Alecia and Terry were so great with my dog! I was concerned because he doesn’t do well with other dogs (lack of exposure) and he’s also very skittish with strangers. Alecia set up a meet and greet so he could familiarize himself with her, her husband, and their dog. She sent tons of photos and updates and was very attentive to his needs. I felt completely comfortable having him there for our week-long trip. I’m definitely interested in using them again!
She was communicative and sent daily photos, and overall we had a good experience. There was an unfortunate incident where my dog was aggressive toward another dog while in her care, but she handled the situation really well and kept me informed. I appreciated the updates and communication during their stay.
Kylie was incredible! They all treated Riley like family and sent us lots of pics/videos which was awesome. We missed our girl but it was so comforting knowing she was somewhere safe, playing, getting loves and so happy. We are so happy to have found them and will absolutely be using them as sitters again whenever we can!
Hailey's rating is legit! Her care for our boy, Jago, was everything we expected and her dog, Scout, was an added bonus. Scout seemed to match Jago's play-nap-play energy and was the doggy companion he needed for the weekend. Their home is beautiful, clean and safe, with a great fenced backyard. We're already repeat clients!
We had a good experience with Jennifer watching our dog, Charlie. Charlie seemed happy and well cared for when we picked him up, and it was clear that his needs were being met while we were away. Communication was good, and we appreciated knowing he was in capable hands. We would be comfortable having Charlie stay with them again in the future.
Kaysha is great I feel like after 5 years using her for our dog sitter that her dogs are now cousins with our dog because we don’t even consider booking with anyone else when we take our annual vacation or some other trip. My dog loves going there and when she comes home we can tell that she had as good or better time than we did on vacation. Also, we don’t have kids but our dog loves kids so this gives her a chance to be round kids as well as other dogs. Also, you could not ask for better communication, we get updates even when there is really nothing to report just letting us know how our Goose is doing and what she has been up to. Booking and coordination are also fantastic!
