About: Since 2023, my paid experience has included overnight and daytime home stays, for up to 24 hours at a time or weekly. Imagine a Mary Poppins for your beloved pets who provides the social and emotional support to buffer you during long getaways. Two walks daily, if needed, by forest or urban trail. I am here to ensure the proper amount of exercise. I am here to guide the fun, support the snuggles, and provide proper nutrition. Multiple types of animals welcome. I have passed numerous background checks as an elementary school substitute teacher. So I have full availability overnight, on weekends, and for extended periods between Nevada County and Placer County. I usually stay a week or more with fur babies. You can relax knowing I am keeping the utmost care and safety of your animals and home. References on request. I want to clarify during our visit if you need care at the 2-hour, 4-hour, or 6-hour interval beyond the overnight stay of 7 pm to 7 am. Communication is key! I will send daily pictures or updates. For best prevention, talking about the details with the owner and ground rules produces the best results. Topics will include where the pet feels most comfortable such a calm spaces or crating procedures. I make sure to go over emergency contacts and preferred clinics. Also, I keep a clean environment that ensures the safety of pets for food handling.

I have my experience from working in Animal Shelters for about 2 years, doggie daycares, pet crematories and also petsitting for different companies and myself over 20 yrs. I am a full time traveling pet/housesitter with my 14 yr old pup. About: Some of my earliest memories are of taking care of Queensland Heeler puppies in my outdoor playhouse. My parents were breeders & ever since then I’ve had a very special connection to dogs! I have taken care of many different types of furry friends from puppies to seniors, from chihuahuas to Belgian Malinois. I have also fostered rescues in my home from time to time. About: Been a proud owner of goats, cats, chickens, reptiles and dogs. I've had experience in the veterinary field, worked with and cared for livestock and house pets. I am currently working full time as a CNA, my schedule is kinda wacky. I work PM shifts from 2:30pm-10:30pm, on a four on and two off rotation. In my own home I have reptiles and three cats and one older dog around. If your pet is staying with me or I’m keeping them company in your own home, I always am engaging with the pet. Any opportunity to play and have some fun, we’re doing it! If they’re more laid back and want to snooze next to me, I will relax with them.

About: Offering a safe home away from home, compassionate care, and peace of mind for pet owners is something that all pet sitters should be offering. I go far beyond this standard providing both care and training. Since I was a child, dogs and cats have gravitated toward me and I've always enjoyed their companionship; you can almost always find me with at least one dogs around. It's never been an unruly mass of teeth and paws though; I've always taken the time to teach my furry friends to walk on leash, to have immediate recall, to be polite in kitchen, and to use their voices kindly. I do the same with every animal that I am given care of, gently coaching them to be civil, furry companions while showering them with love. I am currently working from home and set my own schedule. I have a set daily morning and evening walk which your pup(s) will join. During the day, you pup(s) will have company of two dogs, three cats and plenty of pets from me. On weekends we go on adventure hikes. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company during the day. I have crates, leashes, grooming tools and home made dog beds for all pet care needs.

About: *Prices are negotiable, and of course depend on situation/timing* I love all animals and have had many kinds since I was really little... mice, chickens, horses, and everything in-between. I have experience with small dogs, large dogs, all different breeds and ages. Same with cats and other small animals. I am also stronger than I look, and have had a lot of experience with very large, very strong dogs... even with walking a few of them at a time. I trained my own dogs since I was about 10 years old, so I know how they think, and a lot about their behavioral functions. We also bred a few of my cats and dogs growing up, so I have a lot of experience with new born pups and kittens, all the way up to senior. I love doing fun activities with dogs and cats, so I don't mind making sure they stay active and have a lot to take their mind off missing their parents!
