From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive and happy to answer every question and concern I had. It’s clear she doesn’t just watch animals - she truly cares for them and makes them feel like part of her family. Potato got all the love, cuddles, and playtime he could want. He was free to relax on the couch and even snuggle in bed, and Hailey made sure he had the perfect balance of outdoor fun and cool, air conditioned rest inside - which was especially important to me since his breed overheats easily. Her own dogs and cats are so sweet and gentle, and Potato fit right in. Honestly, it felt like he was on his own little vacation while we were away! Hailey kept us updated with plenty of pictures, and it was such a joy to see him happily playing with dogs of all sizes and ages. Knowing he was safe, comfortable, and having fun gave us total peace of mind. I can’t recommend Hailey enough. She has a lovely home with a big yard, amazing availability, and is so easy to communicate with. Most of all, she’s genuinely kind and trustworthy. “I found my and my dog’s soul mate. Calvin, Mini and myself fell in love with her at our first meeting. Juli was so wonderful with my dogs! She loved on them as if they were her own. They have never stayed with a stranger before but she was so good with them they made themselves at home right away. Pictures and updates came everyday. Juli is an excellent photographer, she took better pictures of my boys than I can. They had their walk everyday and loved it. Her yard is perfect for dogs. Two sides, one for small dogs and one for big dogs. Both have their own doggie doors. My little Poms decided they liked going out with her big dogs, and you can’t tell a Pom what they are supposed to do. I never had one concern while on vacation, Juli kept me a perfect peace about my dogs. I will definitely be a return customer.”

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Beth. Kaia is an incredibly shy dog who has been afraid of unfamiliar dogs ever since she was attacked at a young age. Because of that, I have always been afraid to leave her in the care of someone who wasn’t staying in my home. This was the first time I felt completely comfortable doing that, and Beth gave me something I desperately needed this past week: peace of mind. Not just knowing that Kaia wasn’t alone, but knowing she was being given the same care and attention that I give her. Beth was so patient with Kaia, respected her boundaries, and let her get comfortable at her own pace. The daily pictures and videos meant so much to me because I never had to wonder how she was doing. But more than anything, I could see that Kaia was genuinely happy and coming out of her shell a little more each day. I was in Nashville helping my dad recover from spine surgery, and for the first time ever, I was able to be fully present with my family because I wasn’t worried about Kaia. I knew she was safe, loved, and in incredibly good hands. And the part that made me emotional was that Kaia actually made friends. When I picked her up, she was so excited to see me, but once we got home, she actually seemed to miss her playmates. That is something I have never experienced with her before. You can tell right away that Beth cares for every dog as thoughtfully as she cares for her own, and THAT is something harder to find than I ever thought it would be. If you have a shy, nervous, or particular dog, I cannot recommend her enough. She didn’t just take care of Kaia—she gave her the confidence to enjoy being around other dogs, and she gave me the confidence to know that with continued patience and care, I don’t have to be quite so worried every time we come across an unfamiliar dog.
This was my first time using Rover, and Karen made the whole experience great! I’m happy we found her. She was wonderful with Coco and took great care of her while we were away. Her regular updates and photos were really appreciated, and it was great knowing Coco was in good hands. We’d definitely recommend Karen and would absolutely have Coco stay with her again if needed. Malybu and Joben were great when caring for my poodle, River. They were understanding of her being shy in the beginning but River and Malybu became besties an hour after I left! I appreciated the updates and felt super comfortable leaving my baby with them. Absolutely will book again!
Received only one day of photo showing how well Hashi is doing on the second day of his six days stay. When he got home, he seemed to be tired or withdrawn but he appeared to be his normal self the next day. Hashi now seems to be happy at home. We are happy that Hashi had a good time at Jessica. We would consider having Jessica as Rover setter, again.
