“Really nice people! My dog seemed to have a great experience while boarding with Rich. The last place we boarded him he could not get out fast enough, he stank, and had his ears and tail tucked (tradional kennel not on Rover ) . At Rich's, I dropped him off and could tell he was very relaxed and happy to meet them. On pick up, he was happy! No tail tucking, no bad smell and happily exploring the yard as we left. We were able to set up a "meet and greet" before we booked him and knew right away it was a great fit.
