a short time before his meals, feed him, offer some alone time or more play (depending on his energy level) and typically put him in his safe room for some time after this to rest. I repeat this three times a day, with the night play session being longer and more energized. I scoop the litter box morning, afternoon and evening. There are many days I have to clean his bottom, paws or space due to a poop fiasco - I have gotten good at making this quick and painless. I also spend a lot of my time redirecting and teaching the lesson "Fingers are not toys" (if you've had/have a kitten you understand). Overall, I do my best to create a safe, healthy and predictable environment for my little housemates!

I have taken extra measures when it comes to their training and have taught them both verbal commands and some sign language. I am a nurse in memory care and my dog loves to join me on short days and has adapted incredibly to the environment. If your dog loves to play and enjoys being with other dogs, my dog would love that too! I look forward to caring for and loving on your pups! I currently work in office two days a week and work from home the remaining three business days. I find myself with some free time M-W and occasionally on the weekends. I would love to dedicate some of my free time to your pups! The more instructions I can be given, the better! About: I’ve taken care of dogs all through my life, including chihuahuas, a yorkie, pit bulls, a dachshund mix, labs, rat terriers, and more. I love to create warm environments for doggos and give them space to be themselves. I currently work part time, but I can pet sit Fridays-Sundays and Thursday afternoons at times. I may be able to do drop-ins during the week. I can dog sit at the client’s houses and am willing to help crate train, gives baths, walks, and provide other various care services. I am available Tuesday and Thursday to exercise and spoil your fur baby! I love taking dogs for walks but I wouldn’t mind dog sitting either. I will constantly keep your dog on a leash and when approaching other dogs keep them protected. I will also ensure their safety when approaching busy streets or cars. Your fury baby will always stay in my line of sight.

About: Hi! My name is Sage and I specialize in animal caretaking and welfare. I have lived my entire life with at least one animal in the house and I have been dog sitting on and off since high school. I am certified in three years of dog training and currently live with my lovely cat, London. I’ve never met a pet that I haven’t loved, and past employers would describe me as dependable, easy-going, and kind. My days are entirely open, except for the occasional one or two days a week where I am called in from one of my other jobs. I am also a full-time college student during the fall and winter time, but my summers are almost entirely clear. In my home, I live with my cat London, and four other housemates. If your animal stayed with me, they would never feel alone and would always have somebody in the house that can watch them or be there for all their needs. We have a lovely backyard full of grass, a back deck for lounging and sunbathing and a large neighborhood for daily walks. Your pet would feel like a king or queen in a castle! :)

About: I have had pets my whole life that have lived in the house. We have dogs, cats, and even a lizard I have taken care of! I was home alone a lot so taking care of my animals is first priority and a habit. I am a college student and working a seasonal job so there is times to for me to show your pet some love and taken care of! I have no pets at our apartment but we do live close to some parks and our backyard has plenty grass to play in! There is room if your pet has to be crated as well!
About: I have fostered any age dog for 3 years! Have a dog of my own for 10 and grew up on a farm with many dogs and cats. Also going to school for a vet tech. This time is also when I started watching dogs for some of her clients and I then found clients of my own through word of mouth. I've stayed in people's homes with their pets, I've had pets stay at my home. I have experience with puppies to senior dogs, kittens to senior cats. I have experience with toy breeds to Giant breeds. Domestic felines to hybrid. I grew up on a farm and have been around animals my entire life livestock, wildlife and pets, I have a deep love and respect for them. I've always had a pet dog/cat or both.. currently both. My schedule is currently very open daily, weekly, weekends very flexible. I intend to prioritize pet care in hopes of building a good business base for the near future. Pets in my care get all the love and attention. Vet name and number, emergency contact, medications list needed... I have out door tie outs, a zip line tie out, out door kennel, 2 indoor kennels, I'll let your pet sleep in my bed if it's sad. I want the pets to always be as comfortable and stress free as possible, so whatever that looks like for them is what I'll provide.
