About: As a cattle dog owner, I'd like to think I have a special set of skills for crazy babies. I have always had rescues and fosters in my home. I have been fortunate to work with foster pets from the Caribbean and Mexico as well, each of these often came with health issues. I have experience with pregnant dogs and cats as well! If you are interested in having your pet stay over, know I have a very friendly dog. She has both experienced having guests and foster pets in the house as well. Tolerant and obedient. I have multiple rooms and baby gates for separation and quiet time. In general, I am a very active and outdoorsy person! So i am happy to take the pets out to the trails or the lake! I live on 10 quiet acres with a fenced yard. There is ample space to play outside or be kept safe and warm inside. I work from home 90% of the days so I can provide full time oversight and care. I also work a job where I can take the dogs with me if you approve! I am fortunate to work from home. I have the ability to provide care all day and night for your pet! I walk each morning and evening and have the option to take your pet out for a walk or a play on the property in both fenced and unfenced areas. I have an older dog who is very arthritic so I am used to caring for the elderly animals as well. Pets in my home have their own room if needed. I have plenty of space for crates. I have a large gated deck and live on 10 acres on a quiet road. My own pets walk daily with me along my road which works well for easy elder dog walks as it is shady even in the summer. It also can provide great training ground as there is little traffic. For the high energy babies, we can play fetch or take to the trails nearby. I have always had rescue pitties so I am comfortable with big cuddly babies. I adopted a cattle dog pup who had clinical anxiety which has taught me how to care for highly intelligent, high energy dogs as well. Treats, love, and confidence makes for a happy dog!

She has stayed with our dog a few time and each time she has gone above and beyond in offering our dog daily activities. She sends photos and videos of the daily adventures they take together. I feel at ease knowing our dog is happy and in great hands with Jillian. Additionally she leave our home clean and sometime better than we left it. I've had my challenges with the dogs so for someone to come in a take over for a week seemed a little daunting however Yolanda came through with 5 stars... “Ginger was fabulous with our family of furry kids while we were on vacation. We have 2 large dogs and 2 indoor cats and came home to happy pets that had clearly been well loved by "Auntie Ginger" while we were away. Ginger was amazing with communication while we were on vacation as well letting us know how everyone was doing and sending fun pictures. She took great care of our home as well! I was a little nervous having someone in our home while we were away but would highly recommend Ginger to anyone...even someone who is very particular about the care of their home and pets like we are. If your priority is the well-being and happiness of your pets, having Ginger pet-sit is the way to go. Julianne also took great care of our home and really pulled through when our well system broke by communicating with us and being available for the repair man to come to the house. We also had visits from the local bear and Julianne was great at cleaning up the mess he made and keeping the pets safe. We will definitely be using her again.”
“Lorena really made the effort to connect with my dog. It felt like she was trying to learn his language, his preferences, and meet his needs to the best of her ability. She did the work with heart. I appreciated the daily updates, photos, videos of my dog. He looked happy, calm, and secure. Lorena regularly asked questions, which meant I didn't have to anticipate everything. She didn't cut corners or make assumptions in her work. She asked and followed through with my requests. Insofar as taking care of our home, the home was left exactly as I left it. About: I have taken my mother's lab to trips to the groomer as well as getting her to be patient during bath time. I also taught her to wait for her food to be poured before eating, taught her a few tricks such as, sitting, speaking, and how to walk beside me appropriately on a leash without dragging. I only work part-time for the rest of the year, so my schedule is quite available. I have availability Mondays - Thursdays all day. I can also do overnight stays as well! I have my senior cat roam anywhere in the house, he is mainly outside. However, due to his old age, he is fragile and I don't want to change routine too much, he also needs lots of my attention and affection while I am home. Inside our home for night time sleep overs, we keep the couches covered and welcome all the pets into our lives with our cozy fireplace and 2,000 sq ft home.

She is a cat who pretty much hates everyone 😂 and somehow Lex completely won her over. It’s such a relief to be able to leave town and know your pets are not only being taken care of, but are genuinely happy and comfortable with the person watching them.
