I worked at a doggy daycare for over a year, have been pet and house sitting for neighbors and friends for over 3 years, actively volunteer at a cat shelter since 2017, and have been walking dogs since I was a kid. Michael walked my dogs for the first time this week while I was out of town. He was patient and kind, and my dogs absolutely love him. I have a new puppy, and it's very clear that Michael worked with him while walking and not only made sure he didn't regress in his training, but made even more progress with him. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
