About: As a cattle dog owner, I'd like to think I have a special set of skills for crazy babies. I have always had rescues and fosters in my home. I have been fortunate to work with foster pets from the Caribbean and Mexico as well, each of these often came with health issues. I have experience with pregnant dogs and cats as well! If you are interested in having your pet stay over, know I have a very friendly dog. She has both experienced having guests and foster pets in the house as well. Tolerant and obedient. I have multiple rooms and baby gates for separation and quiet time. In general, I am a very active and outdoorsy person! So i am happy to take the pets out to the trails or the lake! I live on 10 quiet acres with a fenced yard. There is ample space to play outside or be kept safe and warm inside. I work from home 90% of the days so I can provide full time oversight and care. I also work a job where I can take the dogs with me if you approve! I am fortunate to work from home. I have the ability to provide care all day and night for your pet! I walk each morning and evening and have the option to take your pet out for a walk or a play on the property in both fenced and unfenced areas. I have an older dog who is very arthritic so I am used to caring for the elderly animals as well. Pets in my home have their own room if needed. I have plenty of space for crates. I have a large gated deck and live on 10 acres on a quiet road. My own pets walk daily with me along my road which works well for easy elder dog walks as it is shady even in the summer. It also can provide great training ground as there is little traffic. For the high energy babies, we can play fetch or take to the trails nearby. I have always had rescue pitties so I am comfortable with big cuddly babies. I adopted a cattle dog pup who had clinical anxiety which has taught me how to care for highly intelligent, high energy dogs as well. Treats, love, and confidence makes for a happy dog!

About: I have extensive professional experience caring for dogs, cats, bunnies, and other animals. I recently reactivated my Rover profile to expand my network since relocating! I’m skilled and intuitive about animal emotional and physical needs and have many references to offer. In addition to professional animal care, I took care of my beloved special needs cat Tails until he passed away at a very elderly age in 2023. My experience includes caring for senior animals and animals that require special care and/or medication. I have some light experience caring for farm animals (sheep, chickens) and would be comfortable learning more. In my other work, I teach kids, make music, and for many years was a medical caregiver to adult humans. Please contact me to arrange the timing of the care your pet needs. We will discuss your needs and schedule and work it out precisely. My schedule is different at different times of the year because of the nature of my other work as a musician and independent music lessons teacher. Regardless, I do about 60% of my work from home, online - and so when I housesit and stay overnight with your animals, I am able to be there for them the majority of the time and accommodate lots of walks, medication times, and whatever else you may need me to take care of for them during the day. I only offer care for pets in your home, and unfortunately cannot board animals in my own home at this time. I take the utmost care and caution while being a temporary companion for your animals. I require that all of the families I pet sit for leave adequate emergency contact information, such as vet info and emergency contact info if you will be out of cell phone range.

I’ve cared for a wide range of animals and situations, including long-term dog sitting for a couple over several years, from weekend trips to multi-week stays. Before a period of travel abroad, they even flew me to Portland to care for their dogs, Sana and Osa, and their cat Ninja during a three-week wedding trip to Mexico. Sana required extra sensitivity and daily car rides to a quiet cemetery to avoid overstimulation, which I was happy to accommodate. I’ve also house- and pet-sat for a senior couple, caring for two cats, two chickens, and managing a daily bird-feeding system for local avian visitors who were dear companions to the homeowner. In another sit, I tended to a rescue crow and her two cat companions for a full month while the owners were in India studying Vedic astrology. In many of these situations, I’ve also been responsible for watering plants, collecting mail, maintaining routines, and simply being a reassuring human presence in the home—keeping things running smoothly, lights on, and the house clearly lived-in while owners are away. I’m very comfortable accommodating unique requests and supporting both pets and homes with care and respect. I work remotely with a flexible schedule, which allows me to be present and adapt my day around your pets’ needs. I’m able to accommodate feeding schedules, walks, medication, playtime, and companionship, and I’m open to coordinating routines that support your pet’s comfort and wellbeing. I provide care in my clients’ homes, maintaining their pets’ normal routines and environment. I focus on calm, attentive presence, safety, and clear communication. I’m comfortable administering medication, managing feeding and exercise, and keeping the home clean, secure, and lived-in while you’re away. I treat each home and animal with respect, discretion, and care.

About: I have loved and cared for animals my entire life, starting from a very young age. Today I share my home with 2 dogs, 3 cats, and 2 pet rat. I completely understand the worry that comes with leaving your pet in someone else's hands, which is why I treat every animal as if they were my own. I am available for drop-in visits and walks Monday through Friday between 9am and 3pm, and I also offer evening availability throughout the week. During every drop-in visit I make sure your pet gets the attention and care they deserve. I will take dogs out for a walk, spend quality playtime with both your dogs and/or cats, refresh their food and water, and clean up any messes they may have made while you were away. About: People often say I have a way with animals. They always seem drawn to me immediately, even when they are wary of others. I feel honored that animals feel this way about me because I feel the same about them! I have cared for many dogs of all sizes as well as owned cats. I have volunteered at a dog rescue in Thailand that has many disabled dogs as well as fostered cats/kittens here at home. I have a big fenced yard with both grass and forest to run and play. I don’t have multiple dogs staying with me at one time ( unless discussed in advance) so your baby will get all the attention. Although I will never replace you, I can provide love and safety until you return (and probably some treats and adventures too!) I'm currently not working and can dedicate my time to pet/house sitting and care. As you can see from my photo gallery, I love all animals and have volunteered at a dog rescue in Thailand, fostered kittens at home, and have seen very cool animals in the wild and at animal rescues/sanctuaries around the world. (I always vet them to make sure they are ethical and doing legit work) I have a large fenced yard and indoor space for cats or dogs. We have plenty of shade and are also willing to take pets with us on outings. I live with my husband and son and they also love and respect animals. As far as caring for pets at someone else's home, I can stay at your house or check in as often as needed. I will play with them, feed them, bathe them, take them places (if requested) and give them love. I know they miss their people and its not the same without you, but I do my best to make them feel safe and comfortable.

About: Having animals ranging in all ages since I was 5 has definitely helped but also helping friends and family since the age of 13 has been the best experience. I am available 24/7, our animals are just as important as us so I believe in having time for them whenever you or them may need it. Always following directions given by owner and doing thorough checks throughout the time I am with your 4 legged family. Staying aware of surroundings when out and about in walks.

About: We provide Personal care of your family member. Will accept multiple animals at home from one (1) family or friends. I am a AKC professional all breed dog handler for over 20 years. My breed is Rhodesian Ridgeback. Experience in training, behavior modification, potty and crate training. Dogs shall only be crated if requested by parents. If parents allow, animals able to lounge on any furniture or dog/cat bed. Able to whelp litters and administer meds. Available for All breed grooming and nail trimming. Please let us know how to accommodate your baby. Rates based on 24 hour period - additional time will require additional stay or day care rate. Please provide necessary items for your dog: bowls, food, treats, toys, dog bed if needed. About: It is very difficult for me to have animals in my current situation so I am looking forward to this work as an opportunity to make friends with animals that I would not get to experience normally. I am really looking forward to it. Thank you. I am retired and partially disabled so I don’t have a work routine and so I’m available seven days a week. This will be fun! I am very respectful of other people spaces and I’m happy to offer full cleanup services for any accidents or other things that might happen while I’m there.

About: It’s like camp for dogs! Your dog can have a great vacation too. We know how important it is to have the fury family taken care of in order to relax while on vacation. We have always had our own pets and we have taken care of other peoples furry family members for years, We have fostered for Homeward Bound Golden Retriever Rescue for the last 25 years. If your pup is used to sleeping on a dog bed, or on the couch, or with people, they can do the same here with us. We won’t change the rules on them. We are well-versed in taking care of dogs with special needs or just simply providing TLC. When we have had fosters, we helped pups recover from surgery, given medications, adjusted pups to family life, trained and more. We just lost our sweet pup Cooper so we don’t have any pets at our house. This might be helpful if you have a dog that likes people all to themselves or if you have multiple dogs. Walks, car ride (wind in their hair) treats, playtime, attention, lounging in the fenced yard are all available. We both work at home so pups don’t have to be alone and can have all of their needs met. Reach out and tell us about your furry family and what they might need while you’re away. We would be thrilled to have them. We can work our schedule around what you furry family needs. Since we Work at hime and there are two of us someone can always be here if needed. We only serve one Family at a time. We don’t have meet and greets while your dog is with us. It’s all about them when they are here. We follow your instructions for walk, food, routines. You can read our references but it might be best to come to the house to meet us and see for yourself. It’s important to feel comfortable so you can relax while you are away. We take extra measures to lock the latch on the gate and use a double door system if we go in and out of the house.

About: I’m an experienced pet and farm sitter. I’ve taken care of other peoples animals, ranches and farms (chickens, cows, horses, donkeys, pigs, goats, dogs, bunnies and cats) for over 10 years. My clients are now primarily dogs and cats, but I am experienced and open to accepting all animals! I have experience with live-stock guardian pets, reactive animals, high energy pets, and pets that just want to relax all day. I am comfortable and familiar with animals who have anxiety, boundary reactivity, resource guarding issues, behavioral issues, puppies, senior animals and so much more. I’ve worked in shelters, on farms, and in training for over 10 years. Your animals will be treated just like my own-with love, respect and understanding! Feel free to ask any questions about schedules, as I’m typically able to work with whatever you need. My rates include constant care while I’m with your animals. I don’t currently offer boarding since one of my dogs is reactive. Your pets safety is my biggest priority! I want to care for your pets in the way you do, to ensure they’re as comfortable as possible while you’re away. I am open to any schedule, services, and needs your pet has!
